14/08/2024: Every time I come to Abruzzo on holiday, I am happy to go to Roccaspinalveti, to have dinner at the trattoria "La Fonte", a quiet little place that I have already reviewed years ago, and I guarantee that I will confirm everything again. On Sunday evening 11 August I stopped for dinner, where I found the usual very kind welcome that distinguishes this restaurant. Angelica, the owner, welcomed us, even though I hadn't booked, she made herself available to set up an outdoor table as we had our big dog with us, she listed the delicacies prepared by her mother in the kitchen and we ordered. What can I say, for those who know Abruzzo cuisine it was like being at home, rigorously homemade pasta alla guitar and... grilled lamb their "mu st", this is what we chose from the various proposals. I recommend it without a shadow of a doubt......exceptional quality and price, not to mention the quantity.... Excellent.

16/08/2024: Cucina buona, pallotte cacio e pepe al sugo e chitarrine che ricordavano i sapori della cucina della nonna. Abbiamo assaggiato il formaggio fritto al Tartufo che da Umbra mi ha un po’ deluso, in quanto il Tartufo non era tartufo ma salsa tartufata. Testimone il rinfaccio avuto tutta la sera. Gnocchetti allo zafferano, con pancetta croccante, buoni, ma non li riprenderei.

17/06/2024: clearly improved, good manager who was able to revive the fortunes of a restaurant that was now taking a bad turn. This evening we returned after 2 years and we noticed that everything was perfect, the food and flavors were normal and there were no longer any underage kids ordering and drinking alcohol. Well done everyone, I recommend the place for informal lunch or dinner.

Forse ormai è quasi amicizia ma non trovo difetti salvo a mio avviso necessaria maggiore cottura della scamorza, vino buono, dolci buoni, personale (ma sono tutti di famiglia) gentile ed efficiente. Conto nella media; si tratta di soldi spesi bene.

08/08/2024: Vorrei anche dare un parere sulla pizza se solo l’avessi potuta assaggiare, ma credo che il voto sulla non accoglienza e attenzione al cliente possa far capire che questo locale non è da frequentare. La prima volta che prenoto, non viene preso in considerazione il numero di telefono e pensavo ci fosse stata una sbadataggine, invece io e i miei amici arriviamo davanti al ristorante e c’era un cartello con scritto “chiuso per lutto”. La seconda volta che prenoto a distanza di due settimane per 7 persone, succede che ci presentiamo davanti al locale e causa pioggia non si poteva mangiare nonostante la disponibilità dei posti all’interno, si poteva fare solo d’asporto, anche lì per la seconda volta… indovinate?! Stesso errore, niente numero di telefono (dove si poteva benissimo avvisare in tempo dato che non eravamo pochi) e secondo il loro punto di vista dovevamo chiamare noi per riconfermare il tavolo, roba da pazzi. Sinceramente con questo modo di fare non credo che andrete tanto lontano.

08/08/2024: We have been coming to this restaurant in August for a few years, and this year unfortunately we noticed how the quantity of dishes has decreased despite a higher price. Furthermore, the choice on the menu has also been reduced in favor of a type of proposal that in our opinion is not suitable for a place like Villa Rosa. "Routes" are offered for 20 euros which can also be interesting, but the à la carte detail is very very limited. For example, those who want a simple dish of mussels marinara style or sautéed won't find it. Of course, there is always a pizzeria but for fish in recent years it was a certainty. We are sorry.

20/08/2024: I ate here a couple of times during my vacation. The first time I had the pasta with clams, really tasty and the pistachio semifreddo was also very good! The second time I got the pizza, well seasoned and digestible! Really recommended

19/08/2024: I ate a pizza on a Sunday evening and, even though it was late, they still let me sit. As a Neapolitan, the pizza is very honest, it's not Neapolitan, but I liked it. I found various types of extra virgin olive oil, flavored with orange, lemon and chilli pepper, delicious at the table. Finally an excellent lemon sorbet. 25/08/2024: Locale sul lungomare che offre una gran varietà di antipasti di pesce crudi, freddi e caldi insieme ai piatti più tradizionali. Atmosfera simpatica e personale cordiale e gentile.

23/08/2024: Cercavamo un posto dove mangiare pesce buono e ci hanno consigliato bene direi! Ultima serata di ferie con il mio compagno e una coppia di amici e si torna a Roma. Locale pulito, sia formale che informale. Accoglienza dall inizio alla fine. Pesce fresco e buonissimo. Cibo quantità e qualità prezzo. Sicuramente se torneremo in zona, sarà tappa venire a mangiare pesce qui. Ancora complimenti e consiglio a chiunque si trovi a Giulianova

25/07/2024: 5 star restaurant.....even if it is not on the sea it is absolutely a restaurant worth trying......excellent food, welcoming and elegant venue, courteous and professional staff. Four of us tasted the array of hot and cold appetizers including crudités, gnocchi, skewers and excellent bottled wine.
