13/04/2025: A dream evening. I had booked through The Fork, thinking I would arrive at a “simple” restaurant. What a (very good) surprise we had arriving in front of such an establishment! A magnificent building, perfect reception service. Then we entered the restaurant. A unique setting, combining Renaissance and modernity, magnificent. Caring waiters, who will be able to guide you and advise you in the best possible way. A little word for Francesco, who accompanied us in the best possible way during this delicious meal. He will be able to advise you on excellent wines, and this, with excellent French! And what can we say about the dishes...a unique journey, a lot of emotions as we eat our forks! A talented young chef! In short, a magical evening.

28/06/2025: Great place to eat great piadinas. Update 06/25, renovated and pleasant environment, nothing has changed in the quality and service, it is always an excellent choice for a snack, lunch or dinner. Congratulations.

23/05/2025: Pleasantly renovated environment, small but well-kept. Excellent piadinas with very varied combinations and dough to choose from normal wholemeal kamut and some other flours. Average price 7 euros. Smiling and courteous service. Very pleasant lunch break.

11/06/2025: Let's start with the "responsible" cashier or I don't know what he wants to do, the nice guy but he's not nice... hygiene and compliance with regulations are zero, no one with a hat, gloves let's not talk about it, clothes let's forget about it because already at 11 they look like they came out of a pot of oil... the great Aurelio was a whole other story, I don't recommend him, dirty and if you pay in cash the receipt is optional.

06/06/2025: We were recommended this place. TOP Lampredotto sandwich! Balanced taste, well-filled and juicy sandwich!! Very fast service. We will definitely be back on our next trips to Florence.

24/05/2025: The best restaurant in Florence! The service and food was amazing, highly recommend. Nico and another server (didn’t get his name but he’s getting married on Tuesday) were amazing and made the experience great. Definitely get the gnocchi, steak and cheesecake!

09/06/2025: Cozy restaurant with excellent food. We were very well taken care of, the pasta ala gricia is highly recommended. But the other dishes were amazing too.

09/06/2025: There are many restaurants in Castiglione della Pescaia. This well-hidden gem is something special. Luckily, we had a table reservation. The restaurant was very busy, and for good reason. If you like high-quality, well-prepared beef (including T-bone steaks), this is the place for you. They also offer other excellent Italian dishes. The harmonious concept is rounded out by a beautiful garden surrounding the seating area and attentive, friendly staff. And the chef is very pleasantly present. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely be back.

30/05/2025: At La Tana dei Brilli you eat really well. It is one of those places where the cuisine is simple, made with local ingredients and recipes that taste like home. No frills, just real flavors, the ones you recognize at first taste and that make you want to come back. The menu is written with a poetic care that makes you want to order everything: each dish has a description that tells a story, and already reading it you imagine the smell and taste. The prices are fair, actually good, especially for what you take home in terms of quality and atmosphere. And then there is the owner - very nice - and the cook, who make you feel at home. They welcome you with a smile and treat you as if you were a lifelong friend. A place like this should be kept a secret ... but it deserves to be shared. Advice

25/06/2025: Tonight we were customers of your restaurant and we were dissatisfied with being treated like third world people and we didn't understand why! You have to understand that without us, the customers, tomorrow you will close your restaurant! And if you treat your customers as you treated us today, today you will close your restaurant today and not tomorrow! I think it is irrelevant that all 10 of your Romanian customers are entrepreneurs, managers of successful companies or notaries, because, first of all, we were just a group of tourists who wanted to spend a nice evening in an Italian restaurant, with traditional cuisine! But we received, together with the menu, a total lack of respect and discriminatory treatment compared to the other customers of the restaurant, both in terms of portions and products! You brought us limoncello bought, justifying us that you no longer made it at home, even though in front of us you served other customers the limoncello made by you! Maybe we will never return to Isola Rossa, who knows! But we are sure that we will tell all our friends, acquaintances and acquaintances of our acquaintances not to make the mistake of crossing your threshold! Because you treat Romanians not as guests and customers, but as beggars! And perhaps even then, if we had begged you for a portion of food, common sense and empathy would have suggested us to treat each other with respect!

25/06/2025: Classic trattoria, from the environment you can already tell that the food is good, crostini and cutting board average, pappardella very good but too al dente, the tagliata requested medium but arrived well cooked was not the best. Exceptional wine we took a reserve, perfect. On the friendliness nothing to say, excellent. I recommend booking.

28/06/2025: One of the best places to visit in Tuscany! Fantastic service, they have an interesting idea for dishes, you can try each in small quantities so that we can eat the entire menu, on the table as part of the appetizer a bottle of wine 😁 charming owner I recommend to everyone !!

20/06/2025: Super experience… nice large place with different rooms. Traditional and well-made cuisine… very good the various appetizers with crostini in oil and cured meats. Exceptional ravioli with very thin pasta and gnudi. Absolutely to try! Simple wine cellar but with a good selection and honest prices. Fast and very kind service. Excellent value for money. Book in advance because it is always full.

05/06/2025: Very well-kept restaurant with a welcoming atmosphere in the center of the town. Very popular so I highly recommend booking in advance. As appetizers we tried the mix of vegetable tarts, very good and a tartare with fried egg amazing! Like a Florentine steak served with the hot plate aside to heat it up (it was very useful). For dessert an excellent apple clafoutis recommended by the very kind lady who served us. I give 4 stars because we wanted to share a slice of about 800g but, since it ran out, they offered us a Florentine steak (obviously more expensive) of similar weight. The weight was almost double, so the bill turned out to be decidedly salty. Having said that, excellent and quality food!

04/06/2025: Locale carino, personale che lascia mangiare i cani sul tavolo. Premessa che io ho due cani e li ho sempre avuti non si può andare al ristorante e avere al tavolo dietro un signore che ha il cane che mangia sulla sedia e prende il pane dalla cesta. I proprietari non possono permetterlo. Ammettere i cani é il minimo ma ci vuole educazione, decenza, igiene. Prezzi alti.
