12/01/2025: I've been going there for years now, despite this, a surprise every time. I am able to make you feel at home in a refined and evocative environment. Professionalism of the staff at the highest levels and never invasive. Extreme care in the choice of raw materials, very often locally sourced, expertly treated. In short, relaxing and satisfying.
09/01/2025: A truly beautiful place, it's worth traveling a few extra kilometers and finding a welcoming place where you can eat well and be welcomed in a special way.

26/01/2025: My family and I went to the flag restaurant to celebrate my daughter's move.
Fabulous location and location overlooking the Majella
I chose the sea and countryside menu with seasonal products.
The food is high quality and skillfully plated.
5 stars and praise for the Montepulciano d'Abruzzo Prologue 2020, recommended by the maitre. Full-bodied and fragrant.
I could not give 5 stars to the service due to small things certainly due to the sold out tables but which a starred person must pay attention to: water poured by oneself even though the waitresses were quite attentive and explanatory and due to an oversight of the
Maitre
Despite my report of intolerance to a dish, I still received this one. And the replacement with the 100*100 carrot dish had been hastily prepared; so the carrot was crispy, unfortunately it wasn't.
Another recommendation is for the very high quality lamb but that for mine
personal taste I found it raw.
I haven't stayed but I give 5 stars on trust.
The flag is definitely recommended

I ended up here by pure chance, during a solo motorcycle tour.
I book a room for the night and have the pleasure of having dinner at the inn's restaurant.
In extreme summary:
- evident professionalism
- impeccable quality
- dishes that are satisfying to the taste and sight
- impeccable friendliness and service
I didn't think I'd find a place like this.
A very pleasant surprise in a place where you will certainly return.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I came back after a few years and everything is still as I remembered!

22/02/2025: Excellent fish, punctual and very friendly service. It is the second time we have come to spend a quiet evening for dinner with colleagues. The "little gurnard" you see in the photo is beautiful and delicious, appropriately boned. Advised.
Update: new beautiful opportunity for conviviality and good food. I don't remember the name of the beautiful fish but I remember perfectly that it was excellent, cooked in extreme simplicity, roasted and boned.

05/02/2025: Comfortable, familiar environment, attentive, professional staff, it is my refuge for a good breakfast, for an exquisite lunch and for a relaxing dinner. Excellent value for money, good grilled meats and kebabs, pinsas and grilled or sautéed vegetables, for me it is a necessary pit stop during work breaks or at the end of the day. Highly recommended!!!!
02/02/2025: Place to taste excellent kebabs, tasty and with a typical Abruzzo flavour, despite being in the centre. Tartare with pecorino, egg and truffle, a true culinary masterpiece. Everything fresh and quality! I recommend trying the tiramisu. We accompanied the dinner with a good Gin Tonic with a gin that not everyone has. Friendly, professional and helpful staff. Cozy place, relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended!!!!!!!

30/01/2025: I had lunch here yesterday. Tagliata with colonnata lard, side dish with grilled vegetables...what can I say, everything is special and above all service from times gone by.
The price is also excellent, worthy of mention.
One of the few worthy restaurants in the area
22/12/2024: I often frequent this place and I can go so far as to give top marks to the excellent cuisine which presents a rather satisfying menu and is attentive to the use of genuine and fresh products. You can find typical Abruzzo dishes and more accompanied by a good choice of wines, the one by the glass is also excellent.
Also worth trying are the homemade desserts.
Excellent service.
For those who don't eat meat there isn't much choice on the menu, but the staff is ready to satisfy everyone anyway.

04/02/2025: Avevo sentito parlare di questo locale. Un ambiente vagamente moderno e informale. Ci siamo stati di lunedì sera ed era piuttosto tranquillo. Siamo stati accolti ed accompagnati al tavolo. Ci sono stati spiegati menù e portate e le nostre domande hanno avuto risposte molto chiare. Cortesi. Il tagliere di salumi proporzionato ed accompagnato da un buonissimo cestino di gnocco fritto. Le tagliate sufficienti e molto gustose. Il tiramisù delizioso. Il conto nella media. Peccato per l'ambiente un po troppo tranquillo, forse per via del lunedi. Conto nella media.

Not bad.
