23/10/2025: Everything was perfect. The decor was very refined and impressive. The service was impeccable, warm yet classy. The food was spectacular. We're regulars at fine dining establishments and found everything perfect. An honorable mention for the risotto....spectacular!!!!! Well done, well done, well done!

26/11/2025: A fantastic journey into the land of emotions. An extraordinary experience. This was my second time. And I hope there will soon be a third. I particularly appreciated the presentation, the flavors, the textures, the entire experience. A great deal of creativity, always in service of taste. Surprises are an integral part of the evening. The food and wine pairing is sumptuous!

07/02/2026: Excellent welcome. We were immediately served a welcome plate of artichoke stalks. We chose the tasting menu and particularly enjoyed the cannelloni and lamb. The tiramisu was also excellent. With our coffee, they also brought us some truly spectacular castagnole. Congratulations!

25/01/2026: SALTY lobster linguine, the kitchen justified themselves by saying that it was a large 5kg lobster therefore it was salty (to have two stars it is unacceptable)... wrong entrance... the employee thought I was vegan WHICH IS NOT TRUE, and unfortunately he was unable to handle the situation well, becoming anxious... he seemed unprepared, the waiter who served us at the table did not express himself well so it was difficult to understand the composition of the dishes... I was also called by the structure afterwards where I clearly explained what had happened. Disappointed. Favorite dish risotto. Beautiful location.

14/01/2026: We enjoyed celebrating New Years dinner at this restaurant. The service, the restaurant, the food was phenomenal. Every dish was ecstatic. Every little detail was considered when it came to the service, presentation, quality or the dish itself. The restaurant is a little hard to get to, but is located in a beautiful spot. Everyone was very friendly and they made our night very special. At the end of the night we got panettone and lentils dish for good luck. We loved our experience here. Thank you to the whole staff of Torre del Saracino for having us.

02/02/2026: Everything was perfect: the quality of the food, the kindness and promptness of the wait staff, the atmosphere. The only small complaint is that we weren't able to say hello to the chef. 05/10/2025: The owners, besides being incredibly kind and courteous, have created a spectacular hotel and offer a spa just for you! We went here for a two-day vacation. We had dinner at their restaurant, and it was simply fantastic (try the venison). I trusted them with the wine selection, and it didn't disappoint—delicious! Fantastic selection of Italian and international wines! Highly recommended!

27/07/2025: I just want to say to anyone considering this property: DON'T HESITATE TO BOOK! Experiences so perfect, from start to finish, are rare. My boyfriend and I chose their "romantic getaway" package, and now that we've sadly returned home, we can say we've given ourselves a huge treat. The property is truly beautiful, well-designed, and meticulously maintained. I've attached photos of their lobby with its giant banana tree, a space with an incredible view of the surrounding hills. The rooms are delightful, spotlessly clean, and equipped with every comfort. We spent two full days relaxing by the pool, also taking advantage of the poolside lunch service. We ordered two focaccias, which were surprisingly delicious (at a ridiculous price, too—hats off). The package also included an hour and a half of exclusive spa time. Here too, we were pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail: the space isn't huge, yet it's been truly thoughtfully designed. There's a large jacuzzi, a relaxation area, a hammam, a sauna, and showers with various settings. We also found an aperitif waiting for us, unexpected and very welcome. The real jewel in the crown, however, is the I Rodella restaurant: one of the best dinners of my life. The quality was top-notch in every detail: from the raw ingredients to the concept of the pairings, both traditional and innovative. Everything we tried was impeccable, so I recommend them all: the wagyu tartare and the veal fillet, both wonderful, meats that truly melt in your mouth, paired with flavors that complement them perfectly. The tagliolini with truffle was amazing. The desserts were equally wonderful and cleverly conceived. The sablé with caramelized figs took home the award for best dessert of recent years. Simple yet complex, an explosion of flavors and textures we'll never forget. The service, in keeping with the establishment's family-style hospitality, is courteous and attentive, ready to address any inconvenience with a smile—which, however, never happens because they're too good. The off-menu entrees and pre-dessert were very welcome, and their baked goods are also exceptional. Considering the price, this dinner was a gift. We can't wait to go back! "Highly recommended" is an understatement. We will recommend it to everyone, of course, and it will definitely be a regular stop for us. Congratulations, and thank you again for these 48 hours of pure relaxation and joy (especially for the palate!).

18/04/2025: Ein ganz wunderbares Restaurant in der kleinen Stadt Putignano in Apulien. Das Menü war ein großes Erlebnis und hat uns die Geschmäcker und Spezialitäten der Region auf eindrucksvolle und kreative Weise präsentiert.

08/11/2025: I've been a customer for over 30 years, and this time I wasn't disappointed either; on the contrary, they were excellent. Especially the very young waiter, Franceschetti. The food is perfect, and you can tell they use the highest-quality ingredients. They deserve their three Michelin stars.

10/11/2025: As soon as you sit down, you know you're in a temple of fine dining! Niko Romito is a genius in the kitchen! His sister in the dining room is his right hand! One waiter, however, was particularly arrogant...and a three-star establishment can't afford that! A customer has the right to eat as many dishes as he wants...after all, we traveled 800 km...just for dinner! It's a shame...but I also understand that trained staff aren't easy to find! Still, one of the best three-star establishments ever! Worth the trip!

06/01/2026: We celebrated my boyfriend's birthday and our anniversary on January 2nd at Ristorante Vespasia. It was an incredible experience, one we'll definitely repeat. We left feeling full, excited, and entertained. The atmosphere is one of our favorites. We're regular guests at Palazzo Seneca. The atmosphere is peaceful, intimate, and familiar. The people who work there are exceptional, from the waiters to the head waiter, the pastry chef, and even the Michelin-starred chef Fabio Cappiello, whom we met during dinner. It was a wonderful human experience. Besides being a magician in the kitchen, he turned out to be a wonderful person to get to know. We met everyone the next day at breakfast at Palazzo Seneca, and we ended our stay on a high note. We recommend it to anyone who wants to unwind, rest, recharge, and feel pampered.

25/02/2026: Pure excellence. I've been going to Malga Panna for over 10 years now. And tonight I can still say I had a wonderful evening. The tasting menu was creative, full of surprises, but above all, incredibly delicious. Afterwards, for someone as passionate about Italian wine as I am, I had the pleasure of speaking with passionate and incredibly knowledgeable sommeliers. Two sommeliers who know how to listen and understand the right direction to delight and surprise their customers. I highly recommend Malga Panna to anyone who loves an extraordinary dinner at a restaurant, and I'm already looking forward to my next vacation in the Dolomites next year so I can return to Malga Panna.

23/02/2026: It was simply a perfect evening. The venue is beautiful; we were in a small room with a fireplace, and the staff who served us were helpful and impeccable. Every dish we chose came back to the kitchen completely cleaned; everything was truly excellent. On top of that, there were so many little touches and pampering that made the experience special and memorable. Thank you ❤️
