30/03/2025: It is truly an oasis of traditional flavours! Excellent raw materials, dishes with a delicate and refined flavour, I really appreciated the attention and research into local products from the extra virgin olive oil (produced directly by them) to the wines and cheeses, all strictly Made in Irpinia. You feel welcomed and have an atmosphere of home. Really compliments. We will definitely be back!

10/05/2025: Excellent example of haute cuisine, awarded with two Michelin stars. Atmospheric location, very professional and affable owner and staff. Worth the trip. Reservations necessary.

28/04/2025: Extremely creative gourmet cuisine using local ingredients in an intimate setting. I ate outside and many of the ingredients came from the garden next to me, e.g. the apricots or mint. The service was particularly hospitable and I felt completely at home.

21/04/2025: Always a guarantee Given that over the years they, like other restaurants, have raised their prices a bit and therefore the final bill is not exactly cheap It must be said, however, that for one occasion it is definitely worth it. You eat well, served with care and you always leave satisfied.

02/05/2025: Everything is top notch, but what really makes the difference is the less formal environment compared to the norm in restaurants awarded or reported on the Red. The participation of various generations in the functioning of the structure, helps to raise its level even more, by virtue of the passion that can be seen in every gesture of each professional involved .... chef Sandro then, often in the dining room with the delighted diners, is that extra cuddle that you didn't think you wanted and that instead makes the experience even more joyful, thanks to the words with which he explains the philosophy of his family and the meaning of each dish and each ingredient .... in the end your desire is simply one: to return soon to visit them .... The return to the second star would not only be deserved, but more than due, given the scale of evaluations at the basis of the release .... think carefully you who must, on what we would all really like to find in Rossa from now on, given the crisis of vocations and the costs bearable only thanks to wealthy sponsors and certainly not because of the sustainability of the business and/or the quality of the same: today the future of haute cuisine is decided, think about it ....

27/04/2025: I've been there twice for both dinner and lunch and the satisfaction has always been superlative. I've tried both the land and freshwater fish menus. It is the most popular international restaurant for this menu and tasting the dishes you understand why. I won't say anything else about the dishes because the story that the staff or owners tell about them is also a satisfaction. The location is truly suggestive due to the adjacent Santa Susanna springs and the perfectly maintained garden. I preferred to dine leaving the wine pairing up to them and I was impressed by the balance between the wines offered and the dishes served, however the excellent cellar satisfies even the most experts. A dish that I will always remember is the artichoke with egg!

21/04/2025: Elegant atmosphere, impeccable service. You will be pampered from your arrival until the end of the meal. The staff is always present and ready to satisfy any of your requests. The dishes are well presented and prepared with excellent professionalism. Well done guys.

05/05/2025: Everything was done in an optimal manner, from the initial welcome to the attention given to the customer. Each dish served is "illustrated" in order to give an extra flavor to what is tasted... dishes in which the chef has managed to combine the passion for haute cuisine with the love for our land!! The sommelier is also excellent and, in addition to recommending the best wine suitable for the customer, tries to put you at ease. A compliment goes to all the staff... from the kitchen to the reception
