06/10/2025: Excellent experience, charming and very refined but not overly formal. The service is top-notch, discreet yet super efficient, with a sommelier on hand. We chose their most classic menu and were very satisfied. They aren't listed, but they also serve an entrée, pre-dessert, and a final pastry. The leavened pastries served with the meal are excellent. It definitely deserves some recognition, which will be coming soon...

The interior feels like a gallery — vaulted ceilings, rich carpets, antique portraits and a refined, timeless atmosphere. Every dish delivered a wow effect — exceptional flavors, refined combinations, and elegant presentation. From starters to mains, everything was perfectly executed. And the lavender dessert was truly surprising — unique, delicate, and incredibly delicious. The service was warm, attentive, and professional. More than just dinner — it’s an experience to remember. Absolutely worth a visit!

11/07/2025: A charming, evocative, and elegant venue, located, like the Circolo dei Lettori, in the noble 17th-century Graneri della Roccia palace. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the service impeccable. Stefano Fanti's cuisine offers variations on traditional Piedmontese cuisine, innovating it creatively and surprisingly without distorting it. High-quality ingredients, a focus on seasonal products and recipes, and an excellent wine list are further strengths of the restaurant. I've been frequenting and recommending it for many years and have always been very satisfied.

13/07/2025: Fin miljö, rymlig lokal. Gott schack choklad som extra. Men de var gämfört andra 1 stjärna på maten inget speciellt vad gäller smakerna. Och att ett 650kr/glas Brunello serverades vid 20-22C tycker jag var illa för den här typen av krog!

27/09/2025: We had dinner at La Pecora Nera twice in a row because the menu showed too many good things to be able to try them in one session. The tagliolini al tartufo were amazing, as well as the ossobuco: super tender and tasty. The second day we had Paccheri with red shrimps, Anatra all’arancia (Duck) and octopus, all delicious. Hands down to the service as well, everyone has been super friendly both times we came, this place is definitely a staple destination whenever we are back in Montecatini again!!!

24/08/2025: We decide to treat ourselves to one last restaurant before returning from summer vacation. We can't go wrong; we have to end on a high note! Tomorrow we'll be in the Varallo area, and after carefully poring over the reviews of various restaurants, we narrow our focus to Hostaria di Bricai. We've booked! We find a parking spot two minutes away, and later we'll understand why. The restaurant is practically inside a beautiful park. We're greeted by the owner, who's quite busy with other tables. She makes us wait about five minutes, then shows us to our table. We already have a pretty clear idea of ​​the dishes, but some off-menu items catch my attention, including the tagliolini with porcini mushrooms. I ask for truffle, but it's flatly rejected, even with a few dirty looks. We start with the entree, which we consider to be excessively minimal, so much so that we can't fully savor its essence. Just a little more in quantity wouldn't hurt at all. The rest, as you can see from the photos, is highly commensurate with quality dishes, well-made and beautifully presented. The bill, too, is absolutely in line with the products and quality offered. There's a wide selection of wines, not exactly cheap, but if you don't opt ​​for glasses, for which the selection is limited, you can always buy a bottle and take it home if you don't finish it. Finally, I feel compelled to contradict the reviews that claim they paid a lot and left hungry! Believe me, if you're in the area, it's worth trying their cuisine. I'd definitely go back!

30/07/2025: As a French guy, i have to say that the foie gras was one of the best i’ve ever tasted. I recommand this restaurant with a beautiful view and atmosphere, definitely will come back !

08/09/2025: I stayed for a weekend at Agriturismo Capuccina. It's a magnificent place, with beautiful rooms and extremely welcoming staff. The restaurant is fantastic, with excellent cuisine and products grown on site. Highly recommended.

07/09/2025: A couple's dinner at this splendid restaurant overlooking Lake Maggiore, located in Arona's small square. We both chose the meat tasting menu, along with the matching wines, preceded by a glass of champagne and a small appetizer. The dishes were a crescendo of truly unique and commendable flavors and tastes. The wines paired with the dishes were also simply perfect! The professionalism and friendliness of the staff were particularly noteworthy; they were never intrusive, but always present and available. A truly 5-star experience!!

05/10/2025: The food was delicious and well-prepared, a real kudos to the kitchen! Unfortunately, we had to wait over half an hour for our second course, which made the experience somewhat less pleasant. When we asked for the bill, we didn't receive it, so we ended up going to the cash register ourselves. We were able to pay immediately there, without seeing or checking a receipt first, which didn't seem very professional. In short: good food, but the service and organization could be better.

02/10/2025: This restaurant is a real gem in Verona! The dishes are perfectly cooked with rich flavors that truly represent Italian cuisine. The presentation is elegant, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the staff are professional and welcoming. A place that leaves you with a memorable dining experience — definitely worth a visit!

19/09/2025: Everything was great. If I didn't give it five stars, it's just to leave another star in reserve for absolute perfection. In reality, this restaurant is excellent.

17/09/2025: A very welcoming trattoria in the center of Borgomanero, with very friendly staff. The food is good and plentiful, though perhaps a little overpriced compared to what I expected.
