03/12/2025: I had the opportunity to go there alone. Perhaps I was a little out of place, but the waiter was super friendly and helpful. We chatted, and he recommended a lot. The food was excellent, and the view was spectacular.

29/11/2025: A Classic Modern Vintage restaurant in the north of the city. Elegant, functional, and welcoming furnishings. Tables are well-spaced and beautifully set. Professional, classic, and impeccable service. Traditional Emilian menu, featuring top-quality ingredients. Generous and beautifully presented dishes. Comprehensive and varied wine list. Prices are moderately high.

30/11/2025: Excellent cuisine at a fair price

22/11/2025: A restaurant with excellent value. Appetizers cost around €10 and are excellent. We tried the empanadas and fritto misto, the fried fish was truly excellent. First courses cost no more than €15. Ravioli with exceptional homemade pasta, thick and not overcooked. The kangaroo fillet is delicious (perhaps the plating could have been improved). The wagyu tartare is impeccable (I could have eaten it by the kilo). I'm sure it surprised me considering how much we ate. Definitely recommended. At least on Saturdays they have a double shift. The first one ends at 10 PM. Also because the location isn't huge. But that's okay.

20/11/2025: Beautifully located near the cathedral in the old town. If the weather is nice, be sure to reserve a table on the terrace. Good food, friendly service, a pleasant evening.

21/10/2025: Michelin star for a reason. The food was delicious and had a super interesting mix of flavours and textures. We had our 3 year old with us and the restaurant staff were wonderful at accommodating her. Wonderful to meet the chef as well.

09/12/2025: I'd like to start by saying that it was definitely an unforgettable experience for me. The simple yet elegant venue, the very polite and competent staff, and the pleasure of meeting the chef who welcomed us. At one point during the dinner, I was moved by the taste of the "chestnut cream with browned lobster and caper powder." I can't find the words to describe this experience, which I highly recommend to anyone looking for an unexpected tasting experience and, if desired, a lovely gift.

16/11/2025: I purchased the Tuscia e Relax package, which included an overnight stay in the B&B adjacent to the restaurant and breakfast in my room. The entire experience was flawless. The cuisine is undoubtedly distinguished by its technique, refinement, quality of ingredients, and creativity. The service was attentive, friendly, and very thoughtful. The room and breakfast were truly a treat. We will definitely be back!

14/08/2025: An unforgettable dinner! I thoroughly enjoyed the grilled eel, cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor, as well as the pasta dish with white fish ragù, delicate and delicious. The service was impeccable, with friendly and attentive staff, and a welcoming atmosphere where you immediately felt at ease. A restaurant that truly deserves the highest rating: I'll definitely be back!

14/08/2025: We tried the tasting menu, and each dish was thoughtfully prepared and flavorfully balanced. The pairing wines were excellent and complemented the menu perfectly. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was more than pleasant: an experience well worth trying and sure to leave you wanting more.

18/11/2025: A lovely place where we were comfortable, warm, and with relaxing music. I enjoyed almost everything, from the fish to the excellent, truly excellent tomato symphony, except for the parmigiana. The portions were perhaps not suitable for people with a good appetite, the meat was excellent with an excellent sauce (so much so that I even asked for more bread 😅), but it was served almost cold. I expected a slightly wider selection of wines by the glass, perhaps having Coravin (or similar) available for pouring. The desserts were unique, although perhaps I was expecting something more. The French pastry at the end was exceptional. Top-notch service and ambiance. 4 full stars.

At Ristorante Fè, every dish is pure emotion: first it captivates the eyes, then it explodes on the palate with the quality of the raw materials that speak for themselves. But what struck me most was the chef: young, authentic, humble. In his eyes, I saw true passion, the kind that comes from someone who deeply loves their work. Each dish tells a story, an idea, a piece of their soul. It's not just any place. It's one of those places you return to because it stays with you. And I will return, without a doubt.

26/04/2025: Amazing and unexpected location immersed in the greenery of a local town called Valloria. Massimo and his staff create an atmosphere which, thanks to the furnishings combined with good food, ensures a 5-star experience. Compliments.

18/04/2025: Hostaria il Cavallo per chi come noi la conosce è da sempre una garanzia, un posto che mi sento di consigliare agli amanti di pesce che vogliono assaporare piatti classici rivisitati dalla creatività dell'Oste Massimo e della madre. Situato in un paesino nelle campagne lombarde a ridosso del fiume Po, qui potrete godere della tranquillità e del fascino di una realtà ancora immutata dal tempo e di una conviviale atmosfera fra gli abitanti del paese di cui l'Hostaria è il fiore all'occhiello. Se siete inoltre amanti dei cavalli come l'Oste, potrete visitare il maneggio situato a pochi passi per godervi a pieno l'atmosfera rurale del posto. Piatto forte? Senza dubbio il risotto gambero rosso e tartufo, un piatto che solitamente mette d'accordo anche i più scettici, ma il mio preferito rimane l'antipasto di mare caldo (foto in allegato) piccoli assaggi di esplosioni di sapori che vorresti non finissero mai. Le regine della festa sono le cozze ripiene che lasciano il desiderio di farne indigestione. Che dire? : È consigliabile agli amanti di pesce di farvi tappa, non ve ne pentirete.
