10/02/2025: Allerede før vi rakk frem til inngangsdøra, så åpnet en blid servitør og ønsket oss velkommen, varmet godt en kald februar kveld. Inne var bordene dekket med hvite duker og alt var klart for en fin kveld. Og det ble det til gangs. Driverne av stedet kom bort til bordet og hilste på oss og fortalte om stedet. Etter nydelige forretter, begav vi oss ut i en opplevelse av et måltid, bagna cauda, en piemontesisk spesialitet. Vinen som ble anbefalt matched godt og var helt super. Stedet, menneskene, maten, vinen og atmosfæren - helt fabelaktig :)

13/03/2025: Fantastic restaurant, so much so that I returned twice in the space of a week! Convivial atmosphere "like in the past", trained and very kind staff. As for the menu, in addition to traditional classics, we also find more particular proposals (both genres are good). So far I have personally tasted their tigelline both with parmesan ice cream and with a selection of cured meats and homemade giardiniera, what can I say... spacey. As first courses, the lasagna with truffles and the tortelli filled with parmesan cream with blackberry ham from Romagna are really tasty but my favorite was the ravioli filled with frigione, amazing. As a second course I tasted the pheasant hunter style for the first time and I must say that it is really good, delicate and tasty at the same time, finally I tasted the braised cheek with purée and crispy fried onion, it melted in the mouth with an incredible explosion of flavours. Oh and don't forget a place for their homemade desserts! What can I say, I can't wait to go back m.

23/03/2025: Stellato non per finta. Tutto ricercato com’è giusto che sia da un ristorante di questo genere. La scelta è ricaduta su uno dei menù degustazione, quello con più portate: meglio provare più cose, data l’occasione. Ovviamente non ci si alza con la fame, anzi. Si fatica a decidere cosa sia più buono di altro: sta veramente ai gusti personali. Forse l’accostamento dei vini non si è rivelato memorabile: un mix di vini stranieri ed italiani, con quello etnei che hanno svettato a ragione. Parte di un circuito di stellati da provare uno per uno.

03/12/2024: Gemütliche Pizzeria mit sehr freundlichem Personal und sehr leckerer Pizza. Preise sind ok. Man kann seine Pizza selbst zusammenstellen oder auch fertige wählen. Alles frisch zubereitet.

17/10/2024: Hemos estado aquí anoche y fue la mejor experiencia en Limone. Los platos eran muy delicados y sabrosos. Tenía los raviolis con calabaza y mi prometido tenía pizza Incontro. El servicio y el ambiente = 1000% el mejor. ¡Por supuesto que volveremos!

14/08/2024: Sono anni che quando in Salento non manchiamo alla tavola di questo elegante e raffinato ristorante. Da quest anno anziché la Carta si presenta con tre opzioni di menù degustazione. La cucina nelle saldissime mani della signora Teresa esprime se stessa in modo splendido scegliendo di volta in volta la miglior materia prima possibile. La carta vini sempre completa. Il servizio impeccabile. Ogni dettaglio sempre perfetto. Che dire noi seguitiamo a tornare e a sentirci coccolati. Grazie

05/03/2025: Conosciamo contraste da anni e sebbene un annetto fa riflessioni ci abbia lasciato molto perplesso oggi riflesso è un menu straordinario . Non c’è stato un singolo piatto sbagliato o sciatto ma sono tutte esplosioni di gusto pazzesche. La maestria alla brace è totale e insisterei su questa matrice perché porta questa esperienza a altissimo livello . I ragazzi sempre bravi in sala . Forse concordo con alcune critiche sulle luci e utilizzerei luci che non colpiscano direttamente gli occhi ma più focus sul tavolo , sarebbero meno fastidiose. Per il resto masterclass vera!

08/02/2025: Excelente cena en Praiano. La comida, la vista, el vino, el servicio! No falles. Reserva con antelación. ¡Siempre está reservado! Éramos un grupo de 8 y era muy asequible por 300 euros.

26/10/2024: Recomendado por nuevos amigos en Praiano, sabíamos que sería promedio en el mejor de los casos cuando los menús se presentaban en plástico. Servidor, que hablaba inglés (y tres idiomas adicionales) era amable y atractivo, pero eso y la vista no podía compensar la calidad de la comida. Nos dijeron que el hermano del dueño del restaurante era dueño del mercado local de mariscos, así que todos los pescados serían increíbles. Desafortunadamente la lubina no tenía sabor y apenas estaba caliente. Mi esposa tenía una pasta muy olvidable. Lamentablemente este restaurante necesita un cambio de imagen de cocina. También cuando salimos caminando por las escaleras, me di cuenta de un viejo televisor y radio AM / FM en un estante para la decoración. Ambos cubiertos de una gruesa capa de polvo que me hace preguntarme sobre el cuidado del saneamiento. Qué decepción.
