18/11/2025: Spectacular service and food. So many connected stories to the meal. There was thought and joy put into the meal. This is what you expect with a Michelin star. I think it deserves another. We ate at a Michelin 2-star the same week, and we much preferred Terrazza and we hope to return. Also, between all of the additional tastes between courses, we must have eaten 15 courses. Insane. Wonderful!

03/05/2026: The grounds are very well maintained, especially the gardens, which are magnificent. However, the modern section near the pool is a shame: it clashes sharply with the original structure and doesn't blend in.
We had dinner in the three-Michelin-starred restaurant. The cuisine clearly doesn't live up to this standard: it lacks refinement, seems very commercial, and is rather ordinary. Furthermore, we were seated in a room where two tables had infants, which is unacceptable for a Saturday night in a restaurant of this caliber.
We spent the night there. The rooms are beautiful and well-maintained, but the bathroom is disappointing and really needs a complete renovation.
Finally, the service is overly intrusive: the staff is friendly, but lacks discretion and tries to do far too much. In conclusion: it certainly doesn't deserve three stars and is therefore far too expensive for what it is!
25/04/2026: A beautiful, typical Ligurian restaurant, although not adequately cleaned (we found pieces of breadsticks and a dirty fork on the floor under the table: I've attached a photo).
The service was very attentive and attentive, but our experience involved a waiter who was quite touchy with us and the tables next to us.
The renowned, award-winning soup was good, but the portion was meager for €32. The other dishes were good; the traditional focaccia didn't disappoint, and the same was true for the trofie al pesto.
On a personal note: we witnessed the scene where the old owner's son was rude to his father. It wasn't pleasant to see or hear.

13/04/2026: The staff are attentive and friendly, the rooms are welcoming and meticulously maintained, but the hotel's location and structure don't justify such high prices: we're in the middle of a busy and very noisy area, with few amenities for those who don't want to drive; the garden, though well-kept, is surrounded by buildings and private homes.
We weren't thrilled with breakfast and lunch at the restaurant; we expected much more.
29/10/2025: The hotel is absolutely fantastic. The rooms are comfortable and elegant. The owner is incredibly welcoming and makes you feel right at home. She pays close attention to her guests, ensuring they feel comfortable during their stay. The food is another story altogether – delicious, beautifully presented, and all organically grown on their own farms. The welcome suite is elegantly arranged and stylishly placed in the room. The hotel's atmosphere is wonderful and incredibly relaxing. 🇦🇪

10/05/2026: It's the best restaurant I've ever been to in my entire life. Completely Italian, it's absolutely worth the price and its stars. Visually, it's on par with a restaurant in Munich. I can only say I'm proud of the employees and proud to be Italian if represented like this. I'll definitely be back and introduce my family to this restaurant too. The best €700 I've ever spent in my life.
05/05/2026: This was our first Michelin restaurant to come to. The over all experience was very fun. Great food pairings and the service was next level. Very impressed with the intentionality of the team!

08/02/2026: World-class, in a small cute Dolomiti village and with an intimate atmosphere of extremely kind hosts. Each single plate is the convergence of care, knowledge, experience, traditions and experimentation. Words are limited to express what is to eat at Laite.

26/04/2026: Enrico Crippa is the pinnacle of gastronomy! Three stars and the level couldn't be higher. Everything was superb, from the first moment to the last. I was especially impressed by the chef's work with vegetables—it was simply wow! Ordinary ingredients become masterpieces: vibrant, fresh, with a depth of flavor that's hard to describe. Absolutely delightful, I dream of coming back! Можешь копировать любой или сказать, если нужно ещё короче/длиннее или с упоминанием конкретных блюд.
09/04/2026: Piazza Duomo is absolute perfection: Enrico Crippa's menu is a brilliant explosion of flavors. Furthermore, the impeccable service, from the welcome to the farewell, makes this an experience you shouldn't miss at least once in your life.

The decor is meticulously crafted, with an original mix of exotic elements, vintage objects, and abundant greenery that lends a welcoming and distinctive feel. The background music is always pleasant and creates the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing dinner. The dishes are excellent, with a wide variety of options on the menu. The owner and staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

03/05/2026: At Agli Amici, we found a sincere and attentive welcome: even our daughter, still very young, was a truly welcome presence.
The atmosphere is elegant but never stuffy, putting you at ease without losing its identity.
The tasting menu conveys a clear and coherent idea: a dialogue between land and sea, rooted in the local area but never predictable. Each dish adds a new dimension, with a growing progression of flavor and complexity, culminating in a perfectly balanced sweet finish.
A thoughtful, distinctive cuisine that surprises without being forced.
Friendly, welcoming, and brilliant hosts.

12/04/2026: A wonderful experience, both in terms of taste and appearance. The food was excellent and the decor was beautiful. It was definitely something out of the ordinary, unlike many restaurants that tend to conform to the same standards these days. We'll definitely be back.

Crossing the threshold of La Credenza, in San Maurizio Canavese, isn't simply entering a restaurant.
It means accepting an invitation to a journey.
A journey where the senses are the protagonists, the raw materials are the muse, and technique is the creator of pure emotion.
The atmosphere is a perfect prelude: a sober, almost whispered elegance, where soft lighting and minimal design create a cocoon of intimacy and anticipation.
Giovanni Grasso's welcome, orchestrated with the mastery of a consummate host, is the first, impeccable step in a dance that will last all evening.
You are a guest, not a customer.
And this is a substantial difference.
We chose the tasting menu, a journey that proved to be a crescendoing symphony.
Here, the chef's hand doesn't just cook; it composes.

Absolutely unmissable (because spectacular doesn't do it justice).

25/04/2026: Excellent service and atmosphere. We went during the week and it was relatively quiet. The dishes are nothing to complain about, good quality and refined flavors. As a dessert lover, I have to say they leave a little to be desired.
19/04/2026: I've been wanting to go back for a while, and I've decided to go back more often.
I'm not even talking about the food or the service, which I have to say was excellent without being overwhelmed.
It's the best seafood restaurant in Italy, period.
