14/05/2025: Llegamos un poco temprano y esperábamos tomar una copa en la terraza antes de la cena. Nos recibieron en los jardines y nos registramos en ese momento preguntamos si había tiempo para un aperitivo en la terraza. Nos dijeron que estaba perfectamente bien y dirigido al hotel. En el vestíbulo del hotel nos recibieron de nuevo y nos llevaron a la terraza. El anfitrión en la terraza era extremadamente grosero y nos dijo que no había tiempo y se alejó. Estábamos confundidos y esperábamos a que volviera. Claramente nos vio esperando, pero eligió evitarnos. Nos quedamos sintiéndonos inoportunos. Finalmente, entramos en busca de alguien que nos pudiera dirigir al restaurante. Qué decepcionante comienzo de una cena por lo demás maravillosa.
10/05/2025: Realmente no hay palabras para describir toda la experiencia, una mezcla perfecta de excelencia culinaria, arte y teatro. Todo fue perfecto y el café suspendido amará en mi memoria para siempre!

24/05/2025: Fish tasting menu with wine pairing. A beautiful gift… It was an incredible sensory experience! A game and combination of flavors never tried before. The staff was truly exceptional… they guided you and made you feel at ease! It was beautiful to see the kitchen and the staff so organized in bringing the various courses and serving at the tables… impeccable organization! I highly recommend it! Especially for lunch in the spring/summer period, because the location is truly beautiful and even having lunch outside must be beautiful. We will definitely be back! Thank you for the unique experience.
24/05/2025: Celebrated a birthday on Thursday evening, not the first time in this beautiful warm location.. The famous paccheri with bavaglio this time for women, an attentive and high-class service that you do not find in other starred restaurants. It is always a shame to get up from their table...

The cuisine has a refined harmony of Mediterranean flavors combined with the aesthetic and brilliant taste of chef Ernesto, a master worthy of the legacy of Don Alfonso. The hall and the gardens, as well as the rooms that host the lucky customers are a wonderful synthesis of taste and elegance that Mrs. Iaccarino has been able to create. Mario is perfect, a splendid host who is able to accompany, with style and confidentiality, his guests, until they feel like friends. The jewel in the crown is the precious cellar that maestro Giuseppe takes care of with love. Poetry

29/05/2025: An incredible experience. Michelin-star service, a modern ambiance in a historic setting. But above all, food as art. This applies to the presentation of the dishes as well as the taste. Perfectly balanced, fresh, with plenty of vegetables and herbs. Simply fantastic, 5 points.
27/05/2025: Alba, November 2024 Piazza Duomo moved me in a way few restaurants ever have. From the first amuse-bouche to the final delicate bite of dessert, I felt the chef’s passion woven into every detail. The flavors weren’t just refined—they told stories. At one point, I paused and realized I hadn’t spoken in minutes, just completely absorbed by the moment. One dish in particular (I won’t spoil it) brought back memories I didn’t even know I carried. That’s the kind of magic this place holds. If you ever find yourself in Alba, gift yourself this experience.

29/03/2025: High-level restaurant in a very particular rural context, 'out of this world', with very few tables and a large window overlooking the illuminated valley. Very quick service, attentive to everything and kind. Taste journey in a tasty and comfortable style, with excellent pairings of refined wine. Some, very few to tell the truth, dishes not entirely proportionate in terms of taste and desserts that could be improved. The final bon bons are better. Overall, at a reasonable (not low) price, an interesting and stylish experience. Despite the criticisms added only as an incentive, they deserve 5 stars on everything. P.S. suitable for romantic dinners for two.
24/02/2025: Spinechile is a lovely Michelin star restaurant hidden in the woods just above Thiene. It was taken over from an old barn and in fact the original structure has been maintained. Inside the atmosphere is very elegant, intimate and at the same time relaxed. In the main room, there are 4 large round tables overlooking the valley below. During our lunch, we were lulled and transported by the waitress to taste the 8-course Alchimie menu. For us it was a truly unique experience and one that we recommend trying at least once.

10/06/2025: Optisch und geschmacklich hervorragende Gerichte, jedoch eher lauwarm als heiß. Service freundlich und aufmerksam wie man es in einem 2 Sterne Restaurant erwartet, jedoch ist es sehr nüchtern, wenn auch modern und stylisch, eingerichtet, sodass leider keine angenehme Atmosphäre entsteht. Hier zu reservieren ist kein Fehler, wenngleich ich hier nicht nochmals essen würde, denn es gibt in dieser Kategorie deutlich bessere Alternativen.

26/05/2025: Thank you to Giovanni Grasso for his warm and friendly welcome. We weren't supposed to eat at this restaurant, but chance brought us there, and as the chef said when he welcomed us in excellent French: "There is no such thing as coincidence, it's just that you had to come to our house!" Not only was he right, but in the kitchen, the chef and the pastry chef, whom we had the pleasure of meeting, delighted our taste buds with the gourmet menu and the fine wine pairings. So many beautiful compositions, some with an Italian touch, delighted us. A tremendous pleasure from start to finish. The wines were carefully selected by the sommelier, and they enhanced the dishes. The entire staff was very pleasant and attentive, yet never overbearing; this wonderfully rounded off the experience, making it an unforgettable memory. Take the time to discover this beautiful address, nestled in a discreet street but well worth the detour!

15/05/2025: My husband and I often return to this two-Michelin-star restaurant, and it is always an unforgettable experience. The menu is excellent, with creative and delicious options even for vegetarians. A special shout-out to the staff, always impeccable: a special thanks to Nicolò, the sommelier, very knowledgeable and attentive. The millefeuille is simply special! Elegant, welcoming atmosphere, with attention to the smallest details: we always feel at home. Congratulations!

18/06/2025: La mia sufficienza per l’esperienza è semplicemente legata a degli imprevisti nel servizio. Azzardata la scelta degli abbinamenti per la degustazione Miseria e nobiltà. Inaccettabile la reazione di uno dei sommelier al problema sollevato riguardo lo stato di conservazione di uno dei vini. Annotazione fatta da un sommelier altrettanto qualificato seduto al mio tavolo. Il ragazzo ha sostituito il vino ma con supponenza ha manifestato il suo disappunto senza assaggiare il vino in questione e dicendo palesemente che non era d’accordo. Mi limito a dare un piccolo consiglio a chi segue la sala: il servizio di un ristorante di così alto livello dovrebbe essere supervisionato da qualcuno con più esperienza. Ammirevole la presenza di tanti giovani ma la gestione di questi inconvenienti non può essere affidata ad un personale così giovane semplicemente perché “acerbo” nel gestire questi inconvenienti. Piccolo consiglio all’architetto che ha curato gli interni: togliamo le tende oscuranti che dopo quasi 5 ore di pranzo con la luce artificiale mandano in tilt il cervello????? Lo chef resta intoccabile.
