21/05/2025: Welcoming restaurant, small in size, but well cared for in simple but impactful details, the choice of having few seats to better take care of the customer and give them the right attention is appreciable, they make you feel at home. The dishes are well cared for both in the plating (also in the lunch menu) and in the taste, the choice of cooking local and daily fish based on daily and seasonal availability is much appreciated, for this reason there is no written menu, but the dishes are expertly described on the spot to satisfy every choice of the various diners. In summary, excellent management of a simple, family-run restaurant on the sea, where you can eat well and feel pampered, also excellent for appreciating traditional local drinks and foods! 04/05/2025: Not an entirely positive experience. We didn't eat badly, the pasta was overcooked while the fried fish was acceptable. Bread arrived at the time of the bill. Even though the place wasn't full of people, we waited 40 minutes for the first one. We killed time and deceived hunger by reading the aphorisms on the paper tablecloths of the table. The staff is there just to make up the numbers and almost doesn't consider you. Discreet location, facing the sea but not very well maintained. I think they should review a few things.

The atmosphere you breathe here is one of passion for your work and attention to creating an unforgettable experience. Without frills and useless ceremonies, which often make you feel more uncomfortable than anything else, the owner accompanies you on a food and wine journey from the borders of France/Spain to Calabria, with oils and wines of the highest quality, and culinary creations that are moving in their goodness that arise from a mix of imagination and studies. 26/02/2025: Piacevole sorpresa con un gruppo di amici in quel di Campli (TE). Piatti gradevolissimi, ben curati e ben presentati che tengono fede alla cultura e alla tradizione della gastronomia abruzzese e di quella teramana in particolare. Menu vario per pietanze gustose e originali. Garbato ed efficiente il servizio, Ambiente pulito e curato. Rapporto qualità/prezzo decisamente conveniente.

31/08/2024: In giro per la costa dei trabocchi scopri questo posto per caso . Un po’ come essere ad una sagra quindi tavoli e servizio da tale, anche se attento ai clienti e molto gentili dal camerieri al sig Antonio . Ma i piatti sono la vera essenza della trattoria , di quelle poche che ho incontrato dal gran sasso alla costa dei trabocchi. Preso arrosticini molto buoni un primo anelli (pasta fresca di fattura tipo gnocchi di farina) con verdure e ricotta fresca grattugiata Sopra con un bel sugo corposo , verdure al forno , trippa alla teramana buonissima e poi lei, pecora alla callara , mamma mia che roba ragazi , voto 9 abbondante buonissima. Il tutto con 3/4 di vino amaro acqua spesa 25 a testa , onestissimi. Super super consigliari se vi piacciono posti così.

08/02/2025: Pranzo di pesce da favola ! Ieri ,7 Febbraio 2025 sono stato a pranzo alla Vignia ,assieme a mia moglie,invitati da due compari , moglie e marito . Confermo tutte le recensioni positive. Penso di aver degusto il miglior pranzo della mia vita,e vi posso dire che ne ho frequentati tanti di ristoranti di pesce,sia in zona ,che in giro per l'Abruzzo e per l'Italia. Paolo e Maria Grazia ,i titolari e chef ci hanno letteralmente stupito,siamo rimasti senza parole. Un pranzo con portate tutte gourmet,curate e spiegate nei minimi particolari .Sono rimasto super soddisfatto e colpito ,in quando essendo un artista ( dipingo ) ,ho apprezzato la " filosofia del particolare " della chef S.ra Maria Grazia e di nuovi suoi abbinamenti nei piatti degustati .Devo dire che io e mia moglie , mangiamo poco ,ma anche a casa curiamo il particolare del cibo che è sempre di alta qualità (bio,naturale,ecc.) .Abbiamo preso tutta la serie di antipasti,freddi e caldi e una frittura mista in finale.Io un fantastico tiramisù, preparato da loro , caffè e genziana .Poi ci hanno offerto anche un mix di dolcetti secchi,sempre preparati da loro . E per finire ci ha colpito anche la dolcezza ,la semplicità e la signorilità dei titolari ,che abbiamo conosciuto a fine pranzo .
