16/02/2026: Excellent restaurant with refined, high-quality cuisine. Small and intimate, it's best suited to couples or adult groups. For me, the only drawback is that it's very central and difficult to find parking nearby.

25/01/2026: We went last night as a couple. Very friendly staff. Unique dishes with bold yet well-balanced flavors. The Valnerina ramen was truly excellent. My girlfriend, who is celiac, was able to eat almost everything, including the first course. We chose the à la carte menu, which I recommend because the prices aren't high for the quality offered; on the contrary, I would recommend increasing the prices of the dishes given the quality, the combinations, and the service provided. Congratulations to everyone. We will definitely be back.

06/04/2026: Today's lunch was a wonderful journey through history, tradition, and beauty...you have the constant feeling that what comes next will only be better. The classic place where those who work in this profession like me appreciate the time, the stories, and the passion Federico puts into his dishes. It's not a mountain restaurant, nor the typical menu you'd find at a farmhouse; it's simply a unique experience worth trying again and again!! I want to say a few words about the attention paid to children: they arrived at 1:00, the orecchiette were served at 1:10, the main course at 1:37, and the wait for the kids was zero! I travel a lot with my friends, and I assure you, it's not for everyone!!

11/05/2026: Amazing. These two guys, a year after my last visit, aren't giving up, in fact they're getting better. Superlative ingredients, and I'm truly critical of them. Chef Carlo is always up to date, never stagnant, and with a truly respectable menu. Michela, a great hostess, certainly knows how to pamper her customers. Calling it a trattoria is an understatement, especially with such a renowned and accessible wine list. And then there's Tam, the restaurant's main attraction. Go visit them, it's worth it, and I'm telling you this as someone who travels 150 km to go there.

09/05/2026: This is my first time back at Vigezzina since the change of management, and I wasn't disappointed. The food was excellent, the service was excellent, and the desserts were truly delicious.

18/04/2026: We'd been to Stefano's before, and it was a pleasant stop again. The staff were attentive, and the food was delicious. We'll definitely be back.

14/05/2026: Everything about it is great - food (might be best tartare i ever had), service and atmosphere. Big thanks to our waiter today who, besides impeccable and pertectly timed service, took the time to tell us about the history of the place.

15/05/2026: I tried their fried pizza with tomato and burrata cheese, with the addition of local pancetta. It was a cloud, with a light, tasty dough that wasn't greasy at all. I highly recommend it.

13/05/2026: If you want to eat a pizza that's different from the usual, you have to go to Petrocchino. They offer fried pizza with a variety of preparations and delicious ingredients you've never seen before. The fried pizza with buffalo mozzarella is especially sublime!!!

It almost goes without saying that the quality of the food is exceptional, both in terms of the ingredients and the way it's cooked and presented. An exclusive place to find moments of serenity and recharging. Highly recommended.

24/10/2025: What an incredible dinner! Every dish at Mattacchione was a little surprise - creative, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. You can feel the passion behind each plate, from the seafood dishes to the amazing desserts that looked (and tasted) like art. The team is super kind and professional, and they make you feel completely at home even in such a refined setting. The tasting menu was a real journey through Sardinia in a modern, elegant way. The wine pairing was excellent too, the Venas “Abal’Apà” matched perfectly with the food. Definitely one of the best dining experiences in Olbia. Highly recommended if you love food that’s both creative and made with heart.
