16/06/2025: Trovandosi a Terni, in più di lunedì !! il vecchio DeGustibus temeva fortemente di doversi accontentare del famoso convento. Ma questo grazioso locale si è rivelato un bella sorpresa, soprattutto per una carta davvero interessante, ampia e di estrema ricerca. Da censurare invece la famosa lista del giorno a prezzo fisso che disonora che punta sulla ricerca. E qua di ricerca ce n’è fin troppa come dimostra un temerario risotto con pesche, basilico e bottarga che va probabilmente rivisto ma ha comunque attratto il vostro. Quasi impeccabile l’uovo con gazpacho di fragole e capocollo, solo un po’ carico di sapidità ma comunque riuscito. Altre chicche da provare nel menù che è il punto forte di questo, promosso, locale

25/05/2025: Really positive experience! Welcoming place, well-kept and with a pleasant atmosphere. The food is excellent, you can taste the quality of the ingredients and the care in the preparation. A detail that I really appreciated: the chef who passes between the tables to ask if everything is okay. A rare courtesy that shows passion and attention to the customer. Highly recommended, I will definitely be back!

08/04/2025: Let me start by saying that I gave 5 stars because more cannot be given and any comment from me would be superfluous. We went for lunch and chose the "dialect" tasting menu, a true delicacy, each dish paired with local products; unique and different dishes from the usual. The owner who is also the chef is an extraordinary person, as well as being a good Chef he is very cultured. He explained the contents and its history to us dish by dish, even going as far as the history of the peoples who preceded us and who brought cultures and customs to our territories. It was a pleasure to listen to Mr.'s stories. Federico inherent to his dishes and the territory, his ideas, we need more people like Mr. Federico. I remember his words "ours is a fantastic territory full of raw materials, we just need to know how to exploit them". Furthermore, from the restaurant you can admire the peaks of the Pollino, today they were also whitewashed and when observing them you could smell the oak wood burning in the fireplaces. I highly recommend trying this experience.

07/06/2025: Serata a sorpresa per il mio compleanno fatta dalla mia ragazza,tutto ottimo,prezzo nella norma devo dire,piatti a parer mio abbondanti ma non è una critica negativa,tagliere di formaggi spaziale, E tocco di classe a fine pasto ti offrono un gin tonic in un bel tumbler.

19/05/2025: The best place in the area, a very attentive service with trained and friendly waiters. The quality of the raw material is excellent, an excellent wine cellar with many labels and of great quality. The place is very warm and welcoming, it recalls the history of the place. Here you will find the best chateaubriand ever, their strong point! Highly recommended, hurry to book because it is always full!!

04/05/2025: Oggi abbiamo pranzato i in questo meraviglioso locale, siamo stati accolti con calore e simpatia dal personale, lo chef Stefano sempre presente e attento ci ha fatto mangiare piatti eccellenti. Grazie

06/04/2025: Siamo stati a pranzo per festeggiare il compleanno di mia madre e siamo stati accolti molto calorosamente con tutta la simpatia dello chef e la gentilezza della cameriera. La location è veramente suggestiva immersa nel verde delle montagne circostanti a pochi passi dal Lago. La ristorazione è stata veramente apprezzata con un rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente. Consiglio di provare la locanda del Belvedere, un luogo dove tornare sicuramente.

25/05/2025: Una serata speciale con amici per festeggiare una ricorrenza, mentre ci trovavamo a Trento per il Festival dell'Economia, in questo ristorante per la prima volta. Eccellente, Location calda e carica di storia, personale attento e molto gentile, proprietario presente senza essere invadente. Cibo ottimo (sia nei piatti vegetariani, che di pesce o di carne), vini ottimi. Una bellissima serata.

20/05/2025: My favorite spot in Trento, where I had the best risotto ever! The dish was served with lime pearls, cold gambas, basil purée, and bisque. It may sound simple, but the balance and execution were absolutely divine. Without a doubt, this is the kind of dish you don’t want to miss when visiting Trento. The service was friendly, especially thanks to the young Guinean waiter, who made the experience even more enjoyable.

03/06/2025: What can I say! Everything is perfect, from the service to the dishes. They never miss a beat! I have been here on several occasions, to try both the tasting menus and the themed evenings. Every time it is an experience that leaves you speechless! I recommend it for anyone who wants to treat themselves to a special evening, but also for those who want to go out on any evening and eat something unique. Tasting itineraries also for vegetarians. Highly recommended!
