15/12/2024: La parole fantastica, strepitosa e perfetta non sono sufficienti a raccontare l’esperienza di una cena da Umami! Cibo raffinato ma gustoso, servizio rapido ma accurato e gentile: esperienza davvero di tipo mistico! Il ramen è un piatto decisamente sensazionale! Spero di tornare quanto prima. Complimenti a tutto lo staff!

17/11/2024: Intrigued by the view, my family and I decided to have lunch in this wonderful restaurant.
We found not only warmth and welcome but also history, local wines, typical products and above all the possibility of a gluten-free lunch that is often difficult to find in places like these. The Chef is the first to welcome you at the table and spreads an enormous love for cooking and his land throughout the room. The dishes are a spectacle for the eye and the palate.
We will definitely be back. 💗
03/11/2024: I go there every year with great satisfaction. Every time the availability and undoubted culinary skills of the owner make our lunch pleasant and fun.
Furthermore, he explains the history and composition of each course as well as some anecdotes about it.
Furthermore it also has the excellent location with a panoramic view of the mountains around Terranova del Pollino.

29/11/2024: Best place to go to eat if you are in Domodossola or surrounding areas. One of my favorite restaurants. This is because the food is excellent and hospitality is never lacking here. The Chateaubriand is absolutely worth trying, it is something superlative.
The quality-price ratio is more than fair considering the high level of raw material. I hope to return soon 🥹

21/08/2024: Das Menu war ausserordentlich von Qualität, Abwechslung und geschmacklicher Finesse. Feine Weinauswahl der hauseigenen Boroli cantina. Service professionell.
Kochkurs bei Chef war genial! super freundlich und lehrreich.
Die Hotelzimmer gross, teilweise in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber und ansprechend.
Frühstück klein und fein mit super Qualität der Produkte. Pool sauber mit schöner Aussicht über Rebberge, ruhig.

The service is friendly and welcoming, very professional.
The cuisine offers typical and revisited regional dishes.
We ate really well and will happily return.

16/07/2024: First time. But I have to say good food and kindness. Homemade bread with walnuts delicious. The fair price if you want to eat well, congratulations. Various choice of menu. I'm a vegetarian and I enjoyed it.

22/08/2024: Beautiful environment with a well-kept and elegant interior space. Large and pleasant garden. Quick and smiling service.
The pizzas: the fried one is excellent; the classic one is good and the so-called suspended one is discreet.
Normal prices for the classic ones and medium-high prices for the others.
The pizzas are served on cutting boards placed directly on the wood without any paper protection to isolate the food from the wood itself, a notoriously difficult material to sanitize...

Villa Bordoni Restaurant

06/07/2024: Dieses Restaurant befindet sich in einem wunderschönem Hotel in Toskanaregion in Greve. Die Zufahrt, obwohl wunderschön, ist nicht einfach aber es lohnt sich. Auch das Hotel ist schön und ich empfehle es zum Übernachten. Die Lage und die Aussichten sind hier einfach idyllisch, Toskana pur. Der Speiseraum ist einfach wunderschön und romantisch mit sehr weinen Details dekoriert. Das Niveau der Küche ist gut, für mich vor Allem die Pasta mit Garnelen und Pappardelle mit in der Region berühmten Fleischragou waren sehr lecker. Die Weine des Winzers waren für mich nur ok. Pro Person muss man Ca. 60-80 EUR rechnen, was für Italien teuer ist aber die Umgebung macht viel aus. Die Bedienung ist sehr nett, kompetent und vor Allem aufmerksam, was in Italien oft das Problem ist (das Letzte)
BofG - Wiederkommen/Empfehlungsfaktor (0-100%): 75% - wegen Lage und Lokal würde ich hier öfters kommen.

If you are looking for a Chianti home base and an amazing stay with exemplary service, especially when Hugo is working. If you are looking for an amazing top notch stay in Chianti, look no further!

I went for a business dinner, but work took a back seat.
Each dish was a unique emotion! Presentation, tastes, combinations, colors... I had no memories.
Starting from the initial cocktail, I had a Negroni, it was an escalation that is hard to find.
The dining room staff was exquisite and very kind, in the kitchen a chef who deserved all the compliments we gave him when he left.
A place in Olbia that I will carry with me and when I return I will definitely have to go there!!
Absolutely worth trying!
