09/07/2025: At Vivilo, you'll experience an unforgettable culinary experience. The dinner was simply exquisite, with dishes prepared with the freshest ingredients and impeccably presented. The service was excellent, attentive to our every need, always discreet and with a smile. The atmosphere is unique, dining in front of a view of the wonderful Franciacorta vineyards, creating an intimate and romantic atmosphere.
It was also my birthday, and they surprised me by placing a candle on the cake—a small but meaningful gesture.
It was truly a dinner we will never forget.
Thank you so much.
07/07/2025: We stumbled across this beautiful place by chance and had an incredible evening. The food, the service, the view from the main seating area- everything is just a 10 out of ten. An absolute must, if you are in the area!

Primi piatti eccellenti (fusilli fatti a mano e ravioli eccellenti), secondi piatti da urlo (cervo con polenta ma anche filettino lardelalto)
I dolci sono fantastici, varrebbe la pena anche solo per quelli.
Prezzi di conseguenza ma la qualità è da premiare!

Gli ingredienti sono di alta qualità e ogni piatto che abbiamo assaggiato ci ha soddisfatto pienamente, era tutto davvero buonissimo e ti fa venire voglia di tornare! Confermo che i prezzi sono alti…ne vale la pena questo si, ma calcolate di spendere un po’ più del solito…

The interior feels like a gallery — vaulted ceilings, rich carpets, antique portraits and a refined, timeless atmosphere. Every dish delivered a wow effect — exceptional flavors, refined combinations, and elegant presentation. From starters to mains, everything was perfectly executed. And the lavender dessert was truly surprising — unique, delicate, and incredibly delicious. The service was warm, attentive, and professional. More than just dinner — it’s an experience to remember. Absolutely worth a visit!
11/07/2025: A charming, evocative, and elegant venue, located, like the Circolo dei Lettori, in the noble 17th-century Graneri della Roccia palace. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the service impeccable. Stefano Fanti's cuisine offers variations on traditional Piedmontese cuisine, innovating it creatively and surprisingly without distorting it. High-quality ingredients, a focus on seasonal products and recipes, and an excellent wine list are further strengths of the restaurant. I've been frequenting and recommending it for many years and have always been very satisfied.

29/08/2025: A wonderful Michelin-starred Italian restaurant located in the Four Seasons Hotel. The service was excellent and the food was delicious.
I made sure to try it before leaving Florence.
13/07/2025: Fin miljö, rymlig lokal. Gott schack choklad som extra. Men de var gämfört andra 1 stjärna på maten inget speciellt vad gäller smakerna. Och att ett 650kr/glas Brunello serverades vid 20-22C tycker jag var illa för den här typen av krog!

05/08/2025: We had the privilege of staying at this place and honestly, it is extraordinary. Rita and Gianluca are very welcoming and warm. The place is steeped in Italian culture with its typical dishes and breathtaking scenery. I recommend it 100%. Thank you Rita and Gianluca and thank you Il Fortino!
15/07/2025: After spending a few days on our motorbikes along the beautiful roads of Abruzzo, and on our way back, we stumbled upon this truly charming little hotel. Reasonable prices, excellent cleanliness, and a fantastic welcome. A very pleasant discovery that we will definitely keep in mind whenever we pass through this area. Highly recommended!

30/07/2025: As a French guy, i have to say that the foie gras was one of the best i’ve ever tasted. I recommand this restaurant with a beautiful view and atmosphere, definitely will come back !
15/07/2025: We found this little place in the Michelin guide during our vacation in Valsesia and were delighted!
The dining room is very welcoming, a blend of modern design and antique details. The owner is also welcoming, very helpful and friendly. The food is excellent: substantial, yet refined and regional. Everything was very enjoyable!
Plus, a splendid view from the restroom window overlooking the rooftops of Varallo.

17/08/2025: A delicious lunch, especially considering the ambiance. The service was good, but could be improved due to the overly friendly and somewhat smug attitude of one waiter. The dishes are delicious and beautiful, which isn't a bad thing, but too many flavors on the same plate are overwhelming and limiting. On the other hand, the bread and house-made antrée were good. The tiramisu was very disappointing, but the sorbet was good. I would also suggest choosing a music that suits the ambiance and the venue.
14/08/2025: We ordered the meat tasting menu, but our request to exchange dessert for the fish tasting menu was denied, citing the restaurant being full.
The food was very good, except for the dessert, which wasn't exchanged.
The waiter who served us was friendly and professional.
The view from the veranda was beautiful, but it was far too hot.
At the end of the meal, we weren't even offered an amaro or limoncello, which was instead offered to many of the nearby tables, despite the €170 bill for two.
A nice place with good food, but too hot in the summer and little attention to customer service.

11/08/2025: Come on, what can you say about this restaurant... I especially enjoyed the tartare and the zucchini flowers... both exceptional!!! The first course was delicious, and the second course was guanciale... just thinking about it makes my mouth water... I didn't order dessert because I couldn't handle it... maybe next time!!! Impeccable service!!!

The dishes are truly stunning and the prices are more than reasonable.
