23/02/2024: Cucina ricercata in ambiente giovane e accogliente. Particolare e molto buono il Ramen il valnerina, cosi' come il flan di ricotta e pere. Come secondi di pesce una delicata Tartare di gamberi e la cotoletta di tonno con una panatura molto leggera. Per concludere anche i dolci, la cheesecake pretzel e il dolce nocciola hanno saputo conquistarci. Apprezzata molto l' uscita in sala del cuoco che passando tra i tavoli, ha ringraziato e chiesto se era andato tutto bene. Consigliato. Laura e Lorenzo ( Milano)

31/03/2024: Everything was excellent, a rustic place, a fun and welcoming chef, in short it can be defined as a crazy culinary experience.

04/03/2024: Destiny, or perhaps the distant past brought us here; after having unknowingly denied to Federico (who I hope reads this review) a certain acquaintance with some Ferrara people of Calabrian origins (Oriolo) and residents in Bari, my girlfriend and I, despite having disturbed them at 5 in the afternoon, were pleasantly surprised both by the hospitality and the incredible menu proposed by the Chef. A very tasty and surprising discovery of Lucanian cuisine accompanied by Federico's historical and family stories. I recommend anyone who ventures to the Pollino to make a short stop in Terranova di Pollino to discover, in addition to the Luna Rossa restaurant, a romantic balcony overlooking the Pollino mountains. Ps: After telling my father this story, I now know that he too was there a few years ago and that my grandfather Clemente knew the chef and the place. A big hug to Federico... look at how the world is so big but also extremely small

03/04/2024: Everything delicious, a warm and welcoming environment. A must stop at Vigezzina when you are in Ossola

26/03/2024: I was disappointed with the Trattoria Vigezzina today. They offer a daily midday lunch menu, but today's was pretty mediocre compared to what was on offer à la carte. Usually with these restaurants, if the midday menu offering is good, then I will be happy to spend more money and visit the restaurant in the evening, when only the à la carte menu is available. But I have no incentive to do so at the Vigezzina. With the presence of the Atelier at the Hotel Eurossola and other decent restaurants in Domodossola which have decent lunchtime menu offers, I see no need to visit the Vigezzina in the future. Service was not particularly good either. If there are so many diners and the servers are run off their feet, then Vigezzina needs to hire more serving staff. Lastly it was impossible to pay with any credit card because no payment device was functioning. How can this be in a Michelin recommended restaurant, with so many visitors?

04/04/2024: Locanda Belvedere, a beautiful restaurant and b&b up in the mountains of Rocchetta al Volturno welcomed our tired selves and our bikes even though the season hadn’t started yet. The accommodation was satisfactory but what really shined was our dinner and breakfast. Dinner was exceptional with a knowledgable staff and wine pairing. We woke to an Italian breakfast with very fresh food. Highly recommend.

03/04/2024: We spent Easter Monday at the inn, I had never been there before. Several friends had spoken well of it and recommended it to me. Intrigued, I decided to book and I was really satisfied. Quiet place, family environment, professional staff and top cuisine. A special thanks to Stefano who immediately made himself available to us, satisfying our every request. I will definitely come back.

13/11/2023: We had lunch there and with the white truffle menu. The food was delicious. amazing. Chef was super nice. The environment is cozy and comfortable. The egg dish was so good. It’s the best egg I have ever had It’s the highlight of our trip. Sunset was beautiful.

01/04/2024: Surprising fusion between Piedmontese and oriental cuisine... Truly compliments to the cuisine which delighted us from aperitif to dessert! Very kind and knowledgeable staff, who put us at ease and pampered us from start to finish!

30/03/2024: What a wonderful gem, we immediately felt welcome and, above all, enjoyed the incomparably courteous service. From the aperitif to the coffee, it's great and the food is the finest; and above all at a very reasonable price-performance ratio. Also a top tip for tourists like us in beautiful Trento ☺️

13/03/2024: What a fantastic experience! I recently went to Il Mattacchione and it was a fantastic experience! The culinary "journey" proposals are different, complete and dedicated to everyone (they can be mixed with the a la carte choice if you don't want to just follow a menu). An experience to have if you want something new and fresh compared to the classic restaurant proposals. Thanks to Rossella, her dining room assistant (whose name I apologize for but I don't know) and Chef Giuseppe because they were perfect in everything. Definitely an experience worth repeating!
