24/11/2024: As an omnivore I loved this restaurant, but as a vegetarian I am completely in love with their cuisine. In most omnivorous restaurants you always feel forced to create something that can satisfy the choice of vegetarians, but in the case of Taverna Estia, no, the entire menu has been designed to make us live a unique experience tailor-made for us. Francesco Sposito's cuisine has always been my favorite and the welcome in the dining room is certainly no different. Attention to detail, exceptional raw materials, experiments but without forgetting tradition, care of the customer who then becomes a pampered guest and accompanied on a gastronomic journey that makes you say wow with every dish. Their aperitif to be enjoyed with your hands is second to none, ever. It's worth the detour and the journey too

17/11/2024: Beautiful local entrancing experience. I was literally pampered by the waiters, the maitre d' and the wine expert who advised us on the pairing to make with the chosen dinner. Absolutely worth repeating

When you eat well, money 💸 💸 💸 doesn't count, because the memory of the place and the flavors are inebriating everything. See you next time for sure. Highly recommended

30/08/2024: Restaurant in the center, very intimate and quiet atmosphere for those who want to spend a truly relaxing evening. Excellent food and service! Very fresh raw materials, especially the fish... I recommend it for events such as wedding anniversaries. Top quality/price ratio!

21/08/2024: Ritornare in questo raffinato ristorante, dal servizio impeccabile, è sempre un piacere. Mia figlia ne ha sentito tanto parlare ma non ci era ancora stata, allora non c'è stata ossasione migliore per ritornare e fare anche da "cicerone". Questa volta non abbiamo scelto il menù degustazione, per non essere troppo vincolati, ma quello alla carta e come c'era da aspettarsi è stato tutto fantastico. Abbiamo accompagnato il tutto un Ribona dei colli maceratesi del 2021, eccellente scelta. Mia figlia e mia moglie, dopo il buonissimo antipasto sono andate sul classico raviolo ripieno di spigola, io invece mi sono regalato un pacchero allo scorfano che è stato qualcosa di paradisiaco, sublime nel sapore, nel gusto e nella quantità, per chiudere con una fritturina di pesce di paranza che parlava da sola, putroppo non cè stato modo di assaggiare il dolce perchè le quantità sono state così abbondanti da non lasciare il minimo spazio.

14/07/2024: We went to dinner for the second time, and like the first, we were super satisfied! Excellent quality food that amazes you at every course, the risotto with porcini mushrooms, taleggio cheese and saffron is truly tops! Waiting staff, competent and kind! If you want to eat high-level cuisine in the center of Perugia, you can't miss going here!

30/11/2024: Ristorante molto particolare e ricercato. All’arrivo si è subito accolti dal simpaticissimo maitre di sala, che dona davvero molta vivacità e calore all’ambiente, che è già di per se accogliente grazie alle luci soffuse e ai colori. Servizio impeccabile ed elegante e il cibo è davvero sublime. Esperienza da provare per forza almeno una volta.

23/09/2024: Ya que nos alojamos en el pueblo reservamos con antelación una noche en este restaurante Michelin y no nos decepcionó. El proceso de emborracharse fue sin problemas y el día de la cena nos pidieron que confirmáramos nuestra cita, que funcionó bien. El Maitre es de Bélgica y podría dirigirse a nosotros en nuestra lengua materna, que bonita sorpresa. El ambiente en este edificio es genial y la comida era excelente. Optamos por 9 platos y los 5 vinos ayudando, sirviendo bien con los cursos ofrecidos. Una noche que disfrutamos mucho, el personal es excelente
