09/06/2025: There is nothing to say about this place, it goes beyond. The customer is carried in the palm of a hand by all the staff, as well as welcomed and guided with delicacy and professionalism. A fine menu, quality/price ratio above all expectations and an elegant location that does not make you feel uncomfortable. In the Michelin guide for several years, but it has nothing less than many starred.

27/05/2025: The first courses were excellent, the fried food was out of this world and plentiful!! That said, the service was really slow, sitting at the table for 25 minutes before finally having a glass of wine, they wouldn't even give it to us when we asked.... incredible. This was by the owner's will, who only serves him and strictly in order of arrival. The owner is still nice and welcoming, nothing to say, but.... come on... We were 4 of us and we tasted a few appetizers... 3 first courses and fried food. Special dishes, well-prepared, cacio pepe and shrimp rated 10! The portions are tastings (except for the fried food), you pay like everywhere else nowadays.... For me 3 stars... happy to have tried it but it's not one of my favorite places (personal opinion)

28/06/2025: Everything here was truly excellent — from the impeccable service to the warm, inviting atmosphere. The risotto with beer reduction, coffee powder, and Grana was especially memorable, easily the best risotto we have ever tried. It was also a pleasure to meet Chef Manuel at the end of the meal, which made the experience even more special. We will definitely be back!

14/09/2025: We celebrated my mother's 60th birthday at Ristorante da Balin, and it was a wonderful experience. The food was exceptional, with attention to every detail. But what made the lunch truly special was the service; attentive to every detail; the young man who accompanied us was especially special: exceptionally classy, ​​patient, discreet, always present without ever being intrusive. The way he served the wines and dessert was impeccable and added a unique touch to the day. The atmosphere of the restaurant is incredible, elegant yet welcoming, perfect for such an important occasion. A place we wholeheartedly recommend and will happily return to. So, THANK YOU!

31/07/2025: My wife and I had dinner there last week. The restaurant has a beautiful panoramic view, and the service from all the staff was impeccable. They also host themed evenings when available. Special thanks to chef Stefano and Serena. We'll definitely be back because it's worth it. Well done everyone.

27/07/2025: I went to Topia after reading (if I'm not mistaken) an article by Paolo Massobrio, whom I consider one of the finest food and restaurant reviewers. We were greeted with great kindness and a smile, which is no small feat these days. They seated us in one of the simple but clean rooms, and shortly thereafter, an equally smiling and knowledgeable young woman showed up and listed the menu with extreme professionalism. We opted for a sampling of cold and hot appetizers (the veal with tuna sauce was sublime) and two agnolotti stuffed with blueberries and a delicious melted butter (which, in my opinion, could have been better plated with a little more decoration and color). Two desserts, two Cellio beers, and a coffee—all at a more than reasonable price for what we were served. The restaurant is located a bit isolated in a beautiful building that was once a convent, so it's a shame we couldn't dine in the lovely outdoor garden! Well done everyone, and see you soon!

19/08/2025: I had lunch here for the first time today. A truly beautiful and peaceful place. The lunch was excellent, and the original "burlamisù" dessert was delicious. Excellent service, with very kind and knowledgeable staff. A wide and delicious menu, and a fantastic and fresh daily menu. All the products are homemade.
