At Ristorante San Marco in Canelli, we ate divinely: traditional Piedmontese dishes executed with mastery, balance, and a touch of true passion. Each course was a tribute to the region, meticulously prepared, rich in authentic and captivating flavors. Mariuccia welcomed us with rare warmth and professionalism: she personally came to the table and explained the dishes with enthusiasm and expertise, making us feel truly special. In the kitchen, Mariuccia is a true master: her love for tradition is evident in every bite. A place you'll gladly return to, and where you feel at home. 03/06/2025: Definitely a magical atmosphere in this wonderful restaurant that accompanies the senses of its guests at 360 degrees. Breathtaking view with large windows that allow you to admire the coast in all its beauty in a room that hosts few seats to make each guest feel at the center of their experience. The staff is really courteous, the host (a young 24 year old boy) is really kind and very competent, as are all the rest of the dining room staff. The price of the tasting menus is really excellent in relation to the quality and variety of the dishes. We opted for the fish tasting menu recommended by the staff. We were in the restaurant from 9.30 pm until late midnight, what can I say, it was difficult to leave. Excellent choice regarding the wine list, as well as the desserts. I highly recommend taking some time in this wonderful restaurant if you are in the area. The only negative note for me was the presence of wasabi in two dishes (one in the appetizer, the other in the dessert) a combination that I did not appreciate simply because I do not like the taste of wasabi, however I appreciated the boldness that demonstrates the creativity, study and refinement that in fact are behind each course) Good guys

15/08/2025: Puatt8 simple, but well-prepared, with delicate and very original flavors. We tried the gourmet menu and it was worth it. Recommended!

14/08/2025: We tried the Summer 25 gourmet menu, which offered the opportunity to sample the entire menu, from appetizer to dessert, including a bottle of wine, for €80 per person. It was a pleasant experience. The evening began with four small appetizers: a shrimp in filo pastry, a goat cheese and spider crab tartlet, an octopus, potato, and smoked scamorza bonbon (perhaps the scamorza made it a little salty), and a non-alcoholic watermelon aperitif (the latter should have been served a little cooler). The second appetizer (snapper tartare) and pizza-flavored risotto were spectacular. I was less impressed with the second course, which consisted of king prawns with julienned vegetables. To round out the meal, dessert and small pastries were served. To drink, a very good Greganico Dorato. Overall, a very positive experience.

14/08/2025: We had lunch. The entree immediately revealed a great balance of flavors. Everything was beautifully plated. A wonderful experience. I'll be back.

07/08/2025: G è stata una sorpresa sono uscito dall'autostrada per andare 8n questo ristorante Ne è valsa la pena. il servizio è eccezionale tutti i particolari del menu sono di Altissimo livello dal pane al amousebouche ai dolcetti col caffe. ho preso un tagliolino coi funghi eccezionali sia per cottura sia per sapore mia moglie ha preso una tartar bencondita . hanno una cantina molto fornita i prezzi sono in linea con la qualità del cibo. Abbiamo preso un tagliolino ai funghi tartar di di fassona una verdura grigliata e dei fiori di zucca fritti eccezionali il tutto compreso caffè dolce amousebouche 101 € Complimenti allo chef ed al servizio

07/03/2025: Arrivati a Noli in fuga da una coda autostradale, abbiamo colto l' occasione di provare Ricchebuono, il ristorante del Vescovado, approfittando dell' offerta del menù di pranzo, che si è rivelata eccellente per qualità e prezzo. Gli ascensori verso il ristorante sono suggestivi, il palazzo vescovile offre comode e riservate salette, arredate con tavoli di design e ceramiche. Servizio discreto ed efficiente. Il menù si apre con una sequenza di pre antipasti sorprendenti per gusto, presentazione e territorialità, accompagnati da ottimi pane, focaccia e olio. Seguono due piatti, gnocchetti delicatissimi con bottarga, poi filetti di triglia, sempre guarniti da salse eleganti. Infine un dolce, limone meringa e gelato alla maggiorana e piccola pasticceria. Ampia carta dei vini anche a bicchiere, con attenzione ai produttori locali. Decisamente una bella esperienza.

05/05/2025: Già sotto l'Arco è un ristorante di altissimo livello, e lo è da sempre, con Teresa chef e Teodosio in sala, padroni di casa formidabili, una cucina di territorio nel miglior significato del termine, sempre aggiornata e semplicemente, BUONA! Un ristorante che mostra la Puglia al suo meglio, ed una scelta obbligata per chi viene in regione
