03/12/2025: I had the opportunity to go there alone. Perhaps I was a little out of place, but the waiter was super friendly and helpful. We chatted, and he recommended a lot. The food was excellent, and the view was spectacular.

03/03/2026: An evening with friends exploring Parma cuisine! We visited La Forchetta and were thrilled: a super elegant location, extremely friendly staff, and truly exquisite dishes. The value for money is excellent, especially considering the location and the quality of the ingredients. We'll definitely be back, taking our time to enjoy every course!

17/02/2026: I returned to Marina's with great curiosity and the critical eye of someone who truly loves fine dining and wine. The restaurant maintains a classic and refined elegance, with attentive and courteous service. The cuisine is of the highest quality, with excellent ingredients and balanced dishes. The real difference, however, is the sommelier. Finally, a modern and knowledgeable figure, with a fluid approach, precise but never burdensome terminology, dynamic, and always smiling. The confident and natural service is striking, an expression of concrete and contemporary expertise. He manages to rejuvenate the restaurant's image, making it more appealing to a younger audience, without distorting its identity. He was able to interpret our tastes with skill and sensitivity. We will definitely return for everything, but especially to seek his advice again.

13/02/2026: We went to Marina's after a long time and it was a great experience. As always, you can see the high quality of the ingredients firsthand. Every dish was a discovery, each one better than the last. It's amazing how a historic restaurant manages to constantly renew itself and make itself contemporary and beyond. Perfect service! They always make you feel at home! Everyone is great. We'll definitely be back.

25/02/2026: Chef Mauro Elli's signature dish is a breaded egg on anchovy sauce: an experience not to be missed. The rest of his cuisine won us over with its quality and presentation, but also with its attention to detail, attentiveness to the customer, and prompt, unobtrusive service. The wine cellar is well-stocked, including some off-the-menu items. The pigeon was truly excellent.

The service is exceptionally professional, making you feel pampered without ever being intrusive. A memorable evening where cuisine and hospitality blend seamlessly. Highly recommended.

25/01/2026: An unforgettable gastronomic experience – La Parolina is pure magic! Exciting cuisine, impeccable service, and a breathtaking location: *La Parolina* is much more than a restaurant; it's a sensory journey through flavors, aromas, and creativity. Each dish is meticulously crafted, using excellent local ingredients reinterpreted with elegance and technique. The tasting menu is a crescendo of surprises, balance, and authentic passion. The staff is knowledgeable, attentive, and present, yet never intrusive. The dining room exudes warmth and refinement, with a view that makes the experience even more memorable. A well-deserved Michelin star, but after this dinner, it's at least three. Kudos to Iside and her team!

31/12/2025: The restaurant is located on a small island among the reeds and is reached via a romantic little bridge. The interior is welcoming and meticulously designed. The menu offers no extravagance for its own sake, but focuses entirely on the excellence of the ingredients and the chef's supreme skill. The extremely friendly staff explains the various dishes and expertly recommends wine pairings. It was a satisfying experience and one I will definitely repeat.

18/11/2025: A lovely place where we were comfortable, warm, and with relaxing music. I enjoyed almost everything, from the fish to the excellent, truly excellent tomato symphony, except for the parmigiana. The portions were perhaps not suitable for people with a good appetite, the meat was excellent with an excellent sauce (so much so that I even asked for more bread 😅), but it was served almost cold. I expected a slightly wider selection of wines by the glass, perhaps having Coravin (or similar) available for pouring. The desserts were unique, although perhaps I was expecting something more. The French pastry at the end was exceptional. Top-notch service and ambiance. 4 full stars.

26/04/2025: Amazing and unexpected location immersed in the greenery of a local town called Valloria. Massimo and his staff create an atmosphere which, thanks to the furnishings combined with good food, ensures a 5-star experience. Compliments.

18/04/2025: Hostaria il Cavallo per chi come noi la conosce è da sempre una garanzia, un posto che mi sento di consigliare agli amanti di pesce che vogliono assaporare piatti classici rivisitati dalla creatività dell'Oste Massimo e della madre. Situato in un paesino nelle campagne lombarde a ridosso del fiume Po, qui potrete godere della tranquillità e del fascino di una realtà ancora immutata dal tempo e di una conviviale atmosfera fra gli abitanti del paese di cui l'Hostaria è il fiore all'occhiello. Se siete inoltre amanti dei cavalli come l'Oste, potrete visitare il maneggio situato a pochi passi per godervi a pieno l'atmosfera rurale del posto. Piatto forte? Senza dubbio il risotto gambero rosso e tartufo, un piatto che solitamente mette d'accordo anche i più scettici, ma il mio preferito rimane l'antipasto di mare caldo (foto in allegato) piccoli assaggi di esplosioni di sapori che vorresti non finissero mai. Le regine della festa sono le cozze ripiene che lasciano il desiderio di farne indigestione. Che dire? : È consigliabile agli amanti di pesce di farvi tappa, non ve ne pentirete.

05/03/2026: The first time we came was in 1998. We were struck by lightning and it was LOVE at first sight. Tonight (March 5, 2020) we are here again. We come punctually several times a year to pamper ourselves. The cooked fish. The quality is incomparable to other places. There is a streak... .... SUPERIOR!!! Even the place is unique. For me (DOMENICO MANSUETO) and my wife MARINA it is.... like going to visit a family member. Because that's how they make you feel.
