12/05/2026: I had dinner with my family to celebrate a birthday. I hadn't eaten so well in a long time. I had the gnocchi with two truffles and the braised veal cheek. The gnocchi melted in my mouth, and the truffle flavor was lingering but not overpowering, while the cheek was incredibly tender and delicious. They were kind enough to accommodate my request, even though they weren't available. Exceptional service, spectacular cuisine! We'll definitely be back.

16/05/2026: A wonderful experience at Il Saraceno restaurant. The quality of the ingredients and the skill of the chef are obviously exceptional. Friendly service. Elegant and quiet location. Very varied wine list. We opted for the à la carte menu; the raw ham platter was very generous and of the highest quality. A welcome drink from the kitchen and a small pastry were offered at the end of the dinner. Highly recommended; we'll be back.

All this with a tax invoice.

04/06/2026: I've only tried the restaurant, a dinner with my family: it was a truly excellent experience, a refined setting, very carefully prepared dishes, and excellent value (the dishes are carefully prepared with more than adequate portions). We dined outside on a weekday evening in early June. The service was excellent, and the outdoor space, like the indoor one, is meticulously designed.

01/06/2026: The location is beautiful, in the truest sense of the word: it's not just about aesthetics, but about the atmosphere, a place with character that immediately puts you at ease. The staff is simply exceptional. Genuine kindness, not the mechanical, scripted one... you can tell that everyone knows exactly what they're doing and does it with pleasure. Then there are the dishes. As a food enthusiast, I can say that the food here is truly good: respected ingredients, distinct flavors, generous portions without falling into excess. The kind of cuisine that satisfies without weighing you down and leaves you wanting to come back for more. A place to discover

03/06/2026: We only had lunch. All the dishes were delicious, not to mention the sabayon for dessert, which was absolutely divine.

06/06/2026: We had the pleasure of visiting this wonderful restaurant in Limone twice – and each time we were greeted by incredibly friendly and attentive service. Even without a reservation, we were always warmly welcomed. The pizzas are a highlight: absolutely delicious, especially the truffle and mortadella varieties. A particularly special touch was the homemade garlic and pepperoni oil, which complemented the pizza perfectly. The tiramisu and espresso were also first-class; the espresso was served with lovingly made homemade cookies, and delicious, freshly baked bread was offered as a light snack. We highly recommend the refreshing Limoncello Spritz, and not forgetting the breathtaking view over Limone, which makes the visit truly special. All in all, we would return anytime and wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant. Thank you so much for the wonderful time and the excellent service!

09/07/2026: In the charming town of Martina Franca, we stumbled upon a true hidden gem. From start to finish, the meal felt like a genuine culinary experience. My family and I are big food lovers, and we were blown away by both the quality of the dishes and the incredible value for the price. Every plate was thoughtfully prepared, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. Without a doubt, one of the best meals we’ve had during our trip. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting or staying in the area!

19/06/2026: We celebrated two birthdays at this beautiful restaurant. We were more than satisfied. The dishes were refined and delicious, the service excellent, attentive, and discreet. The small, welcoming atmosphere is quiet, allowing for conversation with everyone at the table. We will definitely be back.

09/07/2026: Very interesting, very good. Two menus you know nothing about, but don't be afraid of. Strong, interesting, and even unexpected flavors, all truly delicious. Because of this, it can happen that some dishes aren't 100% perfect, but by admitting the quality of the execution, you can appreciate 90% of them. Perfect wine pairing. Very kind, super attentive, young, and dynamic staff, from the reservation to the end. When we mentioned a birthday, they arranged a very ingenious and appreciated surprise for the birthday boy! Everyone smiles and stops to chat about the dish or in general, smiling and leaving a perfect impression of the dinner, which in our opinion is the real highlight of the experience. Very interesting atmosphere. Tables are well-spaced and the room is perfectly quiet. Beautiful lighting, ingenious tablecloth, and lighting. I couldn't help but notice that some tables aren't quite as conveniently positioned, but you can ask the staff for a different table if you're not entirely satisfied with the one assigned to you, so that's a no-brainer. The music is low, fitting for the atmosphere. Not much to say about the bill; it's very clear about the food, but less so about the drinks. Perhaps a wine menu would be interesting, but as for the price, there are no strange surprises. (About €15-20 a glass, but exquisite wines). The icing on the cake: looking into the kitchen, you notice a truly youthful and harmonious atmosphere. The fact that these dishes are prepared by a very young generation (all of them, not just one or two, they were all young) highlights a significant investment in chefs who have already come a long way and will continue to do so. Truly a commendable experience. A wonderful experience, therefore, and worth repeating to try the other menu, or even try the one I've already had. Some dishes in particular made me feel like I'm experiencing something new. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and Praise.
