09/03/2024: Ristorante nel cuore della Franciacorta. Abbiamo fatto il menu degustazione “inizio” tutto buonissimo. Il risotto franciacorta è buonissimo. Io sono celiaca e ho mangiato tutto. Il servizio è impeccabile. Location stupenda.

02/03/2024: It is the second time we have had the pleasure of eating here and we had a great time, we did a tasting with paired wines and everything was exceptional, the food, the setting, the staff and the atmosphere... we will definitely be back. ..

23/03/2024: Il Balivo is the best restaurant in Champoluc, it is welcoming, elegant but rustic at the same time, you eat typical dishes that are revisited at the same time, local products at zero km, be careful: the dishes are really very abundant!!! Go there with a big appetite because it's worth trying everything, from appetizers to desserts! Well-stocked local wine list. Courtesy of the staff 8 stars, congratulations! Just remember to book well in advance, otherwise you won't find a place!

26/02/2024: Ristorante caratteristico di montagna Scelta di piatti tipici, carne alla brace, e piatti particolari a seconda della stagione! Personale gentile e presente Tutto buonissimo Alcuni piatti ( come gli agnolotti ) sono veramente un’esplosione di sapore al palato! La carne alla brace a dir poco spettacolare! Unica pecca forse sono i dolci, aggiungerei qualcosa di più particolare per rimanere in linea con quello che offre la struttura Cena fantastica

05/04/2024: Hidden away but worth the visit. We were very late for our reservation but it wasn't as busy as the cafe upstairs. We ordered the snails, the agnotti pasta and the Rossini and foie gras. The snails were a little salty for our liking but both the pasta and the Rossini were excellent quality. Not the cheapest lunch but the service is good as is the food.

31/03/2024: I found this restaurant (run by chef Stefano Fanti) quite special looking for something of a good standard but not obvious. I knew that the atmosphere and the place were full of history because it was located in an ancient building on the first floor near the Circolo dei Lettori of Turin. Unfortunately, many give it a bad review, confusing it with another bistro in the same building. I then phoned and the chef himself responded, agreeing with my feeling. The dishes were very interesting, the service was excellent but not intrusive, the place was delicious, the bill was adequate. Only piece of advice: review the "deconstructed bicerin" which is absolutely not up to the standard of the rest. I will happily return

02/04/2024: Went in with no reservation. They could seat me if I didn't stay longer than 1 hour. The food was very fresh and handmade with love.

31/03/2024: Super delicious food, very attentive, interested service, with whom you can have a pleasant conversation, even in English! We'd love to come back.

19/03/2024: This is a Michelin star restaurant. I’d probably rate this as one of the top 15 meals we’ve ever had. We did the chef’s tasting with the wine pairing and had an exquisite meal. They served us six courses overall plus some extras. Wonderful Amuse-bouche to start with several very light appetizers, seafood and pasta courses. The finale was the dessert box which was a-maz-ing. We opted for the “unique wine pairing” because of its uniqueness and were not disappointed. Sommelier was wonderful. Service was what you’d expect from the Four Seasons. Lobster was best I’ve ever had. Overall the whole meal was a 10, simple and wonderful with a strong focus on regional favorites. 1 small suggestion: We wish there was a more complete cocktail menu. Its fun to get a list beyond martini and Bellini. But if you like the classics or know exactly what you want, bar service was exceptional. Everything was perfectly prepared, we just prefer to try new things. A wonderful experience. Highly recommend.

11/02/2024: Complimenti per il buffet . Entusiasmante e superlativo . Penso il meglio che si può richiedere . Mi ricorda quello delle ultime vacanze al Westin di Dubai . Torneremo anche per quello . Bravi

10/03/2024: As soon as you arrive you are greeted with warmth and kindness. The rooms are large, with comfortable beds and impeccable cleanliness. Location surrounded by greenery, you can relax by the sweet sound of nature that surrounds you. Breakfast is plentiful and is served by the helpful and friendly owner. Experience to be repeated.

24/02/2024: Very well kept, neat, very pleasant. In short: a real "gem" without excluding the owner! A very pleasant, friendly lady, always ready to have a chat in the morning while preparing breakfast! Obviously I will return!!

24/03/2024: Traditional Piedmontese cuisine. The mise en bouche of meatballs was exceptional. The paniscia is excellent, the chicken and the "fritto misto" are surprising in quality. For those who know how to choose: nice wine list. Only one drawback: the ravioli, with an excellent filling, were a little overcooked. 5 to the kitchen for this a little generous, but correct for the other dishes mentioned. Highly recommended. We'll be back.

21/01/2024: In the characteristic and historic "village" of Varallo, on the top of a hill from which you can admire the entire city, you unexpectedly come across Hostaria di Bricai. Friendliness and excellent service embrace the chef's exquisite proposal. Worth a detour if you happen to be passing through. It requires a stop if you are planning a trip. Let them tell you the story and you will appreciate even more your decision to refresh yourself in an almost magical place.

The willingness to welcome our 4-legged friends was definitely appreciated. The round table with windows is stunning. How to make people feel good. we will definitely return

08/12/2023: Siamo stati a cena in famiglia. Locale molto curato, la proprietaria e la cameriera gentilissime, servizio impeccabile, ogni piatto del menù è studiato nei minimi particolari. Ogni portata è un' esplosione di sapori in bocca! Complimenti allo chef! Da provare.

06/12/2023: I am an artist and have a painting week at la capuccina every year. WE LOVE IT THERE!!! Every single person there is super friendly and feels such like a family vibe. They try there absolute best in every way. Every day they decorate the table for the meal somewhere different. They think about something new. So every meal looks different and is a different vibe. The food is great, breakfast, lunch and dinner. So good. We love it. Nice pool area. Cleaning Service and in general the service is also great. Can't wait to come back next year!!

03/04/2024: I organized lunch for my birthday in this splendid place, we did the Bolgheri rock's tasting menu, a perfect tasting for an alternative and interactive lunch, as well as being excellent the food and wine was really a lot of fun and different from the usual tastings, super recommended, thanks for everything again

31/03/2024: They found us a table the evening before Easter lunch, which was impossible but the owner was magnificent. Prices a little higher than average but with a view like the one they have it's worth it. Really good food, impeccable service, very elegant, friendly and not at all intrusive. Score ten for the gin and tonic! We will definitely be back.

06/04/2024: Pleasant, good food but above all very attentive and kind waiters. Fair portions not abundant. All in all, the price is a little high compared to the overall price, having spent 43 euros each for two starters, 4 first courses, 4 desserts and 3 glasses of wine.

01/04/2024: Wonderful experience in this beautiful place. Very tasted dish from appetizer to the dessert. Risotto all’amarone is a must as the amazing millefoglie dessert. The place is behind the arena in the center of Verona. Very recommended!
