11/03/2024: Piazzetta Milù , non è un pranzo o una cena . Piazzetta Milù è un’esperienza di gusto, di colori, di atmosfera e di persone . Sì perché oltre al meraviglioso estro dello Chef , ragazzo davvero squisito, alle sue capacità che superano ogni immaginazione ci si trova catapultati in un accogliente abbraccio dato da un intera famiglia. Preparatissimo il Somelier che nello spiegare il vino ti fa sentire come se fossi in vigna o in una cantina di una nazione lontana . La cantina poi è una location, che per gli appassionati di vino , somiglia tanto al paradiso . Un’esperienza di gusto e sensazioni che vale davvero la pena provare . Complimenti a voi
11/03/2024: Una scoperta nuova ed intrigante .. non solo non delude ma supera le aspettative .. un percorso che parte dall’incontro con il giovanissimo chef stellato Maikol Izzo con la prima portata servita direttamente in cucina e continua in cantina in un’atmosfera magica tra sapori e profumi tra le sapienti mani di Emanuele Izzo somelier di grande esperienza e professionalità .. un susseguirsi di portate attentamente servite e presentate in un crescendo di emozioni e sensazioni nuove ed esaltanti .. un’esperienza multisensoriale .. EVOLUZIONE il nome del menù che scoprirete soltanto alla fine è davvero una proiezione nel futuro basata su una forte consapevolezza della propria potenzialità .. !!! Complimenti !!! Super consigliato !!!

06/04/2024: Great dining experience with perfect service in a fantastic setting. The restaurant is located in a characteristic location. The service is attentive and competent. The tasting menu was a fabulous experience (We thank the chef who "gave" us a couple of dishes). The delicious desserts.
01/04/2024: It's not the first starred restaurant I've frequented, I have to say that this one surpasses all the others. It is impossible to describe all the sensorial emotions felt in each dish. Great Esposito, congratulations. March 2024 confirms the quality, taste, refinement and originality of the dishes. Too bad you're far away.

17/03/2024: Sono stata in questo ristorante nella nuova sede di via dell'Annunciata (zona porta nuova). Abbiamo scelto il menù fisso del pranzo della domenica (65 €). Il menù consisteva in: -antipasto BIGNE' DI CARCIOFO FARCITO con MOZZARELLA E PESTO DI BASILICO (molto buono, ma abbiamo sentito poco il sapore del pesto); - primo TAGLIATELLE DI PASTA FRESCA con ragù d'astice, melanzane e olive nere (superlativo); -S. PIETRO ALLA PIZZAIOLA CON FRIARIELLI E PURE' DI FAVETTE (oltre le aspettilative). Infine come dolce: crostatina di FRAGOLE GRATINATA CON ZABAIONE AL MOSCATO. Tutto squisito! Senza chiederlo ci hanno riservato una saletta privata, circondati da tantissime bottiglie di vino esposte. Servizio molto attento!

13/03/2024: Last weekend we stayed at this property. Excellent location, easy to reach, surrounded by greenery and with a pleasant view. Very well-kept and elegant rustic-style rooms. The jewel in the crown is a wonderful veranda where, in front of the fireplace, you can enjoy an aperitif with a view. Friendly and extremely helpful staff, they made us feel at home. Highly recommended. The internal restaurant, included in the Michelin 2024 guide, is certainly worth trying.
11/03/2024: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Review: Rodella Restaurant at L'Antico Forziere in Casalina di Deruta We had the privilege of having lunch at the Rodella Restaurant at L'Antico Forziere while returning from a holiday weekend and were extremely impressed by the extraordinary quality of the cuisine and the impeccable service. Every dish we enjoyed was a true culinary masterpiece. The tortelli stuffed with pigeon and artichokes were a perfect combination of flavours, while the fillet with fine black truffle was an unforgettable taste experience. The decomposed trifle was a real surprise, a creative reinterpretation of a classic dessert that delighted our palate. The location of the restaurant is enchanting, with a rustic and welcoming atmosphere that blended perfectly with the surrounding context. The staff was exceptional, attentive to every detail and always available to meet our needs. We highly recommend the L'Antico Forziere Restaurant to all those who wish to enjoy an extraordinary gastronomic experience in Casalina di Deruta. We can't wait to return to savor the delicacies of this fantastic restaurant again! 🍽️🌟✨

16/02/2024: The jewel created by the Sculli brothers is the perfect sublimation of sight and taste, the extraordinary level of quality of the raw materials and the absolute excellence and respect with which chef Riccardo designs his creations truly come close to perfection. Elegant location masterfully organized by brother Francesco and the staff for whom competence and courtesy are simply the norm, you will never miss a smile at Gambero Rosso. The wine shop located on the lower floor is wonderful, where you will find top-quality wines. I will make a special mention for the excellent value for money, absolutely competitive given the quality of the food and services offered. I deny those who, in my opinion improperly, have criticized the bill in other reviews and equally improperly the quantitative level of the dishes, here we are talking about emotions, it is different.

18/10/2023: We always make it a point to go to Angelo Sabatelli's restaurant when we are in Puglia--so far we've dined here 6 years in a row and plan to come every year for as long as possible. The chef's creativity and technical expertise are second to none, and the flavors are always spot on. The presentations are exquisite, clean and balanced and enticing. His wife Laura is the consummate professional in the dining room, overseeing flawless service and ensuring clients a comfortable, memorable experience. NOT TO BE MISSED!!

Furthermore, the friendliness, availability and attention to detail of Chef Philippe and his wife are surprising and, after so many years and the level they have reached, they still have in approaching all customers.

11/03/2024: Let's start by saying that you will be faced with something very different from usual. I would say unique in terms of raw materials, combinations, workmanship and taste. Smoked red turnips, grapes, strawberries and rocket, and lentils with hazelnut cream are the best dishes on the tasting menu. Let's get to the notes that are a little out of tune in my opinion. 1) Price - tasting menu at 210. I believe that in the presence of a raw material with minimal food cost (all plant-based) the research work and processing cannot justify the price (otherwise carnivorous menus or with raw materials of value would be at least double). 2) Quantity - I added 4 dishes to the menu. The quantities are really minimal and I would suggest increasing them. I would suggest increasing the quantity and variety of bread brought to the table. 3) speed of service - for the average of lunches in starred restaurants we went very quickly. I would have expected more information on the research work and preparations. 4)I took wines by the glass. Normal and local wines. 25 euros per glass. An insane price (basically if I had known beforehand I would have gotten the wine pairing for 100 euros). Nobody warned us though. Would I go back? Yes but not at that price.

28/03/2024: The Italian kitchen. Past, present and future of Italian catering. A real journey into the past and into the most authentic and profound memories. The egg ravioli is metaphysical, the roast risotto excellent. A cuisine anchored in the past that does not waver. No flights of fancy, but a lot of knowledge and classicism. Princely service, cellar and sommeliers make the experience a beautiful memory.
03/03/2024: Two stars and it deserves them all. The only one in the province of Bologna. Tradition brought towards "haute cuisine" with iconic dishes such as ravioli with truffle and porcini mushrooms. Each course is a journey that starts from Romagna and lands around the world. The rooms are furnished with great taste. Impeccable service

01/04/2024: Personalized Easter lunch 2024 (the only restaurant of those contacted in the Umbrian area that accepted my request for a vegetarian menu) and this alone is worth all the stars. Impeccable room service, cuisine worthy of Michelin recognition. Really beautiful location.
