16/03/2026: An ideal location for corporate events and ceremonies. Stunning restaurant with a veranda offering 360-degree sea views. Access to the park and private cliff for a romantic stroll. I've been there for several weddings. Highly recommended. ++++
03/12/2025: I had the opportunity to go there alone. Perhaps I was a little out of place, but the waiter was super friendly and helpful. We chatted, and he recommended a lot. The food was excellent, and the view was spectacular.

04/05/2026: We tried Ristorante Al Cambio to celebrate my father-in-law's birthday. We were on a waiting list, and I was contacted immediately when a table became available: it had been on my wishlist for years, and I'd been waiting for the right opportunity to try it. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly and courteously. We were shown to a large, well-set round table, positioned in front of the entrance—a slightly secluded area away from the main dining room, directly across from the coat rack and the service door to the restrooms. Once seated, they brought us the menu, asked for water, and offered us a taste of mortadella with a bread basket. It was a shame there were no small plates for either mortadella or bread, a detail I would have expected in such a refined setting. The menu offers a nice selection of traditional Bolognese dishes. The quality of the food was very good: the charcuterie platter, meant for two, is, in my opinion, more suited to one (two slices of each of the five types, with squaquerone and giardiniera). Lasagna and tortellini were truly well executed. The roast beef was good, though not quite what I imagined (two thighs coated in stock on mashed potatoes); the cheek was also very good. The real sore point, unfortunately, was the service, and I'm sorry to point this out, especially since, looking at the other tables, it seemed to be different. Perhaps due to the more secluded location, we felt a bit neglected in an environment where I expected more "pampered" attention. My order was taken quickly, the wine list arrived only later, and the dishes were served before I could even order a bottle. That bottle, incidentally, was slow in arriving: my husband had already finished his plate. Furthermore, when it came to service, no one explained the cured meats on my plate; I would have liked to know what I was tasting because everything was so good. The desserts were also very good: exceptional standing milk and zuppa inglese with a freshly poured chocolate drizzle. At the end of the meal, complimentary madeleines, followed by coffee and the bill. For a €270 lunch, I honestly expected a different level of attention and service. Nevertheless, I was pleased to have eaten very well and been welcomed. Thank you.

03/05/2026: Passing through Fano, we were drawn in by the menu and the positive reviews. Expectations were far exceeded. We ordered five courses, all spectacular from appetizer to dessert. The menu wasn't predictable. We wanted to try everything. We're from Rimini and will travel miles just to return. Small, intimate place, zero chaos. The owners and waiters are top-notch, they work with a smile and you can sense the serenity. The price is more than fair. There are rare places like this... truly excellent, congratulations. See you soon!!

30/04/2026: A well-maintained restaurant with an incredible menu. Both the tagliolini with culatello and the shrimp ravioli with scamorza were more than appreciated, absolutely delicious. The staff was also very kind in recommending a local wine for our lunch, and the extra virgin olive oil tasting at the beginning of the meal was also excellent. The waitress was super nice with us. Definitely one of my favorite restaurants in Parma.

Each dish is meticulously crafted, using excellent local ingredients reinterpreted with elegance and technique. The tasting menu is a crescendo of surprises, balance, and authentic passion. The staff is knowledgeable, attentive, and present, yet never intrusive. The dining room exudes warmth and refinement, with a view that makes the experience even more memorable. A well-deserved Michelin star, but after this dinner, it's at least three. Kudos to Iside and her team!

15/03/2026: What happened? I've been going to La Zanzara for years, it's one of my favorite places. I've been there twice in the last eight months and I've found it to be a different place, not so much in terms of aesthetics; apart from the fireplace, everything is almost as beautiful as before. However, I've found the menu and service to have slipped. The quality is still good, but the dishes no longer have the same refinement and attention to detail as before. It's as if something is missing, the same goes for the service. The criticism is meant to be constructive, as I think it's a shame if a place like this loses the prestige that has distinguished it for years.

06/03/2026: I visited the Fè restaurant in Noci and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere is very welcoming, made even more charming by the presence of the typical Apulian trulli, which create a truly unique atmosphere. The staff is knowledgeable and attentive to detail, complemented by the skill of the Chef who guides you through the experience. The cuisine is both traditional and non-traditional, revisited with the careful eye of the Chef, who, with his skill, manages to maintain the traditional flavors. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the care taken in the dishes. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to eat well and experience local cuisine with a twist. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

01/05/2026: Dining at Maison Delfino is always a wonderful experience; it's like being at home, with superb dishes that showcase Chef Pino's creativity and skill, in a warm and welcoming atmosphere created by Luigi. We've known them for over 20 years, and every time we leave, we want to return soon.
25/04/2026: I've eaten at this restaurant several times, and after a year, unfortunately, it's gone downhill. Long waits: 30 minutes after our arrival, we finally managed to get two of the four menus, after calling the waiter (the waitress informed us they were all booked - in my humble opinion, I'd recommend printing out the appropriate number of menus). Moving on, the lobster rice was overcooked, and only the pureed lobster shell was present. It was certainly tasty, but if you're asking me to pay €20, at least, I expect to actually find it on my plate. I was disappointed and don't think I'll ever return.
