17/03/2025: Nulla da dire sul percorso degustazione. Piatti studiati e ricercati. Purtroppo, però, sono rimasta molto delusa dall'atteggiamento del gestore che mi ha messo a disagio poichè non potevo tenere la mia giacca con me (di cui avevo bisogno per alzarmi). Sono stata richiamata perchè dovevo necessariamente lasciarla al guardaroba quando in realtà c'erano tavoli pieni di gente che lasciava la propria giacca sulla sedia. Non ho ancora compreso il motivo. Non mi sono affatto sentita a mio agio, ho dovuto tenere la giacca per tutto il tempo addosso, recandomi disagio per il caldo. Si è parlato di rispetto del regolamento. Ok, a casa degli altri ci si comporta assoggettandosi alle regole, non ho nulla da dire. Ma vorrei che siano applicate le stesse regole a tutti. Non ci tornerei.

27/02/2025: Location calda ed accogliente. Personale altamente professionale e disponibile.Cibo eccellente,un trionfo di sapori ed una estrema accuratezza nella realizzazione dei piatti.Tutto molto accurato nei minimi dettagli. Voto 10 e lode!!! Un'esperienza sicuramente da ripetere.

16/02/2025: I dreamed a lot about this restaurant, the expectations were very high. I would point out that the dishes were all very good, some more, some less but for better or worse the quality, research and flavor was there in all of them. I immediately realized that, unlike other tables, we were treated a bit like the "poor people" (probably our clothes weren't up to par? Who knows... and yet we had chosen the most expensive menu and certainly a poor person doesn't go to eat there... but anyway... ok) the biggest criticism applies to the service and in particular to the 2 women. One extremely snooty and the other extremely unprepared, super botched and bordering on embarrassing. He explained the dishes in a super superficial way, all of them! Some of them were presented incorrectly (pre-dessert) so much so that, not being able to understand her explanation, we asked the male waiter what was inside and in fact there was something completely different to what she told us. Finally he arrives with the small pastry almost throws it on the table saying “we have the small pastry” WITHOUT SAYING ANYTHING and leaves. So I stop the male waiter again, annoyed at this point, and point this out. He apologizes and explains the desserts to us. Gentlemen, these are 2 Michelin stars and for 2 stars perfection is needed. I spent €600 but I absolutely believe at this point that it was absolutely not well spent. Lunch lasted 4 hours, too long for me also because in the end the courses weren't even that many (compared to other signature menus tried by other starred ones) and in fact if I can add the chef's free choice of the type of dish was a bit disappointing... his big giants were missing... I don't know I saw everything a bit browned as they say in Naples. It was also very annoying that the waiters often gathered in the center of the room to laugh, joke and talk about their business. Of course I prefer a formal but "loose" environment, but I don't think so, it looked like the trattoria next door. Also because it often happened that the waiters stopped to laugh and joke with the tables of the "regular customers" and this too, in my opinion, was quite out of place given the context. The goodness of most of the dishes is preserved, although I repeat in my opinion not all of them are up to the two stars. A disappointment that will remain and we will certainly not return.

08/03/2025: Few words to define the restaurant..courtesy, quality, excellence.very high level. Few words because it is difficult to describe...you just have to try it.

08/03/2025: A guarantee! Elegant restaurant, professional owner, present and friendly, the guy in the dining room is very professional and attentive. As mentioned above, excellent quality products, fresh, cooked to perfection and the taste remains in the mouth. We had squid, tuna and artichokes, vealed tuna, paccheri with lobster, turbot with crusted potatoes. Spectacular. Congratulations, we will be back.

26/11/2024: Simply "essence", being able to talk with chef Luca Gragnano, a welcoming environment and dishes created with love and awareness is today what a customer is looking for.

02/01/2025: Refined foods and sophisticated combinations, combined with customer attention, make this a classy experience. Advised. It's a shame that due to a little carelessness on their part, they made me pay a little extra for a dish I hadn't specifically requested.
