Restaurant Ai Castelli

24/10/2023: Ho cenato con mia moglie, location bellissima vista mare sul porticciolo di Sestri Levante, personale di sala presente,attento, educato e non invadente, con ottima conoscenza dei piatti proposti. All'arrivo ci è stata servita una sfoglia con all'interno anemone fritto, molto buona, come primo abbiamo optato per delle linguine di Gragnano con sugo di ostriche e aragosta.... spettacolare, avrei fatto il bis. Per secondo abbiamo ordinato due fritti di mare con calamari, acciughe e gamberi, buona e leggera. Il caffè era accompagnato da dei dolcetti della casa. Il menù era completo, vario e con abbinamenti anche particolari. Il pane, i grissini e la focaccia erano fatti da loro. Sicuramente ci tornerò. Consigliatissimo
07/10/2023: Wir waren hier aufgrund der guten Bewertungen und der Aussicht, die phantastisch ist.
Das kulinarische Erlebnis war durchzogen : Einerseits sehr gut und anderseits wirklich schlecht.
Sehr gut war der brasilianische Chef für die Drinks, der uns super Vorschläge machte und mit Herzblut dabei ist. Sehr gut war auch der Service der scheuen Kellnerin Alice. Der Sommelier empfahl einen Wein, ohne zu fragen , was wir assen . Er war auch für den Tee nach dem Essen zuständig und hatte offensichtlich vom Thema nicht viel Kenntnis. Den bestellten Grappa goss er unaufgefordert in den Kaffee.
Das Essen war ebenfalls durchzogen: alle Teller waren kalt. Die Beilagen ebenso. Unser Fleisch war so stark durch, dass es hart war. Die Topinambur Vorspeise hatte so viel Köse drin , dass es wie ein schweizerisches Köseküchlein schmeckte. Wir waren nicht alleine: der Nebentisch reklamierte den kalten Fisch…
Angesprochen auf die Qualität und den Service gab uns das Restaurant einen Rabatt, den wir fair fanden.

18/02/2024: Luogo molto tranquillo, ben arredato, personale da 10, cucina molto buona con un'impronta della cucina locale interpretata con qualche variabile positiva. Esperienza da ripetere.
10/02/2024: Visitato il 7 febbraio in coppia, ho optato per il menù degustazione 5 portate solitamente cosa che non faccio, ma era l'occasione per poter degustare più piatti. Un assaggio di mortadella per l'attesa ti fa compagnia con un cestino di vari pani, ho particolarmente apprezzato i tortellini in doppio brodo e le tagliatelle al ragù, dolce da urlo con una nota di classe una candelina per il mio compleanno. il servizio impeccabile con grande professionale, magistralmente diretto da PIERO!

23/03/2024: The kangaroo and gianduiotto are delicious. The wagyu chimichurri is also very good but if you are undecided go for the kangaroo! The spaghettone with wagyu puree is nice and creamy, very tasty (in the photo: half a portion). I didn't have any problems with the service, the place is really nice.
17/03/2024: Lovely evening in this little restaurant in Fano in a beautiful location and with helpful and smiling wait staff. We tried the fried Marche dishes and the fried cappelletti to share... the Marche mix was very, very good (olives, fried creams,... all excellent), the cappelletti were good but you won't come back for those. On the first courses, however, the level has risen and the proposals are very interesting, we tried the passatelli with mushrooms (excellent), the duck and orange ravioli (really interesting!), cappelletti in broth (the Emilian contamination can be felt and the result is excellent) and spaghettoni creamed with wagyu and truffle (we expected more flavour).
On the second courses, wagyu chimichurry is excellent if you like spices (for me it was really very good), rabbit with turmeric sauce (wow!!) while the taste of the tartare did not convince us.
At the end of the meal we shared a peanut cream which alone was worth the trip. The price is in line and the selection of local wines that excellently accompany the cuisine offered is appreciable. The guys in the room were prepared and very kind.

20/03/2024: Excellent restaurant, very good food and well presented. For the price level and type of venue, the service, although acceptable, needs to improve.
17/03/2024: Excellent lunch in a quiet backstreet. Wonderful selection of local hams and cheese as appetiser, the tagliolini Verdi was maybe the best pasta we have had since moving to Italy 3 years ago. Good wine selection. Highly recommended for a Sunday lunch, which it was for us.

03/03/2024: Fantastic experience! Very elegant place, with very delicious and refined fish dishes (very fresh). We chose a tasting menu, composed together with the maitre, who was able to satisfy all our tastes with an impeccable description of the dishes.
Friendliness, professionalism and friendliness reign supreme in this splendid venue.
We will definitely be back!
22/01/2024: IT'S ALWAYS LOVE! It's been a while since I went but it is once again an excellent choice from every point of view. This place is certainly not an everyday restaurant, the price completely justified by the offer (which is rare these days) does not allow me to come often, unfortunately.
But everything seems perfect to me.
Warm, welcoming environment, with the right light, the feeling of being in a classy but welcoming place that never makes you feel uncomfortable. (being cool and not acting cool, in short). Kind and prepared staff, always smiling, present without being nagging, dishes come out, with a time that borders on perfection! Not in a hurry, leaving time to savor the chef's delicious proposals and not slow enough to make you bored. The spot-on advice from the restaurant manager and the raw materials treated with love and respect and a pinch of genius that doesn't hurt and helps to be remembered. Ps I'm not related to them ;-)
I have a business too and when it's needed it's needed, because you have a quick pen when there's something to criticize, but you have to remember that commitment and professionalism must be rewarded and exalted. And so I wanted to leave my testimony in my own way. Well done and congratulations again.

09/03/2024: "Thank you for tasting my menu"
Chef Antonia Klugmann comes out like this, towards the end of the meal. The presence of vegetal elements is what characterizes this journey on the edge of the riverbank, from the welcome to the post-dessert. Welcoming and relaxing environment, attentive and prepared service. Impeccable experience overall. It's just a shame that there is only one "first time".
06/03/2024: The place is welcoming but I was a little cold, I didn't like the food very much or rather not wow... the dishes were unappealing. A round of applause to the friendly and competent sommelier! It's probably a matter of taste but I wouldn't go back. We also stayed overnight, the breakfast was excellent.

15/02/2024: trovato in quanto uno dei ristoranti guida michelin pugliesi, devo dire che l'esperienza è stata ottima e sicuramente questo posto può giocarsi anche la stella nei prossimi anni; location molto particolare e riservata, i menu non sono tantissimi ma è possibile apportare modifiche in caso di intolleranze, allergie o diverse preferenze; personale competente e gentile, conto in linea con quanto offerto

12/01/2024: Locale accogliente e elegante, materia prima eccelsa e cucinata alla perfezione, classe ed eleganza fanno sì che si passi un ottima serata, 31 dicembre pirotecnico per cibo, professionalità, simpatia ,classe… i fuochi d artificio
li fanno in cucina, e sono quelli che non arrecano danni ma curano l animo per quanto il cibo sia fantastico
Polpo croccante , risotto gamberi e tartufo, catalana scampi e mazzancolle.. un tripudio di gusto

06/12/2023: Locale bello, elegante ed accogliente. Il titolare simpatico e professionale. Menù raffinato e ricco. L'antipasto quello caldo buonissimo 😋. Fritto leggero e buono, catalana con astice,scampi e gamberi bupnissimi. Consiglio vivamente questo ristorante.

04/03/2024: Se cerchi un luogo raffinato dove poter assaporare piatti a base di pesce ricercati questo è il posto giusto.
Ho portato mio marito per la prima volta per il suo compleanno e da allora è diventata la location di ogni nostra ricorrenza.
Tutto perfetto...il cibo di ottima qualità,i camerieri attenti ed impeccabili, l'ambiente avvolgente e sofisticato.
E poi il risotto all'astice è davvero eccezionale, non posso farne a meno quando andiamo.
