01/06/2025: After the episode of Borghese we were very curious to try it, we were super satisfied! the ragù is really delicious and the best part was the service, guys and competent, professional and fast. Very intimate atmosphere that makes you feel pampered

28/05/2025: Purtroppo pare che al cambio abbiano perso entusiasmo e concentrazione. La cucina e la sala non sono allo stesso livello attualmente. La cucina rivista la tradizione in chiave personale in modo impeccabile e interessante. La complessità aromatica dei ragù ne è la dimostrazione, la scelta di un stracotto di carne piuttosto che un tritato per la lasagna è una interpretazione della tradizione antica, quella della nonna. Il brodo dei tortellini è deciso e avvolgente. La nota vegetale è interessante, piacevole e identitaria. La sala invece arranca . In ordine sparso. I bicchieri dell'acqua sono tutti macchiati di calcare. Un calice da vino ha un evidente segno di rossetto . Il vino, un lambrusco, versato prima ai commensali maschi e poi alle signore con parziale sversamento sulla tovaglia. La comanda presa con molto distacco e con un cenno della mano poco elegante, per la serie me la vedo io . Nessun piatto viene descritto, si va al ristorante non per mangiare ma per vivere un'esperienza. Un piatto vuoto lasciato a lato di una commensale che sta passando alla portata successiva, rimane lì dimenticato. Carta dei dolci prima ai commensali maschi e poi alle signore. Scenetta a chiusura un collaboratore di sala mi raggiunge al tavolo con in mano dieci euro che avevo deciso di lasciare come mancia, magari un porta conto sarebbe d'obbligo. PS capisco che €10 non siano una lauta mancia ma la forma resta comunque importante. Mi auguro per lo staff di sala che ritrovi la giusta via che ha portato in auge il ristorante. Un pranzo o una cena sono completi come esperienza solo se i due reparti viaggiano alla stessa velocità. Oggi uno è un espresso e l'altro un pendolino.

I will return again to discover other fabulous dishes (the menu varies depending on seasonal ingredients).

05/06/2025: Fantastic experience on this holiday at the La Parolina restaurant with the "Emotions" menu! Everything was delicious, but the tomato and raspberry soup with panzanella ice cream and the saffron risotto, citrus fruits and ginger sorbet, were unforgettable. P.S.: one of the best risottos I have ever eaten. Not a classic risotto, imagine the creaminess of the rice starch that blends with the saffron, but at the same time the freshness of the citrus fruits and the pungency of the ginger to cleanse the mouth. An extra note for the maître who welcomed us and accompanied us throughout the dinner. Truly exquisite! Thanks for the evening.

12/05/2025: If it weren't for the Michelin star posted on the door it would be a good restaurant nestled in a fantastic location. There is no doubt about the quality of the food and the preparations but there was nothing that surprised or left its mark as found in other starred restaurants

14/06/2025: I must say that the expectations have totally met the Expectations Francesco the chef Superlative…Domenico at the table was super Nice and truly Professional We took SIMPLY FE as recommended and everything was perfect! The little girl took a cutlet with mayonnaise made by the chef for her and we were not charged any amount for her (not at all obvious) everyone was really great🫶
