The waiters kept walking past us without ever answering our calls, giving the impression of having no desire to work. There won't be a third time.

Villa Sant'Angelo is a truly beautiful property, nestled in a charming location, meticulously maintained, and instantly conveying a sense of peace. It's a true oasis, ideal for those seeking relaxation, good food, and a genuine welcome. The food is excellent, the service is attentive, and the day-to-day management is one of the property's true strengths. The rooms are clean, tidy, and well-maintained. Special thanks go to Federica, Giuseppe, and Joshua, whose professionalism, helpfulness, and attentiveness make guests feel welcomed and cared for. Overall, the entire staff is fantastic: polite, attentive, helpful, and always ready to find a solution. I must point out one important aspect, however: during my stay, I clearly felt that when the owners are present, the atmosphere changes significantly. Certain dynamics become less pleasant, the rules seem to change, and the overall experience risks significantly deteriorating. Personally, there were times when I seriously considered canceling my stay and never returning. I stayed mainly thanks to the quality of the management, especially Giuseppe and his family, who demonstrated great skill, poise, and attention to their guests. My advice is this: before booking, contact the property and find out if the owner will be present during your stay. When the property is entrusted to the operations staff (the manager), the experience can be truly wonderful. However, when the owners intervene directly, at least in my experience, the stay can be much less peaceful. In summary: wonderful location, excellent cuisine, clean rooms, excellent staff. The operations management truly deserves praise. The ownership, however, represents the property's main weakness, in my opinion.

17/05/2026: I went there by chance and was impressed to see a place where there is a restaurant, a swimming pool with plenty of space and stylish rooms with a beautiful, clean and really pleasant structure.

31/12/2025: Everything was excellent. The place is very traditional and welcoming, and the food is delicious. Try the gnocchi with orapi, the fantastic cacio e ova balls, and the superb arrosticini.

16/11/2025: I've eaten at this agriturismo several times, and to say it was all good is an understatement, as the food is excellent, fresh, authentic, and expertly prepared. Valentina, the owner, is a wonderful hostess, able to manage everything flawlessly and, above all, manage her entire staff to ensure everything runs smoothly. The atmosphere is clean and meticulously maintained, even down to the plates where the food is served. I recommend it to anyone who wants to eat excellent food prepared by expert hands.

08/06/2026: 🔝 A must-see for anyone who loves super fresh pastries. I can assure you, the Pesche are illegal, like many other pastries that are too good. You'll also find amazing dry almond paste biscuits. Compliments to the pastry chefs.

05/02/2026: One of the best pastry shops on the Abruzzo coast! I ordered a cake with cream, strawberries, custard, and puff pastry. It was not only incredibly light but also absolutely delicious and beautiful! My guests complimented me on the cake. Highly recommended!

04/06/2026: We hadn't made a reservation and arrived spontaneously at 8:00 PM. The waiter told us that only indoor seating was available. I didn't really want to sit there, so he suggested setting a small table for us outside. He did this very quickly. The drinks and food were also served promptly. Everything was delicious. The only thing that didn't quite convince me was the vegetable side dish – it consisted of just two slices of eggplant and two slices of zucchini. However, I think that's typical for the region. The ambiance would have been even nicer if we had been given a table by the stairs. Since we hadn't reserved, we were simply out of luck. For three adults and our two sons (11 and 4 years old), we paid a total of €100. The service was simply outstanding – very friendly and attentive. ⭐⭐⭐⭐
