24/08/2025: Fine dining experience to celebrate two special occasions. We had a private dining area and the service was first rate from start to finish. We took the classic tasting menu and were treated to the delights of the region ( olive oils, tartlets, cuttlefish, tartelets , aubergine. Xxl oriechetti … desserts and sweet treats) Together with pairing wine option this was a fabulous meal over two hours. Bravo to the chef and his super professional staff!

20/08/2025: Yesterday, after a long time, I finally managed to go to dinner at Evo. My husband and I sampled the seven dishes chosen by the chef. My palate was already jumping for joy from the first course they brought us 😂. Each course was a discovery, explosive flavors intertwined with local culinary traditions. His orecchiette are superb, the first course left me speechless, a biscuit with a creamy sauce that left a fantastic aftertaste in your mouth, not to mention the panna cotta... stellar. It would take me 10 pages to describe everything 🤣. The pre-dessert was fantastic, a blend of extraordinary acidity and sweetness. I don't understand why it doesn't have a Michelin star yet, it would be well deserved. Pure imagination in every dish, not to mention the kindness and hospitality. The price paid is more than fair for all the work that goes into Chef Gianvito's art... and art always comes at a price. A huge hug to you and your amazing staff. We'll see you again very soon. 29/08/2025: I'll start by saying that this was my first time at this place, which is very spacious and during the week, and I must say it was quite crowded. After all the food I've had, I honestly expected better. The food overall was good; the idea of ​​cooking the meat right at the table is nice, but the appetizers and mixed grill were average; I didn't find anything exceptional. I wouldn't go back if I had to go specifically to try excellent meat; not because it wasn't good, but because I've had better.

27/08/2025: An ideal place for carnivores. A great way to break away from pizza and pasta. The meat is of excellent quality, presented in a variety of ways and beautifully prepared.

24/08/2025: Fa' 9 – An Experience to Remember in Gravina We spent a truly pleasant evening at Fa' 9, where the welcome was impeccable. Special thanks go to Giuseppe, the young man who served us with great care and professionalism. His suggestions on the dishes were amazing, helping make the dinner even more memorable. The place is definitely worth a visit—perhaps booking well in advance, especially on weekends. Every dish is carefully crafted down to the smallest detail: from the crispy and light fried foods to the pizza, which exceeded expectations even for us Campanians, notoriously picky about dough and cooking. 27/07/2025: Lovely place in the most beautiful streets, where they cook local Puglia food to perfection. There aren't many tourists, so the food is made the way the locals love it and we loved that. We were lucky enough that the chef came out and told us about the place and the menu. We followed his recommendations and were not disappointed. Thank you for a really good experience 😊

The service is excellent, and you can tell that everything has been carefully considered and that these lovely people are passionate about their work. The food is very flavorful. 08/09/2025: Absolutely loved our experience at Mint! The restaurant is cosy and stunning, every inch has been thoughfully decorated. The menu is exceptional, not only a break from the relatively similar traditional menus, but also vegan/vegetarian friendly with options for pescetarians, creative and well thought through! The food was absolutely delicious and the service was impeccable! We had a lovely conversation with the owner and chef, who came to say hello! It was a rare gem and if you come to Polignano do not miss this absolute gem!
