03/05/2025: Everything was perfect, I ate very well the lasagna, the Bolognese cutlet, everything was excellent, thanks from everyone guys

01/05/2025: The overall dining experience at this restaurant was spoiled by the feeling that we were being rushed through our dinner so that the next sitting could be accommodated. We were not offered the wine list at the same time as the food menus and had to ask for it. We had just ordered wine when bread and an offering of mortadella arrived. Before we had a chance to eat this or to have a sip of our wine, the starters arrived. We ordered the poached egg with truffle dish and the onion tart. Both were tasty but not exceptional. For mains we had a lasagne and a tortellini al ragu as we had heard that this was a good representation of the original Bologna cuisine. It was all well cooked and flavoured, if rather heavy for our tastes. The waiting staff seemed pressured and there was no warmth or friendliness. It all seemed rather cold, albeit very professional. We left some of our bottle of wine as we felt that we should leave the table. All in all it was just not a relaxing evening out I’m afraid.

29/04/2025: Optimal We had dinner as a family and had a very good time. Friendly and knowledgeable waiters. The restaurant offers a well-assorted menu with refined and intriguing dishes. The appetizers we tasted were all elaborate and delicious. Interesting first courses with defined but delicate flavours. As a second course, we were struck by a truly tender rabbit saddle. In general, flavors combined artistically and with skill, capable of stimulating and fully satisfying the palate. Definitely honest price. We will definitely be back!

05/05/2025: Delicious food by an excellent chef in a lovely setting. The decor is pleasant and our meals were well prepared and plated. The staff is attentive and well trained. The menu has a nice range of choices without overwhelming the diner or staff. We were happy to find this gem in Parma.

27/04/2025: A chic and cozy atmosphere, a welcome and quality service, the meal, made of local dishes accompanied by excellent Italian wine, was perfect, go there without hesitation, you will not be disappointed.

01/04/2025: Il ristorante MA.RI.NA. E’ davvero qualcosa di eccezionale. Quando siamo stati aveva ancora la stella e credo la meriti tutt’ora. Non e’ un ristorante per tutte le settimane ma una coccola che ci si fa e decisamente merita. Servizio di alto livello, cibo buonissimo e abbinamento con i vini azzeccatisso. Grazie per l’accoglienza e la serata.

16/04/2025: Unforgettable experience. When care, research, passion, sensitivity and dedication translate into a dish, that dish transmits unique emotions. I became a child again, lying in a meadow with a thread of sorrel in my mouth and under my grandmother's long dining table playing with the ancestral scent of hunting birds in my nose on the wood stove waiting for a chaotic and exhilarating dinner among hunters.

03/03/2025: Volevo mangiare qui da due anni. A parte MasterChef mi aveva intrigato assai la lettura di un libro della chef. Qui, se non sei della zona bisogna davvero volerci venire, ma l'esperienza vale il viaggio. Ogni piatto un sapore strano, un erbetta, un accostamento impensabile, ma provato e riprovato per trovare il giusto bilanciamento. Brigata giovanissima, sala molto rilassante, porcellane meravigliose. Vini in abbinamento che nel nostro caso erano tutti di territorio e molto buoni.

13/04/2025: 1 Michelin star well deserved. The quality of the ingredients is combined with the simplicity of knowing how to handle the ingredients. We deliberately decided not to take photos and instead enjoy the experience. We knew the chef from the menu we tasted in Fiuggi where the quality of the dishes had won us over, here we found her touch and much more. The care and kindness of the service, the quality and refinement of the dishes. An experience to have, absolutely!

15/03/2025: Pranzo con amici a La Parolina e ogni piatto è stato una sorpresa. Ingredienti eccellenti, tecnica raffinata e sapori che raccontano il territorio con eleganza. Il servizio è impeccabile: discreto ma attento, mai invadente. Dalla prima portata al dessert, un crescendo di emozioni. Carta dei vini all’altezza. Uscire con la voglia di tornare è il segno di un grande ristorante.

07/04/2025: Location of great impact, inserted in a naturalistic environment in Volano. A farmhouse suspended between the waters is connected to the mainland by a wooden bridge. Everything acquires poetry with the slow rhythm of water. Large room with fireplace furnished in rural style, elegant table setting and subsequent plating. Welcoming, kind and attentive staff. We ate a welcome entrée with cod meatball on chickpea mousse with squid ink, accompanied by welcome bubbles, as an appetizer a warm seafood salad with steamed vegetables and a prawn skewer with a side of broccoli and wasabi sauce, as a second course a mixed fried fish and grilled sea bass with spinach. A good Vernaccia di San Gimignano from the Le Colombaie winery was our wine for the fish lunch. Crème brulèe in a cup offered with coffee. To finish, a nice moment in the sun in excellent company on the outdoor terrace. Beautiful day, lovely day!

08/04/2025: Unique environment, excellent service and hospitality, extraordinary food. My partner and I came here to celebrate our anniversary. It was an experience and a journey that was not only culinary but also emotionally exciting and engaging. Excellent use of local products and truly excellent choice of wine pairings. We will definitely return. Congratulations indeed.

09/04/2025: We went on Saturday evening to this beautiful place, a group of 9 friends..... really we were more than satisfied, the restaurant is very quiet, at the beginning two of the group seeing the menu (the menu is not large, but I assure you that you will be satisfied), they said that they can't find something to their tastes but think about it... we let them taste it and then afterwards they ordered everything too. The waitresses, really very kind, compliments also to the chef, all very attentive. I've only said my opinion here, but it would be right to try and see what it's like. P.S: If you don't like it, you don't know what it tastes like, a hug to everyone 🤗
