02/05/2026: An absolutely exceptional experience at La Casetta di Paparill! 🌟 We enjoyed an evening of authentic flavors and true quality. We started with an appetizer of traditional cured meats and cheeses: a top-notch selection, revealing the freshness and local provenance of the ingredients. But the true taste journey continued with the mazzarelle, simply fantastic and expertly cooked. 😋 The highlight was undoubtedly the famous agnellino alla diavola: it was served directly from the pan, still sizzling and cooked to order. Tender meat and incredible flavor, a true specialty that alone is worth the visit. And of course, the arrosticini, cooked to perfection and true to the finest tradition, were a must. 13/04/2026: The house appetizer, four tastings, was incredibly delicate: the maltagliati with broccoli and squash, and the chitarrina teramana pasta, delicious, homemade, and plentiful. Everything was delicious, even the staff in the dining room.
