04/08/2026: They say people make the difference... and here it's truly true!! Welcome professionally yet informally, just as you would welcome friends, the service is attentive and never intrusive. The food? Spectacular appetizers, caramelized onion tart, and sublime parmesan flan. Should we talk about the lasagna? 7 layers of pure delight 😋 Then the main courses... tender and flavorful Bolognese cutlet, and the "dairy cow" (I hope I remember the name correctly... I was too focused on savoring the dishes), a real discovery. Finally, we couldn't miss the latte in piedi and the zuppa inglese. When they say that dessert is worth the whole dinner... amazing. But the sweet note of the whole dinner was the pleasant company of all the staff. They make you feel at home, like a dinner among friends, with conversations that are never intrusive but surprisingly fun and interesting. Will we return? ABSOLUTELY YES

04/08/2026: Is there anyone capable of leaving a negative review for this gem? Excellent service, top-notch food quality, elegant atmosphere... Congratulations to all the restaurant staff who make you feel right at home. Let's move on to the dishes: Lasagna, touching... Needless to say... Tongue with salsa verde and mayonnaise, butter... I'd say the value/price ratio is in line with the dishes offered, from €60 to €70 per person, but worth every penny!! Obviously, booking well in advance is highly recommended as there aren't many places and demand is high. A must-visit for anyone in Bologna!

03/05/2026: Passing through Fano, we were drawn in by the menu and the positive reviews. Expectations were far exceeded. We ordered five courses, all spectacular from appetizer to dessert. The menu wasn't predictable. We wanted to try everything. We're from Rimini and will travel miles just to return. Small, intimate place, zero chaos. The owners and waiters are top-notch, they work with a smile and you can sense the serenity. The price is more than fair. There are rare places like this... truly excellent, congratulations. See you soon!!

05/08/2026: Restaurant located on a quiet street in the historic center of Parma. Pleasant terrace. Original cuisine of excellent quality. Deliciously prepared pasta, excellent risotto, and beautiful seafood; octopus in particular. A fine wine list. Very friendly, attentive, and attentive service, in Italian, English, or French.

31/07/2026: Excellent restaurant near Parma Cathedral, offering sophisticated dishes made with quality ingredients. I visited for work.

21/05/2026: The dinner was exceptional, good ambient, the wine sommelier gave us good recommendations Staff was lovely. But the young lady who translate all the time to us, she was the star of the night, always smiling and so friendly, always finding the way to make out night easy and great. She is WONDERFUL

03/05/2026: The experience was truly impeccable. Everything was incredibly fresh and meticulously prepared. The pairings were sophisticated yet perfectly balanced, enhancing each dish without ever being overwhelming. Special praise goes to the owner, who was extremely affable, professional, and knowledgeable: he guided us throughout the dinner with attention and expertise, making the service even more enjoyable. A restaurant that combines quality, hospitality, and customer care. We'll definitely be back!

05/05/2026: L'Argine a Vencò, Antonia Klugmann and Vittoria Klugmann. An experience built on a powerful thought, evident in every dish. There's a sincere and intimate intensity that gently touches the palate, almost on tiptoe. There's a before and an after.

The food was absolutely outstanding – each dish thoughtfully crafted, visually elegant, and perfectly balanced in flavor. The quality of the ingredients and the creativity in presentation are evident in every bite. The service is on par with the finest restaurants – professional, attentive yet unobtrusive, making you feel genuinely valued as a guest. We have dined at many Michelin-starred restaurants, yet this one truly stands out and remains memorable, thanks to the perfect harmony of cuisine, ambiance, and overall experience. 25/01/2026: An unforgettable gastronomic experience – La Parolina is pure magic! Exciting cuisine, impeccable service, and a breathtaking location: *La Parolina* is much more than a restaurant; it's a sensory journey through flavors, aromas, and creativity. Each dish is meticulously crafted, using excellent local ingredients reinterpreted with elegance and technique. The tasting menu is a crescendo of surprises, balance, and authentic passion. The staff is knowledgeable, attentive, and present, yet never intrusive. The dining room exudes warmth and refinement, with a view that makes the experience even more memorable. A well-deserved Michelin star, but after this dinner, it's at least three. Kudos to Iside and her team!

23/01/2026: This evening we tried the tasting menu: the quality of every course was excellent, and the service was impeccable. The price was more than fair considering the quantity and deliciousness of the food. We'll be back.

01/05/2026: Dining at Maison Delfino is always a wonderful experience; it's like being at home, with superb dishes that showcase Chef Pino's creativity and skill, in a warm and welcoming atmosphere created by Luigi. We've known them for over 20 years, and every time we leave, we want to return soon.

25/04/2026: I've eaten at this restaurant several times, and after a year, unfortunately, it's gone downhill. Long waits: 30 minutes after our arrival, we finally managed to get two of the four menus, after calling the waiter (the waitress informed us they were all booked - in my humble opinion, I'd recommend printing out the appropriate number of menus). Moving on, the lobster rice was overcooked, and only the pureed lobster shell was present. It was certainly tasty, but if you're asking me to pay €20, at least, I expect to actually find it on my plate. I was disappointed and don't think I'll ever return.
