22/07/2025: We discovered Centrale Trivigliana by chance, but it was a wonderful surprise! The burgers are truly excellent, made with quality ingredients that you can taste from the first bite. Everything is artisanal: from the beers to the Coke (yes, they make it themselves!), to the sandwiches, which are homemade and truly make a difference. The menu is varied and well-designed, with original and tasty options that showcase local flavors with a creative touch. The staff was super friendly and helpful throughout the evening, helping to create a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. The location is also very nice, perfect for enjoying a burger in peace. An additional detail we appreciated? The carefully curated and pleasant music playlist, which accompanied the dinner without interrupting the conversation. We'll definitely be back! Highly recommended for those seeking quality, authenticity, and a different experience than the usual fast food!

12/04/2026: The agriturismo owned by Patrizia & Silvana, two sisters, has an old-world charm, beautiful green spaces where you can find peace and relaxation, but above all—and this was our experience—coming to eat here is like stepping back in time. We constantly seek out "old-fashioned" food, often disappointed by tiny portions and almost identical standard flavors... well, here everything is different. The family atmosphere, the tranquility, and even the fact that you can't choose what to eat makes the experience truly unique. Like when you used to eat at grandma's, what she served you was superb because it was made with love... here it's the same. You don't have to choose, you just sit down and eat what the land offers seasonally. The locally sourced meat makes all the difference, as does the hand-rolled pasta, the homemade tomato sauce, etc. In short, if you want to spend a relaxing Sunday with excellent homemade food... book and go try it. I highly recommend it.

07/12/2025: Excellent traditional pastry shop. Maritozzi with Chantilly cream are out of this world, for €1.50! I can only recommend it. They also make cream puffs, zeppole, parrozzini, and croissants, as well as cakes, of course!

22/09/2025: A very welcoming place that immediately feels familiar. I stumbled upon it by chance because all the restaurants in the area were closed for shifts or only open in the height of summer. I had the fried cheese and olives as an appetizer, and the chef recommended the turkey in porchetta, which was simply extraordinary. If you're looking for authentic, wholesome flavors with quality, this is the place. The guys are super friendly. Top!

The location is simply enchanting: located on a hill, it offers a spectacular 180° view, ranging from the sea to the Majella to the Gran Sasso, providing a visual impact that alone is worth the visit. This first fascinating glance is followed by the warm welcome of the hosts, Fiorenza and Stefano, who with kindness and passion know how to immediately put guests at ease, creating a familiar and authentic atmosphere. The gastronomic proposal is based on a scrupulous selection of seasonal ingredients (the menu changes every month), the result of careful research inspired by the principles of peasant agriculture. The dishes reflect a deep knowledge of the culinary tradition of the area, reinterpreted with sensitivity and care: each course is a perfect balance of consistencies, flavors and colors, designed to enhance the raw material without resorting to superfluous artifices.
