25/05/2026: The menu features traditional dishes (and more), prepared with high-quality ingredients. The cuisine and presentation are top-notch. The atmosphere is simple and distinctive. Kudos to the wait staff, who are professional and very friendly. The prices are reasonable for the dishes and portions. The background music is also excellent.

04/07/2026: A small restaurant specializing in fish, highly recommended for those with gluten intolerances. They are very careful about cross-contamination. They also offer takeout and take-out.

01/07/2026: We visited this restaurant with our four children and our dog and felt completely at ease from the very first moment. As vegetarians and pescatarians, we were particularly curious about the menu – and were absolutely delighted. The service was exceptionally attentive, warm, and professional. You can immediately tell that a well-coordinated team works here with great passion. The cuisine also completely won us over: every dish was outstanding – whether fish, vegetables, pasta, or the desserts to finish. Everything was wonderfully balanced in flavor, freshly prepared, and expertly presented. A huge compliment to the entire team, who together create the exceptional quality of this restaurant. 07/07/2026: I dined here with my wife, daughter, and a friend. The welcome was incredibly warm, with limited seating but well-distributed. The view of Montecristo and Pianosa was breathtaking. The owner rattles off the dishes his mother prepares with passion and attention to detail. Everything was truly delicious and beautifully presented. The price paid was worth the space and the service. The only drawback is the complete lack of parking, but that's the case for practically all of Capoliveri. However, although not widely advertised, there are several free parking lots and a free shuttle that takes you from the parking lot near the cemetery and sports field to within walking distance of the center. Then there are the "cool" ones who like to park like VIPs... But that's another story 😜 If you're on Elba and want a special evening, go for dinner here; it's worth it. P.S. Book well in advance! UPDATE 2026 After 6 long years, I finally returned last night... I can't confirm what I wrote previously, but I wish I could say more... the friendliness and presentation are superb... (the plump mussels 😁). Everything was simply delicious, and the location, especially at sunset, was dreamy. The parking problem remains unchanged, but if you go by scooter, there's plenty of parking. Remember, water causes rust... bring the wine!

06/07/2026: Book early, it's totally worth it! Excellent food, informal and fun service, and incredibly friendly service. The view is unparalleled. A truly wonderful evening.

26/04/2026: In this small Maremma village, you'll find a treasure trove of passion, warmth, hospitality, and culinary art. A few refined, top-notch local dishes. A boned stuffed rabbit garnished with gratinated fennel worthy of a Nobel Prize in cuisine. Local DOC wines. Unmissable.

16/06/2026: Everything was impeccable. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was very pleasant, and the service exceeded all expectations. The staff were professional and polite; they explained each dish to you, were attentive to your every need, and gave excellent wine pairing recommendations. Highly recommended!

15/06/2026: One word: UNASSEMBLED Small constructive criticism: Unbeatable except for the water and coffee. €4 for a bottle of water is a bit hilarious, €4 for a coffee is even more hilarious. But still, UNASSEMBLED. The best steak I've ever eaten. Top-notch staff, top-notch location, nice, large parking lot, delicious bread of various kinds. Nothing to say. I repeat, UNASSEMBLED.

07/08/2026: Very good value for money and tasty pizzas. Ordering your pizza is chaotic; if you stand there waiting patiently for your turn, it can take a very long time.

27/04/2026: On a short vacation on Elba Island, I'd been wanting to try the cuisine at Teatro Bistrot for a long time, and I must say it was worth the wait. I started with excellent fried anchovies, followed by spaghetti with mullet bottarga and lemon, which I highly recommend. The tagliolini del teatro, a house recipe, were also delicious. Followed by a magnificent amberjack, the catch of the day. The wine selection is excellent, ranging from the island's local wines to an incredible blanc de noirs recommended by the owner. The restaurant offers a variety of seating options, from the characteristic indoor setting to a beautiful outdoor terrace with an enchanting view. The staff is friendly and attentive, helping you experience the island's atmosphere, captivating you with its beauty. A visit to Teatro Bistrot is not to be missed under any circumstances; I hope to return in September! I thank the owners, Fiona and Antonio, for their wonderful welcome.

18/04/2026: Very good restaurant, super friendly waiters, the food arrived in less than 10 minutes, in my opinion perfect in terms of waiting time and very good quality-price ratio.

10/07/2026: Simple, intimate, friendly owners, wide selection of pizzas and other specialties, and we ordered a platter of excellent cured meats. The pizza dough is fantastic. The schiacciatine (flatbread) are superb! The music and comfortable seating could be improved.

24/06/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (actually 10 out of 5 stars!) We simply wanted to enjoy a relaxing pizza here. Unfortunately, shortly after our pizza was served, my girlfriend suffered a circulatory collapse. The entire team reacted immediately and took incredibly good care of her. She was given a cold towel with ice cubes, a pillow, and was allowed to lie down. Everyone was attentive, helpful, and simply wonderful. Since my girlfriend wasn't feeling better, we unfortunately had to leave the restaurant early and couldn't eat our pizza there. We naturally wanted to pay for the pizzas and take them with us, but the owner insisted that we didn't have to pay. Such warmth and kindness are rare these days. While we can't say much about the pizza itself, what we did try was excellent. Even more impressive, however, was how the entire team handled the situation. Many thanks to all the staff and especially to the owner for the quick help, the care, and the great kindness. For us this is not 5 out of 5 stars, but at least 10 out of 5 stars. Absolute recommendation! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (in reality 10 to 5 digits!) You can eat a pizza in tranquility. But it is also a service, purtroppo la mia ragazza has avuto a collasso circolatorio. The intero staff è intervenuto immediate, prendendosi cura di lei in modo eccezionale. The Hanno now has a panno Freddo with ghiaccio, a cushion and the Hanno permesso di sdraiarsi. These are the conditions available, available and variously different from the point of view of the surrounding world. Since you don't want to send it to me, you can leave the local area and you can't get the pizza on the post. Volevamo pagare e portare via the pizza, the proprietario ha insistito affinché non pagassimo nulla. A gentlemanly and humane person who is so rare in his day. Della pizza possiamo dire poco, ma quel che abbiamo assaggiato era eccellente. Another impression is the way it is in the same situation as the team. An enormous grace in all the staff and in particolare al proprietario per l'aiuto rapido, la premura e la grande umanità. Per noi non sono 5 su 5 stelle, ma almeno 10 su 5. Consigliatissimo!

14/07/2026: Excellent food, friendly service, a family atmosphere, and great attention to detail, even for celiacs like my daughter. The gluten-free pizza and crepes were very popular. A definite stop on our next return to Elba.

26/05/2026: As a food and geography enthusiast, I've been frequenting this wonderful restaurant for seven years, and each time I'm so enchanted it almost moves me to tears. The entire team that supports the phenomenal chef takes care of every wish. During my last visit, a few days ago, I had the pleasure of meeting the new waiter, Alessio, originally from Narcao, Sardinia, who impressed me with his professionalism, passion, and simplicity. Since then, I can't wait to return to Sant'Antioco and am already planning one of my next trips!

25/05/2026: My personal experience with this place was as follows: This restaurant exceeded all our expectations. Without a doubt, for us it was the best restaurant in Suvereto. + Extremely kind, courteous, and professional staff, yet very human and welcoming. + They explained everything to us, making us feel at home, without forced formalities or false appearances. + Truly excellent food. + Exceptional value for money. + All the dishes were meticulously prepared, well-presented, and truly delicious. + No excessive wait between courses. + The desserts also deserve a special mention: truly excellent. It was honestly the best culinary experience of our entire stay.
