24/08/2025: We went last night as a couple. Very friendly staff. Unique dishes with bold yet well-balanced flavors. The Valnerina ramen was truly excellent. My girlfriend, who is celiac, was able to eat almost everything, including the first course. We chose the à la carte menu, which I recommend because the prices aren't high for the quality offered; on the contrary, I would recommend increasing the prices of the dishes given the quality, the combinations, and the service provided. Congratulations to everyone. We will definitely be back.

02/09/2025: Even though I was there many years ago, I still remember the aromas and flavors of this magnificent restaurant. Chef Valicenti deserves the stars of the firmament, especially because he is so deeply connected to his wonderful territory. Truly fantastic.

27/08/2025: It is located on a main road recognizable by a renovated building and Michelin guide plaques, managed by very young people with a great desire to make themselves, excellent risotto with prunet reduction (Nebbiolo) and sea bream carpaccio typical of the area, overall a positive experience

14/09/2025: I stumbled upon this location by chance, with friends on a motorcycle ride, and I have to say it's a fantastic, quiet place with friendly, helpful, and welcoming staff. During our stay, we had the opportunity to meet Stefano, the owner and chef, who is very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. It's like being in a family environment. I highly recommend it.
27/08/2025: Inn surrounded by greenery, very beautiful location, 5 minutes by car from the lake, normal rooms but very small, very good food but the portions are small, however I give a nice 6.5 final rating, the breakfast lady was very polite and kind.

13/06/2025: Perché au sommet d'une des nombreuses collines de la région on y jouit d'une vue exceptionnelle sur le vignoble. Les chambres sont coquettes et confortables dans un style un peu suranné. Ambiance feutrée. Le restaurant est une pure merveille. La cuisine du chef Gallo est d'un raffinement rare tout en gardant le respect du terroir local. Les vins du domaine familial Boroli accompagnent à ravir ces plats. Tout cela à des prix raisonnables et en tout cas pour un rapport qualité/prix de haut niveau.

02/09/2025: This is my second time here, and I'll definitely be back for a third. The quality of the food is evident from the amuse bouche. We sampled several dishes from the à la carte menu, and each was carefully crafted and presented, both in the plating and in the explanations given by the wait staff. We found the service welcoming, professional, and delicious. The criticisms I've read about the prices seem unfounded to me; quality comes at a price, as does the work that goes into each course. If I want to spend little and eat mediocre food, there are plenty of other places to go. This place is for a culinary experience, and we certainly didn't leave hungry; quite the opposite. Special thanks to the staff: knowledgeable, attentive, and impeccable. The wine list is highly regarded, with some unusual offerings. In short, a real gem in Asti.
01/09/2025: Truly excellent! Second time we've been there, we've discovered various dishes, all elegantly prepared and with excellent combinations. The wait staff is knowledgeable and friendly. We opted for the Cavallo Scosso tasting menu! The soft and crunchy rabbit was the highlight, and this triple chocolate dessert was out of this world! The welcome mousse bouche was delicious... my favorite will always be the cherry tomato!!!!!! So much stuff!! Congratulations again!

24/08/2025: Dinner for a special occasion in this historic location in the heart of the city. An intimate space with limited seating, soft lighting, and background music, making it perfect for a lovely evening. The food is just the way I like it: a few dishes, expertly prepared with fresh, quality ingredients. The service is excellent; Franco makes you feel at ease. Outdoor seating is also available, as are off-the-menu dishes, depending on the season. The bill is excellent. Best regards, Gabriele Mazzola.

14/08/2025: A creative pizzeria that successfully combines experimentation with attention to quality ingredients. Each item on the menu is clearly the result of research, featuring original and surprising combinations. Among the highlights, in my opinion, are the light and tasty fried pizza and the "L'ha sospesa" pizza, a unique experience definitely worth trying. The staff is courteous and attentive, and the ambiance, meticulously designed, contributes to making the evening even more enjoyable.
14/08/2025: The pizzas are delicious! You can sense the thought behind the different doughs. The best of all? "L'ha spaccata" (The Smashed One)—unexpected, meaning the chef's creativity. The desserts are also very good.

08/06/2025: A corner of magic in the Biella hills We are now on our fourth visit to Castello di Montecavallo, and each time it is an unforgettable experience. We chose to celebrate my birthday here and, as always, everything was perfect. The castle is a magical place, cared for down to the smallest details and managed with passion. Martina is an extraordinary hostess: she welcomes you with a smile and tells the story and the work behind each glass with contagious passion. The wine, needless to say, is simply incredible — each tasting is a journey through authentic aromas and flavors. This time we wanted to complete the experience by sleeping a night in the B&B inside the estate. The rooms are large, elegantly furnished and perfectly in tune with the beauty of the place. The view of the greenery is picture-postcard, everything is kept with a care that can be felt everywhere. In the morning we were greeted by a dream breakfast, prepared by Erica, who with sweetness and attention makes you start the day with a smile and many delights. In summary? A place of the soul, where you can always return. Highly recommended.

15/07/2025: A renowned restaurant, I expected the cuisine to be much more refined in taste and flavor. Overall, a good lunch. The highlight is definitely the wines, undoubtedly top-quality. The location is lovely, quite well-maintained, and the view is stunning.

19/07/2025: I can only speak based on the breakfast buffet. There were too many options for sweets and not enough savoury, but a tasty selection nevertheless. They have good cheeses, cold cuts and that apricot jam was just like the one my nonna used to make. There are the same choices every day so it can get boring after a couple of days. The staff was wonderful and very attentive. The views are incredible!

30/06/2025: Viajamos alrededor de la Toscana durante dos semanas e hicimos una parada en Villa Bordoni, que alberga un buen restaurante. Tuvimos la oportunidad de probar las delicias del chef, como pulpo, guiso de jabalí, mejillas de ternera y la cereza del pastel fue una espléndida Bistecca a la Fiorentina. Probamos la Bistecca en 4 lugares diferentes alrededor de la Toscana, todos estaban sabrosos, pero este fue el mejor de todos. El servicio también es muy bueno, mientras que el lugar es maravilloso!
13/05/2025: Disfrutamos de nuestros desayunos y cenas en El Giardingo. El personal era excelente también. Lapa (espero haber escrito bien su nombre) y el hombre durante el desayuno y el almuerzo (ojalá pudiera recordar su nombre) fueron especialmente sobresalientes. La bistecca Allá florentino que compartimos fue increíble. Gracias por hacer nuestra estancia tan agradable!

30/08/2025: I went with my partner and we chose the 8-course Rurale tasting menu. The dinner was sublime, the service impeccable, and the passion of the chef and the restaurant staff was evident in every course. We also really appreciated the attention to detail and customer service. This will be a regular stop every time we come to Sardinia. Truly, congratulations!
28/08/2025: An excellent setting to sample Chef Giuseppe's delicious creations, accompanied by the gracious and knowledgeable maître d' Rossella. You simply must visit Mattacchione at least once to experience unique and unexpected pairings. Each visit is a new discovery of unexpected flavors. And each visit confirms the previous experience!
