19/12/2025: A very pleasant experience. We had the anarchic tasting menu. The dishes were interesting and tasty. Service was quite quick despite there being quite a few people. The only flaw was the service at the end, where we waited a bit too long between dessert and dessert. All in all, it was a very pleasant evening. I'll definitely be back. Oh, and they were also incredibly flexible. I had booked for 8:30 PM, we arrived well in advance, and yet we didn't have to wait. A bonus!

23/11/2025: Terranova del Pollino is a unique place. We've been coming here for about 30 years to admire the wonders of the Pollino National Park. But Terranova is a perfect match for Federico and his Luna Rossa restaurant. Their unique restaurant offers cuisine based on appetizers and ancient recipes revisited by the chef's expert hand. Don't miss the "Cosciotto della sposa" (Bride's Leg).

03/01/2026: The experience, now spanning several years, was repeated in 2025. This year, too, there were no mistakes, everything was perfect! A fairytale location, The food and wine were top-notch. It must be said. A big family has now formed. We meet year after year with the same people. Stefano, with his majestic presence, wanders among the tables, making the dinner even more enjoyable. In short, a truly unique experience worth repeating every year. Ten Ten is the number for this end of the year 2024. In fact, for ten years, and I mean ten, we've traveled over 300 km to spend December 31st in this wonderful place, with the aim of delighting our palates with the delicacies of chef Stefano Rufo. There are ten courses listed on the menu. This place deserves a ten-star rating: 10 for the food, 10 for the service, 10 for the hospitality, 10 for the punctuality, 10 for the entertainment provided by the "Odd Couple," and 10 for the family atmosphere that's created every time. In short, a ten in all. This year too, we enjoyed the expertly paired dishes with excellent wines chosen for each course. At midnight, each table received its own bottle of sparkling wine to uncork together. In short, an excellent way to combine fun and excellent cuisine. All that remains is to say thank you to those who, sacrificing their own holidays, make their work a source of entertainment for others. See you next year, Chef Rufo.

17/11/2025: What can I say? No breakfast before 8 am, even on Monday mornings, and if you want eggs, it's not until 9 am… The rooms are very poorly soundproofed; you can hear everything that's going on in the hallways, etc. The hotel is outdated… I won't be going back.

16/12/2025: I saw an ad online and liked the photos. Being in Asti for work, we went there for lunch. Reservations were easy with an automated system. The welcome was excellent, and the atmosphere was lovely and warm. It's a shame there were no tablecloths, which is our preference. But it's understandable and doesn't affect our rating because the tables are very clean. The service was impeccable, and the dishes were beautiful and, above all, delicious. The price was reasonable for the quality. The location is a bit out of the way, but worth it. Recommended to everyone.

It almost goes without saying that the quality of the food is exceptional, both in terms of the ingredients and the way it's cooked and presented. An exclusive place to find moments of serenity and recharging. Highly recommended.

21/12/2025: In a setting surrounded by greenery, we were greeted and looked after throughout the meal by truly excellent service. The food is fresh and the chef is extremely knowledgeable, and the menu, despite its simplicity, is captivating. The beef tartare appetizer, along with the wine selection, is highly recommended. Marco is a meticulous and truly passionate chef. An experience to repeat.

04/10/2025: Great location, even greater host. Thank you Stefano for a wonderful time! We highly recommend this fattoria! The view is breathtaking. Our apartment was comfortable and had everthing we needed. Our highlight was the delicious happy hour with cheese/proschiutto platter served at a terrace where you can confortably sip local wine while watching one of the most amazing sunsets we've ever seen. The property is beautiful and very well taken care of. We really hope we go back one day!

30/06/2025: Viajamos alrededor de la Toscana durante dos semanas e hicimos una parada en Villa Bordoni, que alberga un buen restaurante. Tuvimos la oportunidad de probar las delicias del chef, como pulpo, guiso de jabalí, mejillas de ternera y la cereza del pastel fue una espléndida Bistecca a la Fiorentina. Probamos la Bistecca en 4 lugares diferentes alrededor de la Toscana, todos estaban sabrosos, pero este fue el mejor de todos. El servicio también es muy bueno, mientras que el lugar es maravilloso!

24/10/2025: What an incredible dinner! Every dish at Mattacchione was a little surprise - creative, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. You can feel the passion behind each plate, from the seafood dishes to the amazing desserts that looked (and tasted) like art. The team is super kind and professional, and they make you feel completely at home even in such a refined setting. The tasting menu was a real journey through Sardinia in a modern, elegant way. The wine pairing was excellent too, the Venas “Abal’Apà” matched perfectly with the food. Definitely one of the best dining experiences in Olbia. Highly recommended if you love food that’s both creative and made with heart.
