25/06/2025: I'm modifying my review from 5 years ago, given the recent absurd prices:
A breakfast for two 7 euros? With a croissant that's anything but artisanal? The non plus ultra is the "chocolate" braid (something 10 cm long and 5 cm wide) for 1.80 I think, actual value, I don't know: 60 cents?
Come on, is this the center of Pescara or L'Aquila? Exaggerated
20/06/2025: He is always a pain in the ass, but luckily there is Alessandra, the new barista, who together with Donatella sweeten the place with a light of beauty, kindness, and availability.
Breakfasts with excellent quality pastries, Illy coffee always superior...
What more do you want....

06/09/2025: With my trusty e-bike, I pedal toward Alba Adriatica, stopping briefly in Giulianova.
My destination is Pineta Beach, a remarkable beach resort with a restaurant, where I happily return to meet the owners, Lara and Marcello, who are kind, courteous, and professional, and have long been among my best friends.
I must also praise the efficiency of the entire staff.
Now I'm sitting at the table and I plan to fully enjoy this day, especially because for the frugal but special meal, I'm relying on the excellent chef Adriana, whom I already know as the "grandmother of traditions."
Today's specials are:
"Seafood Ceppe" and "Fried Anchovies."
And... enjoy your meal....

I entrusted her with the baptism and first birthday party for my niece because I knew she would curate the dining room with taste and elegance, and the menu with professionalism, passion, and culinary creativity! And so it was: all the guests complimented us on the food, the hospitality, the atmosphere...

07/09/2025: We celebrated my nephew's birthday with his family; there were about twenty of us. We had a room reserved just for us. The menu was varied and enjoyable, with traditional dishes. I really enjoyed the starters! Great service!

All the ingredients and sauces go together perfectly, and once you try it, you'll be craving it forever. It's the kind of kebab place where you'll want to eat it tomorrow, even if you eat it today. Even as I write this review, I'm craving it. Buy happiness for 5 euros.

03/12/2025: I got takeout pizza. They were very friendly and really quick. The pizza was good and cooked just right. The price was good. The ingredients weren't exceptional, but they were excellent value.
30/11/2025: I was pleasantly surprised by the good quality and quantity of the food. The service was quite fast even though the place was busy. A word of advice... when ordering, remember that the portions are very generous 😅😅.

01/10/2025: We stumbled upon this place by chance on our way back from a trip to L'Aquila, looking for a place to have lunch, but were discouraged by the late opening hours. I only noticed this restaurant because I looked around. The very young, yet very knowledgeable and competent owner not only welcomed us with a smile despite the late hour, but also listed the dishes for us so much that just listening to him made your mouth water! Wow, these dishes are a delight... from the amazing cured meats where you can taste the real quality, to the first courses... my homemade gnocchi had enough bite to make you close your eyes with every bite! This lovely restaurant where quality and passion reign supreme was an incredible discovery! Bravo!

21/09/2025: The pizzas were very good and well-made; the only flaw was that the cutlet sandwich was a little overcooked on one side.
The dough is very good, the order was accurate, and it arrived on time. Overall, a positive experience.

29/06/2025: Very good food, one expects the normal dish without infamy and without praise, but they always give it the extra touch. Very fast service, kind and sociable staff. It has a pleasant garden where you can have lunch in the warmer periods of the year. The price of lunch is from a tourist menu but very good. I'm going there often when I'm in the area.

And what about the friends under the umbrella? A real treat.
09/09/2025: The restaurant overlooks the sea, which adds to its appeal. Add to that the food is truly excellent and the prices are more than fair, and it's a 5-star rating (the maximum). It offers both seafood and meat dishes, and the menu features a limited selection of each, which is a good thing. In fact, we ate here for both lunch and dinner, choosing from both fish and meat, and everything was truly delicious. Highly recommended.

04/10/2025: I love this place; it's a surefire way to go when you want Chinese food. The dumplings and rice noodles are my favorites. The girl is always super friendly. I also really appreciate the atmosphere, which is reminiscent of old-fashioned Chinese restaurants.
