07/04/2026: This is the second lampredotto I've had in Florence, i liked this one than another one I had closer to the main hub. The tripe tasted more like tripe and I preferred a bit more chew with this one. The size is also generous. I didn't have to wait at all as I came right at open in a Tuesday morning post Easter. It's a bit out of the way but I had time to kill anyway. There's a nice park to sit at, next to the stall, if the provided seatings are full.

07/04/2026: This is by far the best lampredotto I've ever had, hands down. The panozzo was lovely and filling, the meat was buttery soft and flavorful... It's a bit out of the way, but if you visit the Stibbert, it's worth eating there!

We chose this restaurant to celebrate our engagement, and the team transformed our dinner into a truly unforgettable moment. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with remarkable kindness, attentiveness, and generosity. You immediately sense a passionate team that genuinely enjoys making its guests happy. The cuisine is simply outstanding: exceptionally high-quality ingredients, authentic Tuscan cuisine, generous portions, and perfectly executed dishes. And I must confess, with a touch of humor: as a Frenchman, I thought I had a certain privilege when it came to gastronomy and quality products… but this restaurant has clearly proven me wrong! 31/01/2026: What a lovely discovery! The place is small and welcoming, the lights are soft, and the music isn't annoying. The three of us had pecorino cheese and truffle as an appetizer, excellent! The first course, Gricia, was fantastic!!! The owner was courteous and friendly, good value for money, and generous portions.

01/03/2026: Wonderful experience. As soon as we arrived from outside, they elegantly led us to our table; the food was truly high-quality and they brought it very quickly, with very polite and professional staff. I would return 1,000 times over! Dishes ordered: Saffron tortello and gnocco, two grilled Chianina beef fillets with roast potatoes, a honey and pine nut cheesecake, and a tiramisu (with a small appetizer served by them at the beginning and a pre-dessert).

27/02/2026: The guys at Comix need no introduction 🙏 exceptional! Located in the heart of Grosseto and a great meeting place for both young and old, the store offers comic book sales, a bar, and a restaurant. A true gem that lights up the spirit of Grosseto.

27/01/2026: Fabulous!!! A truly excellent experience at Tana dei Brilli in Massa Marittima. Fresh, high-quality food, with an excellent selection and creation of cheeses. The wild boar sauce with polenta was simply exquisite, rich in flavor and perfectly prepared. A place I absolutely recommend to anyone who loves authentic, carefully prepared cuisine. I will definitely be back!

25/01/2026: I called the day before to reserve a table for two. I was given the time: 2:00 PM/2:15 PM. We got there on time, maybe a few minutes early. Once inside, I was told the reservation was for 2:15 PM/2:20 PM. We waited outside until 2:30 PM. We went in to find out how much longer we had to wait. We were told they couldn't turn the customers away. In conclusion, we had to leave. It would be enough to say next time... WE'RE FULL! Instead of making people wait needlessly!

16/11/2025: The rustic restaurant is perhaps a little dark, but overall, the decor is perfect. The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable. The waitress is always kind and ready to accommodate your every need. But the highlight of the restaurant is the food. One word: SUPERLATIVE... Everything was perfect... Thank you for your hospitality, we'll definitely be back...

28/01/2026: This typical Maremma trattoria feels family-run and feels like eating at a relative's house. We ate excellent food and the right amount. Luciano was also very kind. We'll definitely be back.

15/03/2026: A true "hosteria" nestled in the heart of Tuscia. The Tuscia of Viterbo meets that of Grosseto, in the Maremma that still offers glimpses of genuine beauty, anchored in a past that here brings back memories filled with nostalgia for what once was and now, especially elsewhere, is no more.... Among bleating sheep and grazing cows, the road from Farnese to Pitigliano, crossing the marvelous Selva del Lamone, will lead you to this hosteria, inviting you to a solitary break in the middle of nowhere that couldn't be more beautiful! Inside, you'll find about twenty seats, but above all, you'll find an amazing woman, Silvia, who still refers to herself as "the daughter" out of loving respect for the work her parents did, who created this place a few decades ago. Today, however, Silvia has become the true hostess and will be the one to guide you every step of the way, as befits a place that makes substance at the right price its strong point! The menu is simple enough to not waste too much time choosing, but it's full of surprises for the palate, and from the faces of those who filled the entire room today (Sunday lunch), I can assure you that my partner's and my satisfaction was widely shared by everyone at the other tables. Highly recommended, from appetizers to desserts, and remember, everything is homemade, as befits a true "Hosteria"!

18/04/2026: I had dinner with my family at Guido's. The old, traditional dining rooms are beautiful, very welcoming and decorated. Excellent hospitality and service throughout the dinner, especially from the waiter who served us. We also ordered a selection of appetizers; simple, authentic, high-quality food, all locally sourced. The first courses were excellent and very generous, and the second course (roast pork) was fabulous with its unique side dishes. The price was very fair.

08/04/2026: A cozy, authentic Italian restaurant set in the historic and charming town of Magliano. The staff were kind and welcoming, and although they didn’t speak English, the service was warm and pleasant. The food is delicious and truly traditional. Opening hours may not always match what’s listed on Google Maps, so it’s worth calling ahead to avoid disappointment.
