Public Enemy - Gastro Pub In L'aquila

The dishes were really very good and cared for in everything, from the choice of raw materials to the presentation. If I really had to find a flaw it is regarding the timing in which the dishes arrived, as far as the rest is concerned there is nothing to complain about.

One word: spectacular. I came with a group of friends to eat in this beautiful and elegant place. Fast service. I thank the staff for waiting for us, despite the delay. I started with a beef tartare, an explosion of flavours: truffle mayo, almond petals and marinated egg, it melted in your mouth. As a first course I wanted to try the open ravioli with burrata, yuzu prawns and squid ink powder, what can I say I could smell the scent from afar. Lastly, a second course of grilled octopus on sweet potato and ginger puree, cherry tomatoes and basil mayo: it was the best, I would have happily eaten another one, perfect cooking, fresh octopus... you are not ready for all this, extraordinary colours, flavours. We will definitely be back, thanks for everything.

Excellent sandwiches, aesthetically pleasing and comfortable place

This place is located in the center of L'Aquila in a very easy to reach position. Internally it is large and aesthetically pleasing. In my review I will talk about the dinner side which has experienced ups and downs. First of all I must say that the beginning was not the best: me and a part of my group of friends ordered fish sandwiches and after a few minutes we had the request declined because 3 of that type out of 4 "were finished" this to our amazement, given that we're talking about a big hole in a Saturday evening menu. Personally, I then turned towards a meat-based sandwich accompanied by chips with different toppings and overall I considered everything to be of good quality, from the bread to the raw materials. I concluded the dinner with an espresso and I'm sorry to say it was absolutely mediocre, not only in my opinion but also in my opinion of my fellow guests. Toilet facilities quite neglected. On a side note I must say that the employees considering the people in the room were rather reactive and courteous and the final price was average. So a clear/dark experience as far as I'm concerned.

In se e per se non sarebbe neanche male. Locale però troppo pretenzioso per quello che poi in realtà offre, specialmente in termini di esperienza. Attese folli per avere anche i menu. 10 minuti per una Coca Cola. Anche per pagare abbiamo dovuto aspettare. Bagno in condizioni semplicemente disumane. Stile peggiori autogrill. Che tu mi proponi la Wagyu, ma non hai neanche il sapone per lavare le mani in bagno, è semplicemente assurdo. Panini assolutamente nella norma

Un bel locale, accogliente ben curato, ottimo il servizio, gentili e subito presenti. Menù gourmet, un po sopra la media i prezzi, ma ben spesi

Esperienza piacevole, il cibo sfizioso e di qualità. Nota molto positiva il servizio, veloce e cordiale, sopratutto riguardo il ragazzo addetto alla sala Mattia che ci ha accolti e coccolati fino alla fine della cena!

Ambiente accogliente arredato con gusto piatti semplici ma molto gustosi e di qualità. Servizio eccellente, personale gentilissimo.
