08/06/2025: We had dinner yesterday at this beautiful restaurant located in the heart of the Piedmont mountains. Magical welcome, very nice atmosphere and really kind staff. We ordered their regional specialty Bagna Cauda made with garlic and anchovies, really delicious! Then we tried both the sliced ​​beef with rosemary and fried potatoes and the spaghetti with ragù. Generous portions and perfect cooking. A beautiful culinary experience in a quiet mountain area, nice and isolated from traffic noise and chaos. Highly recommended!

08/06/2025: Unfortunately, this cafe is often closed. It's not the peak tourist season. Parking is free. The views are stunning.

16/06/2025: I came to this restaurant following a recommendation from my hotel, which mentioned it had won anItalian TV competition. I also noticed it was featured in the Michelin guide, so I arrived with high expectations — even though it was well above my usual trip budget. But for truly good food, I’m happy to pay. The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere with a minimalist design. Service was polite, professional, and attentive. Unfortunately, the food was a huge letdown — far below what you’d expect for €80 per person. The meal dragged on for over then two exhausting hours, and I was dining alone — most of the time just sitting in front of an empty table waiting for the next course. There was simply no reason for it to take that long. As for the food: Presentation was elegant and refined but most of it just didn’t taste good. Italian cuisine shines in its simplicity, but here they tried to “elevate” it in ways that didn’t work. Flavors didn’t come together, and everything — meat, fish, cuttlefish — was overcooked. It felt like a failed attempt at fine dining. There was one pasta dish that was absolutely perfect: simple, balanced, and exactly what Italian food should be. The rest? I didn’t even bother finishing — and we’re talking about dishes that barely amounted to more than a bite or two. Bottom line: excellent service and a nice vibe, but very mediocre food execution. A major disappointment overall.

08/06/2025: We had a wonderful evening at Evo. Everything was amazing. I strongly recommend Evo if you visit Alberobello.

01/07/2025: I had a fantastic meal here. Upon entering you were given bread (standard offer in Italy by the way) and homemade meatballs. When I tasted them, it couldn't go wrong😀. As a first course (appetizer) I had the BEEF SLICES SEARED WITH CHIANTI AND PINK PEPPER and I didn't know what I tasted. Fantastic. As a main course the PICANHA. Words fail me here too. In short: Absolute recommendation if you like meat

04/07/2025: This restaurant was recommended to us by a local, and everything is perfect from start to finish! The setting is magnificent, the service is impeccable, and the food is delicious. The produce is local and fresh, and you can tell. The value for money is more than reasonable in a region as touristy as Puglia. I recommend it without hesitation!

04/07/2025: The owner welcomed us very friendly and welcoming. The table was delicious placed on a small balcony with a table set with golden cutlery. The place is very small, with a very refined decor. The very good cuisine uses aromatic herbs to enhance the flavor of simple but delicious dishes. Even my wife who cannot eat milk proteins found a cream brûlé based on coconut milk delicious. Well done!!!

02/07/2025: Every time I'm in the area, I can't help but stop. There's just one big problem... (Of course I'm joking) that they make you eat raw materials that have the true flavor of the territory. Why do I call it a problem? Immediately explained: because our palates are used to eating food that has no flavor at all. Obviously I'm speaking for us who come from big cities. And in front of such a delight, it can't "not be" a problem. Jokes aside. Kindness and courtesy, they are the masters. I absolutely recommend it. Gigi from Olbia with Mafalda from Avellino.
