27/06/2025: if it were possible to put less than zero I would put it. I waited 4 pucce for about 1 hour and obviously they had been baked much later than my initial order which also included French fries. After continuous complaints and having prepared the pucce (which arrived after exactly 55 minutes) the fries were missing and the lady tells us "they are in oil" when a few minutes before she had distributed about ten portions to several customers. Furthermore my order had been made when the pizzeria was EMPTY. a terrible disorganization, very little seriousness for customers who are not friends of the pizzeria or for the boys??? Terrible.

Beyond the Michelin guide, you can sense the atmosphere of someone who knows wine, loves it, researches it, and knows how to pair it with the dishes you choose.
20/08/2025: Very interesting, locally inspired cuisine; all the dishes are worth trying. The atmosphere is great, and Luciano, the owner, is always available and courteous. The restaurant deserves its Michelin Bib Gourmand award; the service is excellent and professional, and the dishes are expertly prepared using high-quality ingredients. I highly recommend it.

11/08/2025: A sublime dinner! Sophisticated dishes that harmoniously combine experimentation and tradition. Great expertise and knowledge of local ingredients. A wonderful evening, thanks in part to the attentive staff, available to offer customized solutions to meet all needs. The entire menu is gluten-free, with a variety of pasta and bread options.
Prices are reasonable for the offerings. Highly recommended!

30/08/2025: We had dinner yesterday, and I have to say that if we could give it more than 5 stars, it would deserve it. I highly recommend trying it to anyone who hasn't yet. The food is excellent, the staff is polite, friendly, and knowledgeable, the location is very elegant, clean, and you feel right at home. We'll be back again because we're recommending it to many of our friends and acquaintances.

Add to that the speed of service and the highly digestible and tasty pizza dough.

27/07/2025: Very disappointing. I wanted to give it a second chance, but the result was always the same. Low-quality food, definitely not up to par with an à la carte restaurant, and I can definitely say inferior to many AYCE restaurants in the area. Fortunately, the staff was efficient, but the welcome was lacking. Many things need to be reworked. However, I can't explain the high attendance.
02/07/2025: I went to this restaurant expecting sushi, but unfortunately it wasn't what they promised. The place looks more Italian than Japanese or Chinese, but the quality of the food didn't satisfy me. The dishes were not authentic and had strange flavors. I think they should focus on one type of cuisine and improve it, instead of trying to do too much.

14/08/2025: I'll start by saying that we booked for seven based on a positive experience a few years ago regarding the quality of the food, but I can't reconfirm that with this new experience because we got up before service because of the blonde waitress with the big glasses. From the first few minutes inside the restaurant, we were shocked by the waitress's behavior: for example, when asked about the pasta's cooking, she was gratuitously sarcastic and harsh. When we pointed out that we didn't like this approach, we were told we could leave because it was "her house." So we did, got up, and left.
We understand that the customer isn't always right, and we accept irony, but we find sharp sarcasm unacceptable and unprofessional. Not recommended for the service. In fact, we're not the only ones to comment on the inappropriate behavior of the bespectacled waitress. Poisonous in name and in deed. What a shame.

30/04/2025: Giunti in Andria volevo fare assaggiare una buona pizza alla mia ragazza che viene da fuori, ci rechiamo in questa pizzeria e chiediamo un tavolo per due senza prenotazione, una donna probabilmente la titolare ci dice che avevano due opzioni o un tavolo vista cucina senza nessun tipo di protezioni (per la contaminazione di cibo) e un tavolo che bisognava liberare in un'ora. Optiamo per il tavolo da liberare entro un'ora, ordiniamo un antipasto e due pizze, il cameriere ci dice "vi metto una ciccio calda per accompagnare" e va via. All'arrivo del conto la ciccio che nessuno ha ordinato viene inserita. Dopo l'antipasto ancora con il boccone in bocca tolgono i piatti, mangiamo le pizze stessa situazione subito via i piatti e tempo zero arriva il conto. Nemmeno il tempo di usufruire dei servizi che ci dicono che dobbiamo liberare il tavolo. Da quando ci siamo seduti erano passati 30/40 minuti e non un' ora come concordato.
Cibo ottimo ma servizio pessimo.

03/08/2025: My son and his wife chose Casale Santa Lucia for their wedding dinner. They couldn't have made a better choice! Stunning location, beautiful rooms, fantastic food, and truly commendable organization! The menu (extensive and meticulously curated) was adapted to vegans and those with intolerances with great attention and respect for all needs. The service was precise and fast, truly impeccable! Everything went flawlessly, with professionalism and excellence. Highly recommended.
