07/09/2025: We were there last night. The staff was brilliant, and the kitchen was well-organized. The fish was fresh and everything was delicious. Top service!!! Highly recommended.

07/09/2025: We happily returned to this place after about two years, and I can say that the seafood dishes are excellent, both in terms of portions and quality. The manager and staff are extremely kind and accommodating, and the quality/price ratio is excellent. A must-visit if you're passing through.

14/07/2025: The food was delicious! It was just a shame about the long wait. After half an hour, no one had come to our table. They saw us, kept coming by, but we still had to call for someone.

10/07/2025: Family atmosphere and breathtaking views... From the fried cheese to the arrosticini, everything was delicious... Not to mention the delicious pistachio cheesecake... I highly recommend it... We had a wonderful evening, we'll definitely be back. Dogs are welcome.

Ogni tanto scrivo per raccontare una delle tante piacevolissime esperienze in questo storico locale, sono quarant'anni che ho il piacere di frequentarlo e di seguirne le costanti evoluzioni, dal bar degli anni sessanta a pioniere della mescita di vini ad Enoteca ristorante. sempre con la stessa professionalità, cura del cliente e ricerca delle materie prime. Ultima esperienza il pranzo di Pasqua organizzato per nostre esigenze, una settimana dopo, davvero memorabile. Mazzarelle, cotolette di agnello e carciofo fritto per iniziare... timballino teramano e uno strepitoso agnello cacio e ove... tutto stupendo. servizio impeccabile, vini azzeccatissimi. Nessuna scoperta né novità, tutto perfetto come sempre, ad un prezzo onestissimo.

12/09/2025: Nice place I ordered Pasta alla meunière, good Grilled lamb, two pieces of meat, one of which was tough and full of sinew, but soon inedible Mascarpone dessert with panducale was excellent At the end of the meal, I was offered a liqueur

24/04/2025: La cucina è veramente sublime, i piatti ben eseguiti, da non perdere il Manouri con i fichi caramellati e il loro Polpo! Il vino? Incredibile! La selezione è vasta e i proprietari sono esperti e passionali. Ma ciò che rende questo posto veramente speciale sono i proprietari stessi: gentili, accoglienti e con un gusto impeccabile nell'arredo. L'atmosfera è piccola e dunque calda e invitante, perfetta per una serata speciale o semplicemente per godersi una cena. È un'esperienza che vi lascerà con il sorriso e la voglia di tornare presto. Cinque stelle senza dubbio!

08/09/2025: Beautiful place.. the owner very kind... for four of us 77 euros, only first courses and two containers... a simple plate of pasta, definitely handmade pasta with sauce 10 euros.. anyway if you are nice and spend well they will give you a pack of pasta, otherwise nothing like us 😅.. no pasta 😅 we don't need it for goodness sake, but don't do it in front of other customers.. and they were customers like us.. gone for the first time.. oh well

05/09/2025: Recommended by acquaintances, our experience was absolutely excellent. The setting was comfortable, elegant, and relaxing. The staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. I enjoyed local dishes transformed into gluten-free options. Giancarlo, the owner, is an expert in nutritional science and was able to give us expert advice from someone who puts passion and love into their work. I highly recommend it. It's a shame there are only five stars because I would have doubled them without thinking. Thank you so much.

05/09/2025: Lovely staff with a nice refined atmosphere. Food was amazing and all locally sourced, traditional meals. A nice welcome canapé of Apricot and Sausage meat. Book in advance as this fills up quickly.

17/08/2025: What can I say...one of the best pizzerias in Matera (in my opinion). As soon as you arrive, they seat you right away with such kindness and friendliness. With such a variety of food at very good prices, it's a bit overwhelming to choose from. The pizzas are good, although I find them a bit heavy. The puccia...in my opinion, the best in Matera: Crispy and tasty, they're made with quality ingredients, not to mention the chicken strips, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Highly recommended for those who want quality food without spending too much.

13/07/2025: We stayed for a week in July at an excellent property surrounded by greenery, impeccably managed by the owners, and with an excellent restaurant serving delicious food. The property is located near the sea and a good base for visiting the beautiful surrounding towns.

12/08/2025: We decided to stop there on our road trip to have lunch. Arriving in front, we thought for a moment “what place did we end up to??” Because of work on the facade but we still gave it a try and entered the place which somehow looks like a house and a bit old fashioned. And then, what a surprise! Food was delicious, staff very friendly, helpful, fair price and very good experience. Basically, if you are looking for fresh, local and quality food, stop by without hesitating!

10/09/2025: We came to eat at I Sapori senza gluten for lunch. We were able to eat there and loved the experience. Everything was superb, from the food to the service! My partner, who is neither celiac nor intolerant, also loved it. I recommend it 100%.

09/09/2025: We waited an hour and a half for our first course. We asked the waiter/cook/cashier, and he even rudely replied: "We didn't pre-cooked the rice. The rice was bland, the tomato pasta was good. Now we'll have to wait another hour or so for the second course. Horrible experience."

01/06/2025: Everything was amazing. My husband and I shared a colt cut board, wine and spaguetti with seafood. The waitress was really nice and the food was bomb!
