22/03/2025: Abbiamo scelto La Maestria per festeggiare il compleanno di mio padre: eravamo in 9 e non potevamo fare scelta migliore. Il pranzo è stato davvero delizioso, con piatti curati e pesce super fresco. La location è molto bella, accogliente e curata nei dettagli, e il personale…semplicemente top! Un plauso speciale a chi gestisce il locale: sono i “vecchi” della Trota, e si vede tutta la loro esperienza e passione in ogni dettaglio. Complimenti sinceri, davvero meritati!

06/08/2025: A beautiful place for a dinner with friends. The options aren't extensive, a sign of the quality and attention to detail in the preparation of the dishes, which are absolutely impeccable. Their appetizers and main courses are worth trying.

27/07/2025: At 9:00 pm we asked for a table for two, requested by a young man, if we had booked, we said no, being on holiday at the seaside we had decided to visit Tortoreto Alto, I would like to point out that half of the outdoor and indoor tables were empty, we asked to be placed at a free outdoor table but an adult gentleman who was serving the tables replied that they were used for three or four people despite the fact that a few minutes after us two young men and a couple arrived and were seated as a couple at tables used for four while we were denied, we sat down and ordered and waited over an hour despite the reminders while those after us were served immediately, terrible service, total disorganization and lack of professionalism.

20/07/2025: A secluded, quiet restaurant with excellent food and possibly even better service. The hot appetizers, first courses, and second courses are excellent. Truly a restaurant not to be missed. I'm sorry the ratings range from 1 to 5 stars, because if I only give this one 5, I'd have to lower my reviews for others, because this restaurant deserves 10 stars. Excellent prices.

18/04/2025: I had the chance to attend a Nebbiolo tasting held at this venue. The food was excellent, crafted like a true work of art by Chef Marino. The wine pairing was handled with great professionalism, and the table service was both kind and efficient. Definitely a place to keep on your personal “must-visit” list. Highly recommended! 25/07/2025: And nothing! For four years, customers have been making the same comments: basic, poor entree (one slice per person), dry meat, too salty, and a very unfriendly owner. Nothing has changed. Not to mention the music was so loud we couldn't talk to each other. Avoid Il Tratturo Agriturismo, it's not worth it.

26/07/2025: La Sagra del Coccodrillo è il top per chi vuole parare una bella serata con la famiglia o con gli amici. Prenoti una panca nella piazzetta adiacente al forno e ti gusti il migliore coccodrillo di sempre: ventricina piccante e provolone. Ma anche la classica con la mortadella, mortadella e provolone oppure con prosciutto crudo di qualità! Ogni anno si replica!

12/08/2025: A wonderful experience! We returned to this place within a few months. We were impressed by Mr. Fabrizio's hospitality and the quality of the cured meats, cheeses, and arrosticini. The highlight, however, remains the lamb with cheese and eggs.

15/05/2025: Evening with friends. Reservation recommended. Good 20/22 gr arrosticini. Very good Jacob draft beer. Well trained waiters, always with a smile and often asking how the evening and dinner were going. Fair price according to what was consumed.
