Braza Sushi Bar In Montesilvano

As a Brazilian, I can say the food is exceptional: authentic flavors that truly took me back home. The atmosphere is also very pleasant, with themed music making the atmosphere even more welcoming. The service is a shame. The staff was friendly, except for two girls (one with short hair and one with glasses), who were rude and inattentive. The dining room is small, yet the sushi chef had to notify them that our table was being called. Furthermore, they were complaining among themselves that they wanted to go home, even though the restaurant was still open. This unprofessional behavior ruined an otherwise excellent experience.

I've been wanting to go back to Braza for a long time (after they moved!) We ate really well. There were three of us, so we ordered a "double-course" and a tartare. Everything was excellent, from the Brazilian fried food to the nigiri, and the delicious rolls (I'd add less sweet and sour sauce, so not all the rolls taste the same sweet). The chocolate mochi were also good. Obligada e até a próxima! This time I won't wait too long!

I've been a regular at this restaurant since 2020, and it's become a true staple for me. The sushi is simply extraordinary: incredibly fresh, meticulously prepared, and every bite is an explosion of flavor. Whether it's a poke or a box, the quality is always impeccable. In all these years, it has never disappointed me. For me, Braza Sushi Bar isn't just a sushi restaurant: it's THE sushi. 5 stars are too few.
