04/10/2024: Vi hade en mycket trevlig kväll och avnjöt en smakmeny av kockens val.
Maten var mycket god och fint serverad. Fantastisk service (möjligen för att vi var i princip ensamma i restaurangen).
Kvällens höjdpunkt var vinerna och presentationen av en mycket kunnig sommelier.
02/10/2024: Besökte restaurangen i början av oktober 2024. Vi var de enda gästerna. Utmärkt service, riktigt duktig sommelier och bra mat. Vi åt en spännande avsmakningsmeny med vin.
Rekommenderas!!!

03/01/2025: I had dinner here with my boyfriend who to say everything was excellent from the food to the service feels like being in a starred restaurant. I highly recommend the lasagna alone that is worth the trip. Thanks again!
03/01/2025: Siamo andati in questo posto spinti dalla curiosità e dalla consapevolezza di essere accolti da un trionfo di gusto e professionalità e abbiamo ricevuto quanto di meglio fosse possibile.
Entri e sei coccolato dall'inizio alla fine da tutta la brigata .
Piero è magnifico nel farti sentire di casa e i piatti sono ottimi dai tortellini alla lasagna passando per la carne e finendo con i dolci.
Siamo stati.due sere di seguito perché ne valeva la pena.
Grazie Piero per averci dato quasi tutto te stesso.

16/11/2024: La Forchetta offre una buona scelta di cucina emiliana e mediterranea con un rapporto qualità quantità prezzo degno di nota. Il servizio è attento e cortese così come la carta dei vini attraversa la penisola con l’ottimo scelte. Da provare (prenotate il locale non è grande)!

19/01/2025: Dinner with friends. Much changed compared to past years where the head nurse was the unforgettable Mr. Pino; today we try very risky dishes (at our own risk we chose the trust me menu) without achieving the harmony of the past (probably even the protagonists in the kitchen have changed). On the other hand, the service was very bad: we ordered a bottle of wine and no one bothered to pour it or ask if we liked it unless we asked; morale among 4 people at the end of dinner we had half a bottle left over: unacceptable!
Honestly I have doubts about returning and for now I definitely wouldn't recommend it
03/01/2025: Abbiamo lasciato carta bianca per quanto riguarda il menù. Notevole l’aragosta col midollo di vitello. L’unica critica che potrei fare, precisando che tutti i piatti erano preparati con grande maestria e ottime materie prime, riguarda le consistenze troppo cremose/spumose dell’intero menù. Avrei preferito avere più “masticazione” durante il percorso, in ogni caso proverò una seconda volta le altre proposte, scegliendo altri piatti.
Ottimo il servizio, conto in linea e senza inganno.

05/01/2025: Beautiful experience. We were welcomed and looked after throughout the meal by extremely competent and kind staff.
The Chef's willingness to adapt the menu to our vegetable requests should be underlined. Each dish was curated and presented with evident love and passion.
We thank everyone for making our Sunday special, we will definitely see you again very soon :)

22/12/2024: I wanted to try the experience of this starred restaurant for the first time together with my boyfriend and I must say that it fully met our expectations. Let's start with the service, which is the business card of the place. Super professional and attentive to detail, but the most important thing and not to be taken for granted (especially in starred establishments) is to put guests at ease with adequate confidence but maintaining absolute professionalism. As for the food, we wanted to try the 8-course tasting menu with 4 matching glasses directly from them. There is little to say... everything was absolutely delicious, flavors and textures paired perfectly, both with each other and with the wines. Each course carefully explained. The perfect match was certainly between the room and the kitchen, which mixes perfectly with the warmth that the room transmits and the beauty of the view on the terrace. An experience that I highly recommend, we will certainly return.

31/12/2024: It is a special place in both summer and winter. The fried fish is perfect, the wine list very well put together. Too bad about the dessert, a chocolate ganache, which didn't excite me much. However, I always come back willingly.

If wine glasses are emptied they must be refilled, sometimes without request because those who come for lunch have no financial problems.
The food was such a mix of technique and flavors that we would have appreciated larger portions.
I would have eaten many more of the ravioli on the menu.
After all, you can see the passion in every moment and it's an honor to observe such profound tenacity in work and in cooking. Thank you. We'll be back.
25/10/2024: Un final perfecto para nuestro tiempo en Noci. Un lugar íntimo con mucho carácter. La comida era increíble! ¡Desde la hermosa presentación hasta los maravillosos estallidos de sabor que golpean tu boca cuando comienzas a comer! Tuvimos el menú de 6 platos Simple Tasting con maridajes de vinos, además de los diversos Amuse - Bouche, pre-desierto y petit fours. Nuestra camarera era encantadora, y el chef nos presentó cada plato explicando el concepto y los ingredientes. Este es un toque realmente encantador. Recomendamos Fe a cualquiera que quiera probar comida maravillosa a un precio muy razonable. Gracias Francesco por una noche fabulosa.

07/01/2025: Parto innanzitutto dal servizio, che sempre più spesso è o amichevole ma scadente, o preciso ma freddo.
In questo locale il servizio è preciso e puntuale, ed anche amichevole e cortese. Una rarità, ci si sente davvero a proprio agio.
Un’ampia scelta di vini, di qualità; in una tavolata di 10 persone io ho preferito pasteggiare con un gin tonic e si sono subito resi disponibili ad accontentarmi.
Menù…difficile in effetti scegliere perché sono tutti piatti davvero interessanti.
Tutti i commensali hanno apprezzato ogni portata, ma mi concentro su quanto da me gustato.
Io sono un’amante del pesce crudo e non ho potuto fare altrimenti, ma sono riusciti comunque a sorprendermi con una proposta di crudi molto ampia, pesce fresco e davvero di qualità.
Risotto scampi e tartufo: irrinunciabile.
Ai dolci beh, io mi sono fidata del consiglio del proprietario, Massimo, e ha veramente incontrato il mio gusto con la torta al limone. Anche qui, devo ammettere, è davvero difficile riuscire a sceglierne solamente uno.
Arriviamo al conto: qualità/prezzo davvero corretto. Ci aggiungo che le portate non sono assolutamente scarse, e questo lo rende a maggior ragione un totale veramente onesto.
Concludo: anche il contorno vuole la sua parte. Il locale è ampio, elegante, sevizio piatti e bicchieri veramente adeguati alla location. Personalmente non ho potuto fare a meno di complimentarmi anche per questo e per il servizio di posate.
Sicuramente tornerò e consiglio a tutti di provare questa meravigliosa atmosfera.
