23/08/2025: This might be the best dinner of my Italy trip, so far! The lasagne is 7 layers of pure perfection! I can’t even describe it. I’ve never tasted anything like it. Started off the meal with a whipped potato and Parmigiano Reggiano flan, and veal tongue with tuna sauce and caper flowers. Then came the lasagne. It literally was so good that it made me tingle all over! Finished the meal with something that kinda resembled a Carmel flan, but moister and softer, and a ball of whipped mascarpone with burnt caramel sauce. Definitely a 5 star meal! 🤤😋

31/08/2025: On our return journey after two wonderful weeks in Tuscany with our motorhome, we stopped off in Parma to avoid driving the entire route in one go. This decision was absolutely perfect – that's how we discovered Ristorante La Forchetta. We had reserved an indoor table as we weren't sure what the weather would be like. Arriving under cloudless skies, we received a very friendly welcome and, upon request, were moved to the beautiful garden without hesitation. The food was simply sensational – perfectly prepared and absolutely delicious. The wine selection was also outstanding. A particularly positive aspect: We were served by four different people, and all of them were equally warm, attentive, and competent. You immediately sense that the people here enjoy and are passionate about their work. For us, this dinner was a wonderful end to our trip. Many thanks to the entire team – we can truly recommend this restaurant to everyone.

30/08/2025: We're a family of four, two children and two adults. This restaurant is truly the best. Of the over 20 restaurants we visited during this trip, it was by far the best. I want to go back. 1. The service is very friendly and professional. Even though we didn't have a reservation, they showed us to a good table with a smile. The menu was available in English. The wine list, which was also easy to navigate with QR codes, was also easy to understand. I asked for a wine recommendation, and they recommended a really good one. Both my wife and I were very satisfied, and my wife bought an extra bottle to take home. 2. The food is truly delicious. The olive oil and balsamic vinegar provided are exceptionally delicious compared to other restaurants. (This is the only restaurant where our family got bread twice.) The Parmesan cheese and prosciutto were paired with the famous balsamic glaze and honey, along with the recommended wine, which was fantastic. We ordered two seafood dishes, and they had the savory flavor we expect from seafood dishes. The cheese risotto was also incredibly balanced and easy on the palate, and our kids ate their plates clean. The Dolce was also excellent. 3. You'll feel like you're being treated with respect. The restaurant's atmosphere is elegant and classy, ​​and they even chilled the bottles, allowing you to savor them to the end. In conclusion, I think this is an excellent restaurant for the price.

Sublime is the word that comes closest to describing a journey of taste, with unusual yet superb pairings, uncommon flavors, and high-quality dishes. The wines are excellent and beautifully presented. The service is attentive and meticulous. The location is elegant. Highly recommended.

13/09/2025: A charming place decorated in Nordic style, full of class and elegance. We ate very well, with great attention to high-quality detail, from the soap in the room to the table linens in the dining room... from which you can watch the staff preparing the dishes. Chef Antonia Klugmann is incredibly sweet, a very humble, helpful person, and has a great passion for cooking.

14/08/2025: An unforgettable dinner! I thoroughly enjoyed the grilled eel, cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor, as well as the pasta dish with white fish ragù, delicate and delicious. The service was impeccable, with friendly and attentive staff, and a welcoming atmosphere where you immediately felt at ease. A restaurant that truly deserves the highest rating: I'll definitely be back!

14/08/2025: We tried the tasting menu, and each dish was thoughtfully prepared and flavorfully balanced. The pairing wines were excellent and complemented the menu perfectly. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was more than pleasant: an experience well worth trying and sure to leave you wanting more.

03/09/2025: Talk about an experience! And every time, it's truly a journey of taste, ancient and renewed flavors, unexpected and sublime combinations. At Fè, you immediately sense the passion that chef Francesco Laera pours into his dishes as he personally presents them to you—so much passion, but without presumption. An absolute perfectionist, he tolerates nothing less than excellence, and that's exactly what you'll find when you sit down at his restaurant. The atmosphere is refined, minimalist, yet warm, and as with the menu, there's a perfect balance between the past represented by the Trulli and the modern and elegant interior, all complemented by Eufenia's warm welcome.

01/09/2025: A journey to discover flavors, territory, and emotions. A unique location, a very empathetic chef, and bespoke service—absolutely recommended. Everything was truly interesting, with some truly wow moments. Treat yourself, it's worth it.

26/04/2025: Amazing and unexpected location immersed in the greenery of a local town called Valloria. Massimo and his staff create an atmosphere which, thanks to the furnishings combined with good food, ensures a 5-star experience. Compliments.

18/04/2025: Hostaria il Cavallo per chi come noi la conosce è da sempre una garanzia, un posto che mi sento di consigliare agli amanti di pesce che vogliono assaporare piatti classici rivisitati dalla creatività dell'Oste Massimo e della madre. Situato in un paesino nelle campagne lombarde a ridosso del fiume Po, qui potrete godere della tranquillità e del fascino di una realtà ancora immutata dal tempo e di una conviviale atmosfera fra gli abitanti del paese di cui l'Hostaria è il fiore all'occhiello. Se siete inoltre amanti dei cavalli come l'Oste, potrete visitare il maneggio situato a pochi passi per godervi a pieno l'atmosfera rurale del posto. Piatto forte? Senza dubbio il risotto gambero rosso e tartufo, un piatto che solitamente mette d'accordo anche i più scettici, ma il mio preferito rimane l'antipasto di mare caldo (foto in allegato) piccoli assaggi di esplosioni di sapori che vorresti non finissero mai. Le regine della festa sono le cozze ripiene che lasciano il desiderio di farne indigestione. Che dire? : È consigliabile agli amanti di pesce di farvi tappa, non ve ne pentirete.

30/07/2025: A truly surprising experience, the level of excellence is evident both in the location (the interior, a renovated farmhouse with eclectic and refined taste, an intimate and welcoming atmosphere), the food (comfortable tables, elegant table settings), and the service, young and quick, yet with the fundamentals of perfect hospitality. And then there's the menu, all fish, with two interesting menus, both interchangeable to suit every taste. We ordered an appetizer, main course, and dessert and spent €53 each, with a bottle of excellent Ribolla Gialla included in the menu. Excellent value, especially because the quality of the ingredients and the execution are absolutely top-notch.

01/07/2025: Maison Delfino a pearl among romantic and classy restaurants, a few kilometers from the center of Turin. After several failed attempts I finally managed to book! The interior has an intimate and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for a special evening. Furnished with taste and personality, soft lighting, delicate music, to make the flavors dance with refined fish dishes. You have to choose from two types of proposals, difficult to choose due to the quality of the dishes. A place to return several times to have special evenings.
