25/09/2025: Everything was delicious, starting with the appetizers. The fried cheese and the cacio e ova balls are a must-try. The first courses were excellent, especially the gnocchi. For the second course, I recommend the sausage. The icing on the cake? The Coca-Cola in a glass—I admit, I'm biased, but it makes all the difference! The owner is friendly, friendly, and makes you feel right at home. We spent €25 each and were incredibly full.

14/10/2025: I came to Oishi with high expectations and... unfortunately, disappointing is an understatement. The price is decidedly outrageous considering the crab is surimi and the jalapeño is pickled. Unfortunately, only the nigiri seem to be up to par; otherwise, the much-vaunted ingredients on the menu are absent from the dishes. The service is poorly managed (they often forgot the rolls, even asking if we wanted to add other dishes). The wait times were long considering the double shift. Service and cover charge were decidedly high, given that we were constantly standing to close the door, which was left open due to the difficult closing times. Unfortunately, we won't be returning.

28/09/2025: Excellent à la carte sushi: incredibly fresh raw fish, impeccable cuts, and authentic flavors. Excellent quality and attentive service, highly recommended for sushi lovers.

04/10/2025: The location is fantastic. Unfortunately, the road leading to the hotel (the last 500 meters) is in poor condition. Be careful with low-slung vehicles. But the hotel and restaurant make up for this with their facilities and the view.

13/10/2025: Superlative restaurant, the food is excellent, very attentive and the staff are expert... they know how to do their job very well and pay great attention to customers, you can understand the presence in the Michelin Guides... prices in line with the value of the restaurant... but believe me absolutely not exorbitant... very fair in relation to the level.

09/09/2025: The restaurant's outdoor space is truly beautiful and quaint. Naturally, in case of inclement weather, service will be provided inside, where the room is small and not particularly welcoming. The menu focuses primarily on arrosticini (skewers) and a few simple appetizers, which was fine for our tastes. Unfortunately, however, the quality of the appetizers was mediocre, and the arrosticini were extremely poor, especially considering we're in Abruzzo and it's supposed to be their specialty. Finally, the service is friendly, but almost nonexistent.

09/09/2025: A charming and immersive location, perfect for a lively chat. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and available to answer any questions. No complaints about the food: the perfect place for those who love arrosticini or want to try them for the first time. Overall, I highly recommend it.

04/10/2025: We visited this restaurant on August 20th. We had mixed fritters as an appetizer and arrosticini: classic, liver, and handmade. The food wasn't bad, but the service, hopefully due to the large crowd, could use some updating. The cover charge would have included bread (an excellent base for arrosticini), but it wasn't brought to us, and looking at other tables, we weren't the only ones. The arrosticini, however, were brought to us in batches: the first eight (four each), and only after a bit of a wait were the rest. I understand they were different types, but having to "taste" them and then wait a bit longer spoils your appetite. Regardless, this is a place that certainly knows its stuff, but the price of the arrosticini has reached quite high levels.
