31/01/2025: One of my favorite restaurants in Franciacorta (and beyond). Quality of dishes, service, location and wines of the highest level. I have had the opportunity to try several starred restaurants in recent years and I can confidently say that Vivilo Ristorante has nothing to envy them (indeed...). Despite the distance, a fixed stop at least once a year. Until next time!

05/03/2025: Excellent food, warm and welcoming environment, wide variety of dishes for all tastes. Good (not excellent) quality/price ratio, slightly high prices but justified by impeccable service and unquestionable quality.

12/02/2025: Great varied menu with something for everyone and a really great atmosphere. Staff were friendly and professional. Probably our favourite restaurant in Champoluc for the balance of quality food and relaxed chalet-style atmosphere.

16/03/2025: Excellent dishes and excellent service in a refined but familiar environment. I organized the graduation lunch for my son, everything was really delicious!!!👏 Great professionalism of the chef Stefano Fanti who has prepared an excellent menu even for vegetarian guests, the wine pairing is perfect. The service was also impeccable: very attentive and discreet👍 I thank you for making this happy day for us even more special with a refined lunch in a unique place. Highly recommended for special events and a must try for anyone coming to Turin! Compliments to the chef 👏👏👏🧿

29/03/2025: Very nice restaurant that has ambitions. The food was really good and was beautiful on the plates. Classic Italian food with a modern touch. The only small negativte was that the service was not perfect, if they fix that the restaurant will get a Michelin star.

23/03/2025: Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Abend mit ausgezeichnetem Essen. Die Bewirtung war auch hervorragend, vor allem die "Geschichten" des Senior-Chefs haben uns den Aufenthalt verschönert. Kleiner Tipp: vorher reservieren, da es schwierig ist einen Platz zu bekommen...

23/12/2024: Sono stato con mio padre a festeggiare un evento e quindi ho optato per il menù degustazione abbinata a vini. Tutto il cibo è stato molto buono e curato, con vini di qualità ben selezionati. Il sommelier e il capo sala erano molto preparati. Punti dolenti: - Gli altri camerieri non erano minimamente all’altezza del posto; tutti molto impreparati e con poca esperienza; questo ha stonato molto con l’ambiente e il cibo. - quando finivamo l’acqua ci veniva chiesto se volevamo un’altra bottiglia. Quando ho detto basta, ho comunque ricevuto altra acqua (non messa in conto giustamente), ma fa strano ricevere l’acqua anche se non richiesta, avendo pagato tutta le bottiglie precedenti - il caffè non è incluso nel menù degustazione e viene dato un suo menu separato, ma la piccola pasticceria viene offerta gratuitamente. Trovo un po’ di cattivo gusto pagare separatamente un caffè e poi ricevere comunque offerto la pasticceria. Averti preferito avere il caffè incluso, con una scelta separata di caffè speciali a scelta e a pagamento. Diciamo che ci sono state diverse cose che pensano essere migliorate, data la qualità di altri stellati in città.

10/03/2025: 2 women in charge of this restaurant. Paola at the helm of the kitchen, churns out traditional Piedmontese dishes with a revisited twist. His paniscia is delicious! Must try😋 Emanuela, Paola's sister, is ready to welcome you with extreme professionalism and skill.

22/03/2025: Prima volta che siamo andati, siamo stati accolti come fossimo il cliente più storico, professionalissimi e allo stesso tempo cordiali e piacevoli. Menù e piatti davvero curati e buonissimi. Consigliatissimo

04/03/2025: Sono stato al ristorante per una cena di anniversario e sono rimasto molto soddisfatto. Tutto di qualità, dagli interni, al servizio, al menù, al cibo. Una cena da concedersi assolutamente se fate un weekend o una sosta relax a montecatini. Molto colpito dagli ottimi gusti dei piatti (con porzioni giuste che saziano) e dalla grande qualità degli ingredienti. Dettaglio da sottolineare è il menù dei caffè con alcune chicche molto rare che trovate raramente da altre parti a questi prezzi

23/03/2025: Tonight I visited this restaurant and, unfortunately, my experience did not live up to my expectations. The food was okay, but the flavors were mixed and confused, which made it difficult to fully appreciate them. Although the price was acceptable, it cannot be said that the quality justified the cost. The place, on the other hand, is nice and elegant, but what really ruined the evening was the attitude of the staff. At the end of the dinner, while we were having a pleasant chat, the waiter intervened unexpectedly by presenting the bill and asking for immediate payment even though there were still people at the tables in the place. This was definitely inappropriate and broke the atmosphere of the evening. In conclusion, although the restaurant has potential, there are fundamental aspects that need improvement, especially the education and respect of customers.

22/03/2025: The restaurant impresses with its stylish ambience, fine cuisine, and stunning views of Lake Maggiore. Unfortunately, the experience is significantly marred by poor service. A rude, bossy server (presumably the head waitress) is out of place in an upscale dining concept. The requirement to order at least two courses per person is communicated in an unfriendly tone. The service is also inattentive: water is neither refilled nor asked for, salt and pepper have to be requested several times, and the espresso is served lukewarm. Despite the excellent cuisine, the poor service leaves a negative overall impression.

13/03/2025: A nice dining experience, tasty food, and lovely personel. It's a good spot for a group of people to spend a relaxed dinner.

13/03/2025: We were passing through and had lunch at this restaurant with our family. Excellent choice, welcoming place, friendly and helpful waiters, as soon as you enter inside you find the kitchen in front of you and you can observe how they prepare the dishes, well looked after but above all of excellent quality on the tables there are pencils you can use them to leave a drawing, the children took advantage of this. Nonetheless the cleanliness, when I return to Verona I definitely know where to have lunch, I recommend it without any doubt.

23/03/2025: Nice characteristic place that overlooks a side street, a few steps from the center of Borgomanero. Menu with a wide choice, the same goes for the wine list. Not being from the area, my father and I decided to order some typical local dishes: guinea fowl paté with cockerel salad (appetizer), “Paniscia” risotto (min. for 2 people, first course) and the house Tapulone (second course). We were satisfied with the choices, in particular my father appreciated the risotto while I appreciated the donkey meat (tapulone). Excellent quality/price ratio, also considering the portions. Super kind and welcoming staff. Absolutely recommended!
