27/10/2025: I stopped in this place, drawn by the entrance. The interior is intimate and very unique, with many clocks and a reminder of its past. The lady is very kind and friendly. The food is excellent. I recommend it.

I had booked through The Fork, thinking I would arrive at a “simple” restaurant. What a (very good) surprise we had arriving in front of such an establishment! A magnificent building, perfect reception service.
Then we entered the restaurant. A unique setting, combining Renaissance and modernity, magnificent. Caring waiters, who will be able to guide you and advise you in the best possible way. A little word for Francesco, who accompanied us in the best possible way during this delicious meal. He will be able to advise you on excellent wines, and this, with excellent French!
And what can we say about the dishes...a unique journey, a lot of emotions as we eat our forks! A talented young chef!
In short, a magical evening.

22/10/2025: A must-try when visiting Florence is the tripe bun. I noticed a long line in front of this food truck, so I joined the queue. 😂
Personally, I found it a bit too greasy, but those who enjoy fatty meat will find it quite satisfying. If you happen to be passing by, give it a try!

23/09/2025: We loved our experience so much that we went back a second time. Niccolo's service was excellent; he speaks at least three languages: French, English, and of course, Italian. He knows the menu very well and is always able to advise us on this or that dish. Thank you very much for your welcome and hospitality.

01/10/2025: Delicious and unique dishes. The owner is overreacting and disingenuous. The serving staff, among other things, is silent. A mistake was made with the bill, which we only noticed later. We were charged for a whole bottle of wine when we'd ordered half. The restaurant is also quite expensive. Parking is almost impossible.
22/09/2025: Great restaurant in a small village. Very cozy in winter, and in summer there's a beautifully overgrown terrace. Simply a special atmosphere.
The menu is concise, but all the dishes are authentic, prepared with the finest ingredients and lots of love.
Homemade pasta, wild boar goulash, and ox cheeks just like mom's used to make are hard to find anywhere else.
If you love dolce, you should definitely try the unique tiramisu or the semifreddo with three chocolates.
We've been there many times and, in addition to the delicious food, we especially love the family atmosphere. Emilio and Elena are fantastic hosts, and Simone's service is always there exactly when you need it. 5 stars from the bottom of our hearts!

16/10/2025: A bit expensive. Small portions, generally speaking, aren't very generous.
If you order meats like Fiorentina or other steaks, they come without any sides, and then you pay €6-7 each for the side dishes, but they're tiny pebbles of beans, onions, herbs, or potatoes. I'd suggest either including at least one per person or setting them at no more than €4. Otherwise, you'll spend almost €30 for the side dishes alone, or you can order them much larger because the portions are too small.
Inattentive and slow service.
15/09/2025: Excellent food and attentive service! Very nice patio. The only thing that could be improved is the washroom, as there is only one and it's quite old.

Friendly staff and fast service. The casual atmosphere makes you want to return, whether for a quick break or a fun evening.
25/08/2025: A well-stocked comic book store, not only with comics, but also a wide variety of board games, trading cards, and more. There's a large gaming room and an excellent bar.

14/10/2025: What can I say... Positive!! Nothing that wasn't in its place in the excellent dishes!! €40 well spent: first course ravioli, second course wild boar and chicory side dish, dessert, coffee, homemade liqueur!!! Exceptional flavors! Will definitely return.

19/10/2025: We arrived at "Da Guido" on the recommendation of a Milanese friend who was in Magliano on one of his vacations. As soon as we arrived, we felt super comfortable; it was like walking into our grandparents' house. If I had a picture of comfort in the dictionary, it would be the dining room at "Da Guido." The service was even more welcoming; Mr. Fabio took care of the entire table. As we would say in Argentina, "the guy is a genius." He was patient with us and answered all our questions about the different dishes, which were new to us (we had never tried Pappardelle al Cinghiale). Moving on to the food... one was better than the other. In our ignorance, we never imagined that bread with olive oil would have so much flavor or that a Pecorino cheese could melt in your mouth like that.

06/07/2025: Ottima scelta per immergersi nella cucina maremmana autentica. Servizio impeccabile e pietanze (tutte) all'altezza delle precedenti recensioni. Non si può fare a meno di fare il giro degli antipasti, senza dimenticare la tartare. Buona la scelta di vini proposta. Conto "onesto", da ritornarci"....magari in una serata meno afosa!
L'affascinante Magliano in Toscana, con il suo giro delle mura, sono una degna cornice all'esperienza.

04/10/2025: We visited Sandra's in Magliano in Tuscany and fell in love with it! An authentic restaurant where you can feel the soul of the Maremma. Dishes are meticulously prepared with fresh, quality ingredients. We had a mixed antipasto, the perfect mix of cured meats and prepared dishes (I tried the chicken liver pâté for the first time), tortelloni stuffed with potatoes and truffles, agnolotti cacio e pepe stuffed with wild boar, and we couldn't leave out the desserts: a tiramisu and a cream and hazelnut tart. Everything was truly delicious.
The staff is welcoming and kind, the atmosphere is familiar yet meticulously crafted, perfect for a relaxed dinner after a day in the hills.
A corner of authenticity and tradition that's absolutely worth a visit. Congratulations to Sandra and her staff. ✨
P.S. I recommend making a reservation. On the second night, we ordered desserts to take home. We couldn't leave without trying them again.
They also accept dogs. 🐶
