23/08/2025: This might be the best dinner of my Italy trip, so far! The lasagne is 7 layers of pure perfection! I can’t even describe it. I’ve never tasted anything like it. Started off the meal with a whipped potato and Parmigiano Reggiano flan, and veal tongue with tuna sauce and caper flowers. Then came the lasagne. It literally was so good that it made me tingle all over! Finished the meal with something that kinda resembled a Carmel flan, but moister and softer, and a ball of whipped mascarpone with burnt caramel sauce. Definitely a 5 star meal! 🤤😋

21/10/2025: Michelin star for a reason. The food was delicious and had a super interesting mix of flavours and textures. We had our 3 year old with us and the restaurant staff were wonderful at accommodating her. Wonderful to meet the chef as well.

31/10/2025: First time thanks to a tasting gift. Refined atmosphere, with staff who immediately put you at ease as if you were a loyal customer. The dishes were a wonderful surprise, a mix of flavors and colors presented with skill and passion by the young staff. And last but not least, seeing Chef Elli personally take orders and interact with all the customers. Thanks to the entire team for the experience my wife and I shared; we discovered a "CANTUCCIO" where we can escape and unwind every now and then.

26/10/2025: Relaxing atmosphere and good food based on fresh ingredients and simple preparation. The service is also very good. I recommend the fried calamari, which is also a specialty of the restaurant. The poached egg with truffle is a must! It's always a wonderful dining experience, eating here!

22/10/2025: I was invited to La Parolina for a birthday in November 2022, and it was a truly unique and pleasant experience. Despite a few flies fluttering around the restaurant (perhaps a detail that could be improved, given its reputation), the rest of the evening truly lived up to expectations. Being a Michelin-starred restaurant, the attention to detail is immediately noticeable: even a chair to rest my bag on, a touch I greatly appreciated. Even though the restaurant is located in a beautiful panoramic area, we ate inside, thanks to the season. The experience was truly unique: we were the only customers that evening, and each course was served and explained to us with great care by the waiter. What particularly struck me was their attentiveness: they noticed that a course I didn't like and, without me saying anything, promptly replaced it. A truly professional gesture. The portions, as expected from a Michelin-starred restaurant, were small, but well-balanced and rich in flavor. After the 10 courses, I left feeling pleasantly full. One last note (perhaps trivial, but important to me): the bread was truly excellent: soft, fragrant, and of a quality worthy of mention.

14/08/2025: An unforgettable dinner! I thoroughly enjoyed the grilled eel, cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor, as well as the pasta dish with white fish ragù, delicate and delicious. The service was impeccable, with friendly and attentive staff, and a welcoming atmosphere where you immediately felt at ease. A restaurant that truly deserves the highest rating: I'll definitely be back!

14/08/2025: We tried the tasting menu, and each dish was thoughtfully prepared and flavorfully balanced. The pairing wines were excellent and complemented the menu perfectly. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was more than pleasant: an experience well worth trying and sure to leave you wanting more.

At Ristorante Fè, every dish is pure emotion: first it captivates the eyes, then it explodes on the palate with the quality of the raw materials that speak for themselves. But what struck me most was the chef: young, authentic, humble. In his eyes, I saw true passion, the kind that comes from someone who deeply loves their work. Each dish tells a story, an idea, a piece of their soul. It's not just any place. It's one of those places you return to because it stays with you. And I will return, without a doubt.

03/09/2025: Talk about an experience! And every time, it's truly a journey of taste, ancient and renewed flavors, unexpected and sublime combinations. At Fè, you immediately sense the passion that chef Francesco Laera pours into his dishes as he personally presents them to you—so much passion, but without presumption. An absolute perfectionist, he tolerates nothing less than excellence, and that's exactly what you'll find when you sit down at his restaurant. The atmosphere is refined, minimalist, yet warm, and as with the menu, there's a perfect balance between the past represented by the Trulli and the modern and elegant interior, all complemented by Eufenia's warm welcome.
