26/08/2024: I rarely take the time to share an experience but here I can't help myself. Warm family restaurant, divine cuisine and high quality wines, all at reasonable prices. A kitchen in the image of the owners, a moment out of time. Thanks to San Marco for this fabulous dinner which will remain forever engraved in our memory. Y&G. Nice, France

25/08/2024: This is an exceptional restaurant. The kitchen is now run by the next generation and the son/young chef cooks exquisit Italian piemontese food. The parents are still working in the restaurant and support wherever they can. We have been traveling with the whole family including many small children and the service team has always been very helpful and extremely friendly. I can recommend this spot to every food lover

26/08/2024: I went there for my birthday and it was a real gift for me and for those who accompanied me. A lot of care in the dishes and in the service. Impeccable wine list and Michelin star quality-price ratio. Oops, it has this too!

25/08/2024: Nestled in the Apennines, Amerigo combines the quality and craftsmanship of a starred restaurant with the authenticity and warmth of an Emilian tavern. Attractive à la carte menu Good choice of wines. Authentic flavors obtained from excellent quality raw materials. A mention of the above average quality/price ratio.

23/08/2024: I went for Christmas dinner with colleagues. The restaurant is really nice and the waitresses very helpful. I had the lamb chops which were fantastic.

11/08/2024: A restaurant that aspires to a star and has all the cards on the table to be able to obtain it: pleasantly warm and sincere welcome, excellent service, interesting and good dishes, price in line with the aspirations of recognition from someone who certainly knows more than me.

06/08/2024: Superb food with such warm service!! Don’t be fooled by the restaurant’s unassuming exterior and location as the dishes served here are truly top notch! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit after doing some hiking in the area (highly recommend this itinerary). Looking forward to visiting again! :)

15/08/2024: I spent a wonderful evening in the restaurant with my best friend. The ambience is incredibly beautiful and romantic. With a view of the lake, we enjoyed our wine and had an excellent meal. The menu is varied and for those who don't want to be particularly fancy there is also pizza. We chose the dishes that can be seen in the pictures. The service is very friendly, welcomed us wonderfully and fulfilled all of our wishes!

14/08/2024: Finally noticed! And it was really worth it! (08/10/2024) Reservation for 6 people - I strongly recommend at least in the high season - worked perfectly and I dare to say that we had the best table on the very tastefully furnished and Mediterranean-looking panoramic terrace with a beautiful lake view. The small accessories and the ambience are also very nicely coordinated. The tables are beautifully set. Only the very narrow and completely transparent plexiglass chairs look cool, but they start to “stick” after a while when it’s warm. (Ladies with very short skirts beware!) The large staff is attentive, very personable, well trained and seems well-coordinated as a team and in a good mood. Italian, German, English - no problem. You're not pushy, but for me it's almost a bit too relaxed in your approach. But they respond immediately to signs or speech. Later, you can also have a longer, relaxed chat with the responsible service person - you're welcome to take your time. The menu isn't huge (which I personally don't like anyway), it has traditional Italian cuisine but also international dishes on the menu. A successful mix. Our starters such as sea bass tartare, beef tartare, burrata with ham, tuna teriaki, ... were all very tasty, with fresh ingredients and, above all, very tasty. I wasn't really expecting pizza as a main course at this restaurant. But respect, it is really delicious, fluffy and light, again with lots of very fresh ingredients, nice variations. Hard to top. My sea bream fillet as “Catch of the Day” was also great. However, the sea bream appeared a little “naked”. A few more ingredients or vegetables certainly wouldn't have hurt. But the best were the ravioli with shrimp filling. A real pleasure, not just visually! Our various desserts were also all to our satisfaction. The cocktails beforehand were good and, in our opinion, really “value for money”. The wine list is also not a thick compendium and offers a good selection of wines, mostly good quality wines from the wider region (which has a lot to offer anyway) - a nice selection without being high-end or expensive. Our white wine should have been a little colder. The wine was then cooled. From our point of view, a successful, relaxed and culinary evening in a beautiful ambience. Certainly not the cheapest restaurant in Limone, but one with a real feel-good factor, a great atmosphere and really good cuisine. Certainly one of the best options in Limone and the surrounding area. We'll be back!

13/08/2024: We had dinner with 3 people, one of whom only had a second course and the other two had a tasting menu of 4 dishes (starter, first course, second course, dessert). The tasting was non-existent, we asked for a fish-based one and we were presented with a first and second course with the same type of fish. The first was three ravioli, one of which had a large bone and was therefore inedible. The waiter apologized and firmly said that it would certainly never happen again... the second arrives and once again in a piece of fish there is an even more important bone than the first. …. We waited about half an hour for each course of dish (if not more) and we left the restaurant having spent €321 which became €300 for the bone of the first course we found and the courses were so small that we left with hungrier than when we entered…. The only positive thing: the environment! Oh I forgot €12 a glass of wine..

13/08/2024: Elegant restaurant, impeccable service from the dining room staff and the selection of dishes proposed by the chef was a symphony of flavours. Absolutely recommended to everyone.

10/08/2024: Leave without any expectations and let yourself be carried away by the mastery of the chefs. Immerse yourself in a timeless location and be pampered by the attentions of a wonderful staff. You may initially feel like a fish out of water but I'm sure you will arrive at the last course with tears in your eyes of happiness. You will go back to going crazy with joy like children who, with their innocence, are able to be amazed by the little things, because years of perfecting preparation techniques and hard work in the composition of every single course tasted have a completely different flavor if seen with eyes of a child's disbelief. It was a wonderful trip. Thank you very much for making it special.

27/08/2024: Do NOT MISS this place if you are anywhere on the Amalfi coast. The staff and the food are absolutely incredible. We ate here two nights in a row during our honeymoon stay in Praiano, and Luna was such a doll. She remembered us, conversed with us, and exceeded all of our expectations. The first night we ordered mojitos and she picked fresh mint from their garden. The second night my husband wanted a spicy pizza but I wanted fresh tomatoes, so they modified our recipe & left us a sweet note + dough hearts to celebrate the end of our honeymoon. They are amazing & the prices are unbeatable!!

25/08/2024: My wife and I recently had an excellent meal at La Strada. The food was great, as was the service. We had a lovely view from the terrace, although there was a heavy rain storm whilst we were eating. The staff quickly pulled the covers down, so we stayed dry but could still look out across the sea. We have eaten in 9 different restaurants so far across our Italian holiday and this was our favourite meal.
