01/06/2025: Unfortunately, the experience was not the best. The service was really too slow: we waited forever before they brought our dishes. The food also disappointed expectations: poorly cared for flavors and dishes that seemed to be put together without attention. It's a shame, because the place has potential, but as it is I don't feel like recommending it.

27/06/2025: Everything was perfect. We booked through the fork. They made us sit outside with a sea view. We ate fish, first courses, fried food and oysters. Everything was very good, generous portions and really excellent. Everything was perfect

07/06/2025: This evening we organized an aperitif dinner in this debasement, agreeing on an amount of about €20 per person. We were 22 people and we had drinks: 7 spirits, 3 negronis, 3 San Pellegrino cocktails and 3 cokes, then they brought us 3 plates of fried food to share for 22 people, 3 plates of seafood salad to share for 22 people, 3 plates of fried fish to share for 22 people and 10 pizzas per plate to share for 22 people and I forgot 4 or 5 bottles of water. When it was time to pay, the gentleman who was at the cashier told us that the amount was €35 per person because the 16 drinks were not included, practically an armed robbery. I conclude by saying that I do not consider you honest at all, to say the least and that in addition to giving you bad publicity I will never set foot in here again!!! PS: we were not even served at the table but at the buffet

10/05/2025: It's a shame to say it but the only saving grace is the location. Inside it is very characteristic and externally it presents a pleasant panoramic view of the sea. Poor appetizers, bland first courses. Eating fish is something else! The service, what can I say... they take away your plates before you've finished and, there wasn't even a quarter of the tables occupied, rush?? Bah! Ah.... our dishes had been served to others, a lot of misunderstanding!

22/06/2025: A place that has certainly seen better times in the past. Reservation at 9:00 pm which we strictly respect. Cover for 7 and we order 2 pizza slices and 65 arrosticini. The pizzas arrive at the table in acceptable times, while only after 2 hours they serve us 25 arrosticini, while for the others they tell us that in order not to let them cool down they thought it appropriate to divide them. Even our appetite, now divided and lacking in appetite, together with the tiredness from so much waiting, forces us to leave the place, no longer willing to wait for the total fulfillment of the order. An evening to forget, together with the restaurant.

15/06/2025: We went to Osteria di Frate Tac for a family reunion, 15 people. Every request we made (air conditioning for a very elderly person at the table, dog inside, menu diversified for intolerance) was met with extreme kindness and availability. Excellent and abundant food, impeccable service, all for an absolutely honest price. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart.

10/06/2025: Fantastic place, we had a really good time, we arrived in the afternoon, used the pool then we had dinner and stayed overnight, excellent and plentiful food, clean rooms excellent breakfast. Kind and courteous staff. All at a fair price. Highly recommended. See you soon.

06/04/2025: Not recommended place, place not at all soundproof, to talk to friends at the same table we had to shout, we could hear an absurd racket in the background which was very annoying. Very expensive, a paltry starter, some kebabs and roast meat, 4 desserts, a wine on tap and water, 210 euros for 6. Very slow and wrong service. RAW roasts, even though we had specified well cooked because I am pregnant. Not even a damn bit of bitters or coffee did they have the courage to offer us... for goodness sake, never again

22/06/2025: Excellent cuisine, everything good, terrace near the sea... only very negative thing is the presence of smokers, and a seller of roses and various objects, which certainly devalues ​​the place a lot.

20/06/2025: Very disappointed, we have been coming for several years and we agree to pay more. On the other hand, the dishes are halved in size while the price is multiplied by two, the spaghetti Vongole went from €6.90 at a certain time to €13 and the dishes are not at all equal from one table to another. A portion of spaghetti for 1 person on a table (neighbor) well filled and correct but a dish for two where there was barely the plate of the person (neighbor) is unacceptable, I really do not recommend coming to this restaurant anymore. See attached photo it even looks like the dish arrived from another table and already started. Scam 👎🏻

27/01/2025: I go there with friends to get ice cream in the summer. Perhaps the least expensive in the city where the increases have been exaggerated. Very good ice cream. Good welcome and local with seating. We are located a stone's throw from the center. They don't organize events. Parking spaces are available. During the summer there is a risk of being full with events, but there is usually parking in the area. I've never found it too crowded that I had to queue who knows what. In the worst case scenario we were served within minutes. Advise.

25/01/2025: Sono finito qui dopo aver parlato con mio nonno e forse, anche se capita raramente, ha sbagliato la scelta del posto da consigliare. Arrosticini troppo cotti, alcuni quasi carbonizzati, arrivati molto prima del nostro antipasto. Attesa troppo lunga per le portate successive, dove però salvo la tagliata di vitello. Una nota positiva sono state le cameriere, sempre cordiali nonostante alcuni clienti poco educati o fastidiosi

10/05/2025: Posto ideale per gustare la vera cucina abruzzese di carne. Anche mia madre, abruzzese doc over 80, ha apprezzato tutto! Arrosticini strepitosi!! Servizio cortese e simpatico. Ci torneremo sicuramente

All the colors of the pizza accompany you in choosing the slice that most inspires you, I love the mortadella one with stracciatella and pistachio crumble, and the appetizers! The laces (pancakes) are delicious, and if you're greedy there's the chocolate cream pizza or the chocolate cream pancake!!! The staff is coordinated and united, they are friendly but precise, quick and efficient.

11/02/2025: Absolutely must try! The flavor of the fish is delicious and cooked to perfection, without the use of too many condiments that could camouflage the flavours. Abundant quantities and very honest prices. Super friendly and very nice owners. Truly a discovery! We'll be back soon!

20/06/2025: 5 well-deserved stars for the Positano Restaurant in Pescara! A few nights ago, a perfect dinner with eight friends (four from Milan, their first time... they were thrilled!). Very fresh fish and impeccably presented, a super elegant setting and beautiful music in the background. Thanks to the owner who helped us choose from a thousand delicious options. Among the favorite dishes: - Very fresh raw appetizer elegantly plated - Very tasty risotto alla marinara - Dreamy octopus with potato chips - Paccheri with bergamot, super trendy and very fragrant - Mixed grill: timeless and impeccable. - Outstanding lemon delight, worthy of Sal De Riso's. Very fair prices considering the refined table linens, silver cutlery and a wide, sharp and sagacious wine list. The organic options are very interesting. Positano da Vittorio highly recommended!

17/06/2025: We chose the place by flipping a coin because my partner and I were torn between two restaurants. At the entrance, no one showed interest in us and, by raising our hands, we managed to get the attention of a man. A very polite girl sat us down and set the table for us and, after a bit of a wait, brought us the menu. We chose our dinner and got lost in chatter while, in the meantime, other people arrived and in a short time already had dinner on the table. With a lot of patience, we asked to order and finally someone came to take our order: 2 first courses, 1 shared second course and 2 coffees. An interminable dinner lasting 3 hours (no exaggeration), where we asked maybe 17 times how our dishes were; we even had to hurry for the coffees! We would have also asked for dessert (as usual) but the long wait and the accumulated nervousness closed our stomachs. We paid 78€ in total for a dinner that was quite good quality but the waiting times negatively affected the whole evening. Of course we will never go there again!
