23/09/2025: Excellent cuisine with an excellent price-quality ratio. The staff is courteous, extremely helpful, and efficient. The owners, Stefania, Leo, and Simone, with their kindness and professionalism, are an added bonus.

07/09/2025: Good morning, I'm writing as a regular customer at the beach club, referring to Ms. Ornella's review, which I carefully read. By pure coincidence, I was present during the Ferragosto lunch in the pine forest. I read your review and, while I understand your disappointment, I'd like to comment simply to share my perception of the incident you mentioned. I also witnessed the scene, but honestly, it didn't seem that serious: the middle-aged gentleman—a member of the staff—was calmly giving the young man directions, without shouting or cursing. In fact, it seemed to me that the young man wasn't acting appropriately toward the gentleman. Of course, everyone's perspective is different, but I felt it was right to share another perspective, with the utmost calm and with the sole purpose of clarifying the situation.

05/11/2025: The only bar open in winter along the entire seafront. A lovely surprise; we had two delicious coffees and they even offered us some cookies, a thoughtful touch we appreciated. We'll definitely be back to try the food 😁

11/11/2025: One star is way too much for a place that doesn't even know where the food service is located. The staff are dressed like they're at home, and the food is subpar, if not TERRIBLE. I strongly advise against it. The food service is a different matter.

04/11/2025: I had to stay in Ripa Teatina for work and luckily found this restaurant next to the church. Excellent food and affordable. The appetizer is exceptional, definitely worth trying (the tripe was amazing), and the pizzas are good, also available for takeout. The waiter is available for any need and very welcoming. It's worth noting that it's located across from the Rocky Marciano statue.

09/12/2025: A terrible experience, it was enough to try tonnarelli cacio e pepe, which arrived abundant but sticky, creamed with lots of cream, the cheese was not perceptible but on the other hand the dish was dusted with abundant pepper.

08/06/2025: We used to go to Lanciano more often, but now we rarely do, but it's still a go-to place. The pizza is good, the prices are average, and the service is a bit chaotic.

11/10/2025: Raniero, who runs this charming agriturismo with his wife and daughters, welcomes guests with warmth and friendliness, delighting them with typical Teramo specialties, expertly prepared with flavor and simplicity. Themed evenings are very popular, especially the one dedicated to cod. Yesterday, to save us a trip to Munich, he tried his hand at pork shank in beer with sautéed turnip tops (a touch of Italian flair), accompanied by potato and onion fritters, fried onions, black beans and speck, mashed potatoes, and apple strudel. A success... The shanks were superb, exceptional, and plentiful. Paulaner beer chilled at just the right temperature. Raniero and Sabrina, THANK YOU!!!

15/09/2025: Yesterday for lunch I went to eat with my family, including two small children. We had two appetizers, a first course, a second course, a half-liter of red wine, a liter of Coca-Cola, and a pasta dish for my son, and that's it... In my opinion, €65 without a receipt is a bit too much.

26/08/2025: The property is located near Lanciano, in a strategic area for enjoying the Trabocchi Coast every day and taking trips inland. The rooms are welcoming, clean, and comfortable, with private verandas, a small kitchen, and the option of dining on the veranda. But we rarely did so, because dining on the property was a pleasure for the senses and the soul: the food is excellent, and the hosts, Lorenzo and Nadia, are extremely kind, affable, and friendly. They listened to our needs and requests and always accommodated us. Lorenzo is also an excellent guide and will be able to advise you on the best villages and festivals to visit during your stay. You can also purchase the farm's excellent products (primarily olive oil and wine). Everything (stay, dinners, and products) is at very fair prices! The only downside is the lack of a washing machine, which can be a bit of a nuisance during extended stays. However, there is a coin-operated laundromat very close to Lanciano. We returned again this year and nothing has changed!! Thanks for the wonderful vacation!

03/08/2025: I often stop by on my walks to eat a good ice cream, the owners are friendly and courteous ☺️ I love the cream put on the cones and cups, the place was recently renovated and the ice cream shop is among the best in Chieti... I recommend it wholeheartedly

02/09/2025: It looks like a bar, but it has every indication of wanting to be a nightclub. The atmosphere is dark, with music of a single genre pounding at a volume that doesn't allow for conversation at the table. The staff, at times bored and a little annoyed, quickly dismisses requests. Not recommended.

07/08/2025: I've never had a better pizza!!! It came with an aperitif, a drink, and a selection of appetizers, all delicious. I went back to eat at this lovely place last night. Everything was delicious and appetizing. The service was excellent; the girl who brought us the platters, pizzas, drinks, and chips was incredibly kind and helpful! And we didn't spend much either... We'll be back as soon as possible.

29/04/2025: Very pleasant and accommodating atmosphere located in a very pleasant setting (Piazza Caprioli). The young people are very knowledgeable, kind, helpful, and professional. The aperitif was worthwhile, and the music playlist was top-notch! Highly recommended.
