07/08/2024: Due cene ed un Pranzo. Tutto super. Bravo lo chef Roger. Grande qualita' degli alimenti e piatti abbondanti. Quando si mangia il pesce, il vero"bell'impiattamento" non e' certo rappresentato dai i 20 gr di ricciola al centro del piatto, circondata da salse e verdurine multicolori, con lunga ed altisonante descrizione fracesizzata ( come mi e'purtroppo capitato in un ristorante stellato piu' a nord! ). Il BEL primo e' una buona qualita' di pasta fresca, taglierini o altro, che "spunta" e "si scorge" in mezzo ad una abbondante quantira' di pesce fresco con la giusta aggiunta di pochissimi aromi. Ed una bella grigliata con 4-5 qualita' di pesce PESCATO senza "filetti" di orata o soliti tranci di salmone allevato etc. La frittura vera e' un buo ptodotto di calamaro surgelato a bordo ( e non "cerchioni" similtotano da 6 euro il kg, supersbiancato). Non vado oltre. Bravo Roger!

20/08/2024: Da Marlon la semplicità di un pranzo da trattoria si abbina all’altissima qualità delle materie prime e delle preparazioni. Agnello alla brace superlativo, da rosicchiarsi le ossa fino all’ultimo brandello di carne. Arrosticini tagliati a mano buonissimi: non un pezzo duro, pochissimo grasso, tocchetti morbidi e gustosi. Abbiamo chiuso con un tiramisù buo-nis-si-mo!

20/08/2024: Ottima cucina tipica abruzzese da antipasto al dolce, il personale e’ stato molto attento e gentile, assolutamente consigliato.

17/08/2024: Respectable pub discovered by chance in San Vito Marina, opened in 2019: average prices, widely customizable sandwiches with ingredients included in the price and others not, kind and young staff, average waiting times, quiet environment with soft background music and not at such a wrecking volume that you can't talk like in some pubs. More than sufficient choice of beers. Place with lots of seating, excellent cleanliness of the bathrooms, large billiard room (photo). Abruzzo pecorino excellent surprise! Good experience overall. 06/08/2024: Terrible service, crude and grumpy owner who cannot be in contact with customers. Up to par waiters. Bad service due to him and his ways. As soon as we arrived there was a child from our group, who was playing with the cutlery on the mat placed under the plate and he immediately "be careful that this costs €20-40" in an indiscreet way. Then regarding whether or not to smoke on the veranda, in a very rude way, he asked, remaining there to put out the cigarette (we were outside on the veranda). For goodness sake everything correct, there was a ban, even if we were outside, but you are not talking to "gypsies". To relate to people you need style and a little less arrogance. There are ways and ways. I don't recommend it

05/08/2024: On Saturday evening my husband and I ate an exquisite and abundant house starter (the earthenware potatoes are absolutely worth trying) and 2 plated pizzas: my husband 1 margherita with sausage and my Don Gennaro... wonderful!!! The terrace is pleasant and well set up. All the staff, especially the young owner, were kind, thoughtful and friendly. We had a problem with parking, they immediately moved to speak to the security guard. Last thing, very important, nice but above all very clean bathroom!!!

21/08/2024: A place frequented by young people, with cuisine suited to their tastes. The burgers, fries and even the vegetarian starter were unexpectedly good. The tagliatelle is equally good, and there is a good selection of beers on tap. However, staff may struggle to handle large numbers of diners.

16/08/2024: Although the food is of a good standard and the environment is comfortable, the staff (not all of them, to be honest) are nothing short of rude. Faced with a wait of about 2 hours for a pizza, we heard the reply: "there are a lot of people, if you don't like it, get up and leave". Overall if you are very patient you can go.

08/08/2024: Very good food but terrible table service. Rude and arrogant waiters. I was at the table with other people, a waitress arrives with a sulking face, we say "good evening" to her without receiving an answer. We decide to make a toast but a diner sees his glass chipped so he calls the waitress to kindly ask her to change the glass because it's broken. The waitress arrives all annoyed and rudely responding to this person's request. But the exploit comes when we order the desserts, we waited 45 minutes to receive the desserts. The waitress arrives and stops at the head of the table and instead of serving the various dishes we had to get up to take the plate with the dessert. But it doesn't end there, a girl who was with us at the table had ordered a sweet pizza present on the dessert list and the waitress, once she had finished distributing the desserts (because the service she gave us is not a service), exhorted with annoyed voice "so the sweet pizza is finished if you want you can get another dessert or a sorbet", then a boy from our table replies to the waitress that it didn't seem right to him not to receive the dessert ordered more than 45 minutes before. The waitress responds not kindly and professionally but responds with the exact words "well, what can I do to you!" They ran out of it in the kitchen and didn't calculate the quantities properly, so I can't do anything for you." I honestly do not recommend it because even if the food is good the service will ruin the atmosphere and everything else!

06/08/2024: A lovely little place. Every time I return to "my" coast I return there to savor the colors of the sunset over the sea, the smells of home but above all the authentic flavours. Always eaten splendidly, genuine ingredients, excellent crosses between tradition and the sea. Well done

27/08/2024: If they had told us, "look, we are full and understaffed" we would have preferred.... Let me start by saying that we had no reservation but we arrived early (12.35pm) and they put us out (there were 2 of us) A lady in overalls, annoyed by the excess work that day, gives us a piece of paper with the menu without prices on which we (us) can put the crosses to choose the dishes, and so far... Unfortunately, it took us 2 and a half hours to eat 2 first courses and a roast divided into 2.... Food ok and cooked well but total disorganization. As soon as we finished the roast, at 3 we showed up to pay, another quarter of an hour of waiting.. I would have expected a question from someone who knows how to do catering along the lines of, "Gentlemen, are you okay?" Or even better, "we're sorry for the wait, can we get you anything?" And even if we wanted to, it would have been difficult given that on the bar counter full of dirty plates and glasses there wasn't even room for a cup of coffee. Total silence. Conclusion: 2 first courses for €12 (prices now read online) a roast for €20, 0.5 liters of white for €7 and two liter bottles of water for €4 in my house it would have been €55 plus cover charge.... Instead we are asked for 70. We pay them without protests or questions and only receive receipts to leave as soon as possible. Catering is not for everyone.

16/07/2024: Yesterday 12 July 2024 we were in Lanciano to see the Eucharistic miracle, so then we stopped to eat in this place which is a stone's throw from the church. Everything was good, nothing was wrong, I recommend it to everyone. Very kind owner, thank you!!!!!

20/07/2024: The pizzas are good even if not exceptional: I've eaten better ones near home: (today however I got a 🍺 for 2.50, the prices were all haphazard! I prepared 2 euros because I thought it was 1.50 in Latin small) thing that I pay a euro less at home and in a small bottle... the girl doesn't even smile; practically only they smile at those they know!!! IF THE CASHIER SMILES FROM TIME TO TIME HER JAW MIGHT NOT FALL.
