06/04/2025: I had a good time in this small place in Fano, renowned for the goodness of its meat. I took from the appetizer to the dessert as I always do to check out the places in every course, here my rating is high in general, the dishes are good and well-prepared, the quality/price ratio is balanced, the waiters are very good... it's a shame that we weren't there. I will return except in the winter period, given that it is not equipped with air conditioners or fans, and honestly we suffered a lot from the heat, even though the evenings are no longer so hot. Also for this reason I give an extra round of applause to the staff who put up with the heat was excellent despite the uniform and the running between the tables

12/04/2025: Este es otro establecimiento del que Parma puede estar orgulloso. Nos encantó todo - el ambiente de la terraza exterior, el menú, el servicio, y especialmente, la comida. Nuestro camarero recomendó un excelente vino local, que acompañó perfectamente nuestros platos. Tuvimos dos excelentes platos de pasta seguido de chuletas de cordero y filete de atún de exquisita calidad. El postre que elegimos fue fabuloso. ¡La alta cocina sí!
06/04/2025: Ottimo pranzo a base di pesce !!!! Tartare più qualche scampo e per me e per la mia socia per iniziare …. Proseguiamo con mezze maniche ai frutti di mare squisiti ed un sautè delizioso.
Olio siciliano dí accompagnamento delicato, e non invadente. Ne abbiamo portato a casa una piccola bottiglietta molto volentieri
Servizio buono, rapido e gentile
Carta dei vini ben fornita con buon rapporto qualità prezzo
Terre alte a 70-75 euro
Dolci per finire naturalmente buoni anche quelli :

25/03/2025: The food is excellent, with attention to detail and with interesting combinations. The service is professional, attentive but never intrusive.
The only note concerns the obligation to do a tasting tour for all diners in the case of bookings of more than 5 people: it may be a constraint for those who prefer to choose à la carte. That said, the experience was more than positive. Everything was delicious, we will gladly return!

16/04/2025: Unforgettable experience. When care, research, passion, sensitivity and dedication translate into a dish, that dish transmits unique emotions. I became a child again, lying in a meadow with a thread of sorrel in my mouth and under my grandmother's long dining table playing with the ancestral scent of hunting birds in my nose on the wood stove waiting for a chaotic and exhilarating dinner among hunters.
03/03/2025: Volevo mangiare qui da due anni. A parte MasterChef mi aveva intrigato assai la lettura di un libro della chef. Qui, se non sei della zona bisogna davvero volerci venire, ma l'esperienza vale il viaggio. Ogni piatto un sapore strano, un erbetta, un accostamento impensabile, ma provato e riprovato per trovare il giusto bilanciamento. Brigata giovanissima, sala molto rilassante, porcellane meravigliose. Vini in abbinamento che nel nostro caso erano tutti di territorio e molto buoni.

23/03/2025: We would like to thank the Chef and all the staff for the welcome, for the tasting path and for the fillet variant, which my father (allergic to amberjack) really liked. These gestures, so significant and not banal, often leave a mark more than the dishes themselves (all exceptional and full of passion).

15/03/2025: Pranzo con amici a La Parolina e ogni piatto è stato una sorpresa. Ingredienti eccellenti, tecnica raffinata e sapori che raccontano il territorio con eleganza. Il servizio è impeccabile: discreto ma attento, mai invadente.
Dalla prima portata al dessert, un crescendo di emozioni. Carta dei vini all’altezza. Uscire con la voglia di tornare è il segno di un grande ristorante.

07/04/2025: Location of great impact, inserted in a naturalistic environment in Volano. A farmhouse suspended between the waters is connected to the mainland by a wooden bridge. Everything acquires poetry with the slow rhythm of water. Large room with fireplace furnished in rural style, elegant table setting and subsequent plating. Welcoming, kind and attentive staff. We ate a welcome entrée with cod meatball on chickpea mousse with squid ink, accompanied by welcome bubbles, as an appetizer a warm seafood salad with steamed vegetables and a prawn skewer with a side of broccoli and wasabi sauce, as a second course a mixed fried fish and grilled sea bass with spinach. A good Vernaccia di San Gimignano from the Le Colombaie winery was our wine for the fish lunch. Crème brulèe in a cup offered with coffee. To finish, a nice moment in the sun in excellent company on the outdoor terrace. Beautiful day, lovely day!

It was an experience and a journey that was not only culinary but also emotionally exciting and engaging. Excellent use of local products and truly excellent choice of wine pairings. 13/04/2025: Dinner for a graduation party. Service as excellent as the dishes, intimate and elegant atmosphere, highly trained staff. Value for money more than fair. The owner, Massimo, whom I thank, was very helpful both during the choice of details and in the dining room itself. 5 stars deserved.

Ormai sono più di vent’anni che frequentiamo questo luogo e ogni volta veniamo colpiti dalla qualità e dalla gentilezza che ci accoglie. Dopo tanti anni questa location è diventata casa.
