06/11/2025: A unique atmosphere, somewhere between old and dilapidated. Traditional cuisine with a touch of innovation in the appetizers. Unfortunately, neither of these dishes are to my taste. I found the mixed fried fish to be the best executed dish. The wine selection is very limited, mostly from local producers. Service is minimal. Personally, I was disappointed.

22/06/2025: Perfect croissants (Normal and Vollkorn) and cappuccino, perfect for a Frühstück and a guten Start in the Tag. Also small Pizzeria with super Service, bis zum nächsten MAL - exceptional croissants (normal, with cereals, empty or with cream/chocolate/pistachio/...) and cappuccino, perfect for an excellent start to the day. The pizza is also excellent and top service, see you next TIME :)

25/07/2025: The bar is very nice and started out very well. Over time, it fell by the wayside. It's almost a miracle to find it open. It's a shame about the management; I think the place had a lot of potential.

22/05/2025: Lovely little cafe. The owner and his staff are always very welcoming, helpful and warm. They always cater for the needs of the picky eaters like me with a smile.

17/08/2025: If you want to wait for the sunset with a drink in hand, good company, and background music without expecting too much, you're in the right place! L'Ananasso is a mini cocktail and drinks corner located in a parking lot overlooking the Ionian Sea, equipped with plastic tables and chairs, for those with modest expectations. The staff were friendly and quick; we enjoyed the cocktails, which were well-proportioned; there's no table service. If I could offer a small serving of snacks or nuts with your drink!

09/11/2025: A very welcoming atmosphere, it feels like home. This is also thanks to the very kind and super helpful staff. The food was really good, generous and high-quality portions. Dogs are welcome. I recommend booking; unfortunately, the day I went, many people didn't find a seat.

07/12/2025: Excellent food, friendly staff, fast service. The only downside was that we had a table right in front of the entrance door which was left open or ajar, letting the cold in. Otherwise, recommended!!

07/10/2025: August 2025 We visited The Green Shark for the first time, as it’s local to us. The outside seating area is lovely and creates a really nice atmosphere. Unfortunately, our experience with the service let it down. I ordered a mojito and, after a few sips, found a piece of glass in my mouth. The waiter did apologise and replaced the drink, but the replacement wasn’t great – very strong, with no sugar, and when we asked for soda water they brought tonic instead. We then asked a waitress for sugar to fix the drink, but after 10 minutes she hadn’t come back. When we asked again, she said they only had white sugar. We told her not to worry, as we no longer wanted the drink, and to bring us the bill. Five minutes later another new drink was brought out, unfortunately we didn't drink it as we were ready to leave. The food itself was ok, and the venue really is lovely, but the service unfortunately wasn’t at the same level. Such a shame, as its a great spot. It could have been worse – I could have spent the night in a hospital had I not noticed the glass.

22/09/2025: Reluctantly, after two negative experiences at the new restaurant, I've come to the conclusion that something has been lost. The service is very slow and chaotic; for a table of five, we waited an hour and a half for three steaks, a burrito, and a burger. We finally asked for another bottle of water, for which we waited another 15-20 minutes. The two waiters did their best, but were visibly overwhelmed considering the number of customers both inside and outside the restaurant. I'm sure they did their best. The steaks, despite the "500g" label on the menu, were downsized, and I don't think I had more than 300g on my plate. The burger arrived burnt and very dry, so we were forced to have it changed. The burrito was incredibly sad; it was a simple wrap with sausage, cheddar, and some salsa, and it couldn't have been worth the €10 we paid.

The location is truly beautiful, with a truly extraordinary sea view. I will definitely be back. Well done and congratulations to all the staff ❤️

The incredible location overlooking the Abruzzo coast (unforgettable under a full moon), the family atmosphere, and the groups of longtime friends who flock to Bruno, the owner, transform a dinner into a memorable experience.
