12/07/2025: An experience you absolutely must try. One that stays with you forever. Excellent hospitality; the staff puts you at ease. Aperitif outside, followed by a tableside dinner. Risotto and spaghetti with grated cuttlefish bone on top. Each dish left its mark, as well as a satisfying taste. A perfect blend of humble and high-quality ingredients! We'll be back. Thanks everyone.
31/05/2025: Servicio absolutamente impecable y comida impecable en los 11 cursos que pedimos. Cada plato era un contraste encantador de sabor accesible - nos encantó la variedad de acentos sabrosos a través de la comida: kumquat, remolacha, achicoria, cordero, y más. Patritzia y el personal eran anfitriones maravillosamente atentos durante toda la comida. Fue un privilegio visitar la cocina y conocer al chef.

29/06/2025: My boyfriend and I have been to several restaurants, starred and non-starred. This one among the starred ones is one of our favorites! We will definitely be back
26/06/2025: The amuse bouche was already setting up the expectations and the chef did not fail to meet them. Lobster was tender and fresh just the portion was so small it was so good😭 sourdough was warm and crunchy sticks were buttery and well salted. The signature risotto combined a lot of flavors: cheesy, herby, and a little tangy and fruity from the raspberry powder. Lovely touch so that it’s not overly cheesy and heavy. Foie gras and eel combo was perfection. Eel was tender with the sauce while foie gras was also tender with fattiness goes down so smoothly while still having the original flavour of each ingredient. I can taste them separately in my mouth but also together. Chicken breast was not super special just cooked well and kept the tenderness instead of being dry but that’s expected at a two star Michelin. The pasta was a little too al dente but the chef made it for it by giving the uni ice cream. Wow. Seafood flavours preserved with sweetness from sugar but also uni itself. The sea grapes also added a crunch to it. Palate cleaner was refreshing. Mille feuille is buttery and crispy although the first bite of the ice cream threw me off. The after taste is refreshing though. I think this is the best petit four I’ve ever had. No misses. Peach chocolate had real bits of peaches so aromatic. Milk chocolate had a good crunch. The pine nut cake had lemon drops on it. I like how the chef balances out sweetness/saltiness with tanginess super refreshing. Lastly the chocolate banana bite was so rich. The service is impeccable: I sneezed and a tissue box was handed to me.

29/07/2025: We visited the restaurant in January, which, in a refined setting, offered an experience consistent with the expectations of a Michelin star: extremely attentive and elegant service from our arrival to our departure, ever-present but never invasive, and a cuisine crafted with technical rigor and a keen eye for detail. The culinary offerings reflect the chef's research, solid and balanced between technique and flavor. I would particularly like to mention the shellfish bisque: intense, with a memorable concentration of flavor...one of the highlights of the experience, along with the tortelli and the lamb. What can I say? A restaurant that fully deserves the recognition it receives.

27/07/2025: I just want to say to anyone considering this property: DON'T HESITATE TO BOOK! Experiences so perfect, from start to finish, are rare. My boyfriend and I chose their "romantic getaway" package, and now that we've sadly returned home, we can say we've given ourselves a huge treat. The property is truly beautiful, well-designed, and meticulously maintained. I've attached photos of their lobby with its giant banana tree, a space with an incredible view of the surrounding hills. The rooms are delightful, spotlessly clean, and equipped with every comfort. We spent two full days relaxing by the pool, also taking advantage of the poolside lunch service. We ordered two focaccias, which were surprisingly delicious (at a ridiculous price, too—hats off). The package also included an hour and a half of exclusive spa time. Here too, we were pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail: the space isn't huge, yet it's been truly thoughtfully designed. There's a large jacuzzi, a relaxation area, a hammam, a sauna, and showers with various settings. We also found an aperitif waiting for us, unexpected and very welcome. The real jewel in the crown, however, is the I Rodella restaurant: one of the best dinners of my life. The quality was top-notch in every detail: from the raw ingredients to the concept of the pairings, both traditional and innovative. Everything we tried was impeccable, so I recommend them all: the wagyu tartare and the veal fillet, both wonderful, meats that truly melt in your mouth, paired with flavors that complement them perfectly. The tagliolini with truffle was amazing. The desserts were equally wonderful and cleverly conceived. The sablé with caramelized figs took home the award for best dessert of recent years. Simple yet complex, an explosion of flavors and textures we'll never forget. The service, in keeping with the establishment's family-style hospitality, is courteous and attentive, ready to address any inconvenience with a smile—which, however, never happens because they're too good. The off-menu entrees and pre-dessert were very welcome, and their baked goods are also exceptional. Considering the price, this dinner was a gift. We can't wait to go back! "Highly recommended" is an understatement. We will recommend it to everyone, of course, and it will definitely be a regular stop for us. Congratulations, and thank you again for these 48 hours of pure relaxation and joy (especially for the palate!).

16/07/2025: Servizio impeccabile e mai invadente, locale raffinato ed elegante, piatti di grandissimo livello. Abbiamo scelto “A piedi nudi sulla sabbia”, un menù a sorpresa che effettivamente sorprende, 8 portate deliziose scelte dallo chef, tranne il dolce che ho scelto io e che mi ha regalato pura emozione. Sicuramente è un locale che consiglio e nel quale tornerei volentieri. Complimenti chef ed arrivederci
16/07/2025: Impeccable, unobtrusive service, a refined and elegant venue, and top-notch dishes. We chose "Barefoot on the Sand," a surprise menu that truly surprised. Eight delicious courses were chosen by the chef, except for the dessert, which I chose and which was truly a treat. It's definitely a place I recommend and would gladly return to. Congratulations, chef, and goodbye.

29/07/2025: Simply fantastic, a location located on a hill where it is possible to admire an uncontaminated landscape. As soon as you enter you immediately have the perception of an experience, a culinary journey that will remain imprinted in your mind. Before arriving in the restaurant area the diner is surrounded by small vineyards I think of their property just to warm up the atmosphere. As soon as you enter, the staff of the restaurant and hotel (a structure which has 10 rooms on the upper floors) are there to guide you towards the start of the route. The restaurant has very few seats, I counted 6/7 because on the other hand it has to be like this, a 3 Michelin star restaurant must be able to pamper a few customers a day. You can opt for either a tasting course at €210 per person, the course consists of 13 courses, but the diner can add others from the a la carte menu. Let's get to the food, I won't go into listing all the dishes because otherwise I would stay all night, I want to underline the ability and skill of this brigade led by niko romito to transform poor, peasant products into delicacies full of taste, personality and identity. One of them is the turnip with strawberry grape extract and rocket, how on earth is it possible to create a masterpiece like this with 3 ingredients, if we want, not too close together and instead everything was balanced to perfection. Great dish. Also worth highlighting is the trout with bay leaf and almond reduction. Just as for the red prawns used in combination with the pasta, here they use an instrument to collect the extract of both the prawn heads and the bay leaf, the result obtained is astonishing, for example the bay leaf extract if tasted individually would be too strong invasive and instead if accompanied in the case of the trout with the almond everything is more toned down. Obviously I recommend the tasting route perhaps accompanied by a good glass of wine, in case you want to opt for the a la carte menu I recommend taking the trout with almonds, almond extract and bay leaves, turnip, strawberry grapes and rocket, the two first courses between the fettucine and the tubes with cabbage and its broth. Obviously everything is excellent, as I have underlined several times, even though we are talking about a 3 Michelin star, the dishes are easy to read, the flavors are all recognizable and above all the thing that I appreciated so much was that almost all the vegetarian courses x the vast majority had that aftertaste of embers, smoked, in my humble opinion a significant added value. What can I say, 3 well-deserved stars, and applause for the restaurant team made up of 20 guys who, with sacrifice and dedication, have made this location unique and non-trivial.

23/07/2025: Me and my wife had lunch here. For us this was a fairly special occasion; were on vacation nearby and saw a relatively affordable "business lunch" that included the signature dish of the restaurant so we figured this would be an excellent way to try out a two-Michelin star restaurant. We've been to a one star twice before, and love good food and wine. The food ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent. The signature dish, ravioli with egg, is just incredible. The aperitif was fun and cute. The other main dish, pork, was very good and hearty. The dessert was great and varied. All ingredients used were high quality and nice. It all looked very beautiful too! The service around the food was very good too, excellent explanation of what the dishes were. My wife is pregnant and they checked any ingredients they were uncertain of with us beforehand. The wine (and sommelier) ⭐ I'm pretty new to wine, but I do know what I like and do my research for a region beforehand. I do have wset 2 as well. With that context given, on to my review. I had two wines; one with each of the main courses. Beforehand I looked through the book of all wines they have (out of interest) and there were some beautiful wines there for sure! A lot of local things, a lot international too. Because my wife is pregnant I told the waiter that a bottle was too much for me and if he could recommend something they served by the glass. He asked "red or white? Local?" I told him white and that I love local. He then came back with a glass, put it down saying "albana, local, from 2018" and walked away. No story about where exactly it's from, about the flavors, about why it pairs well with the food. No checking with me that I liked it beforehand or that the price was okay with me or anything like that. Before I had a chance to ask any more questions he was gone. For the second course it was worse, a server asked if I wanted a fitting wine, I said yes, the sommelier dropped by a glass of red saying "Tuscany, docg, sagniovese, 2023" and walked off. Now, on the final bill only one wine was listed for €45. I don't know if they forgot the second or it was a price for the total (wife paid, saw the bill later). To me, given that plenty of bottles were below €100 and a lot of local wines are not very expensive, that was quite excessive. Now, I should've checked and they should've asked. You know what they say, "assume makes an... out of u and me". At the very least I would've liked some information about what I was drinking, what made it special. I've never been to a place with a sommelier/server that wasn't excited to talk about the wine they were serving. The first wine was great, the second was generic and dull.

01/08/2025: Dopo il viaggio della speranza, ci siamo concessi il piacere di iniziare la vacanza con una cena a Malga Panna dove l’accoglienza è di casa e niente è mai nel posto sbagliato. Le sculture in legno in questo contesto caldo e sempre accogliente lo rendono sempre nuovo e interessante e tornare è sempre sempre sempre un vero piacere, per il palato, per gli occhi e per l’anima. La cucina è come sempre precisa gustosa e mai invadente nei gusti, se pur molto decisi e presenti, soprattutto nei secondi. I dolci sono una scoperta di sapori impensabili da abbinare, ma geniali. Siete una garanzia….l’unica frase finale che posso scrivere e sperare è….alla prossima 🥳
30/07/2025: Questo ristorante mi resterà nel cuore per sempre. Cortona Moena un viaggio impegnativo ma che rifarei un milione di volte. Avevo letto la storia che "racconta" lo Chef fatta di tradizione e contemporaneità...averla ascoltata dal vivo ha superato ogni aspettativa. Grazie perché mi sono sentita super coccolata ❤️
