12/09/2025: We tried several dishes, and I must say we were satisfied with all of them.
Especially the tagliatelle with hare ragù and white chocolate, and the gnocchi with beetroot, honey, lavender, and Taleggio cheese.
The pork ribs were incredibly tender, but in my opinion, they should have used a little less BBQ sauce (it overpowers the flavor too much).

03/10/2025: A very positive experience. Delicious, local cuisine, especially the risotto with fresh mushrooms, truly excellent. The young staff were very friendly and attentive. Many compliments!
01/10/2025: Food was so wonderful! We ordered a special steak (37€ each minimum2person) I can say it's a great one in my life, beef was very soft and tasty! Just a little bit things made me disappointed... The salt bottle was broken.. they should change if compare with the price we paid, The kids plate was dirty like never clean... they should check or control more. But anyway was great restaurant to recommend

Stefano masterfully enhances the flavors of Molise and transforms them into incredible culinary creations. A fresh, modern interpretation that elevates the simplicity of local products to another level.
A corner of Molise that, through Stefano's talent, becomes art.
Highly recommended!!!

13/06/2025: Perché au sommet d'une des nombreuses collines de la région on y jouit d'une vue exceptionnelle sur le vignoble. Les chambres sont coquettes et confortables dans un style un peu suranné. Ambiance feutrée.
Le restaurant est une pure merveille. La cuisine du chef Gallo est d'un raffinement rare tout en gardant le respect du terroir local. Les vins du domaine familial Boroli accompagnent à ravir ces plats. Tout cela à des prix raisonnables et en tout cas pour un rapport qualité/prix de haut niveau.

02/09/2025: This is my second time here, and I'll definitely be back for a third. The quality of the food is evident from the amuse bouche. We sampled several dishes from the à la carte menu, and each was carefully crafted and presented, both in the plating and in the explanations given by the wait staff. We found the service welcoming, professional, and delicious. The criticisms I've read about the prices seem unfounded to me; quality comes at a price, as does the work that goes into each course. If I want to spend little and eat mediocre food, there are plenty of other places to go. This place is for a culinary experience, and we certainly didn't leave hungry; quite the opposite. Special thanks to the staff: knowledgeable, attentive, and impeccable. The wine list is highly regarded, with some unusual offerings. In short, a real gem in Asti.
01/09/2025: Truly excellent! Second time we've been there, we've discovered various dishes, all elegantly prepared and with excellent combinations. The wait staff is knowledgeable and friendly. We opted for the Cavallo Scosso tasting menu! The soft and crunchy rabbit was the highlight, and this triple chocolate dessert was out of this world! The welcome mousse bouche was delicious... my favorite will always be the cherry tomato!!!!!! So much stuff!! Congratulations again!

27/09/2025: The place is tiny (hence cosy), so you need to make a reservation. And you should, as the food is great and the service perfect. If I lived here, I surely would be a regular.

14/09/2025: If you want to satisfy your craving for a really, really good pizza, go to Pedrocchino, it hasn't disappointed for years... and every year it gets better and better... it's highly recommended to book because they are always full.

We are now on our fourth visit to Castello di Montecavallo, and each time it is an unforgettable experience. We chose to celebrate my birthday here and, as always, everything was perfect.
The castle is a magical place, cared for down to the smallest details and managed with passion. Martina is an extraordinary hostess: she welcomes you with a smile and tells the story and the work behind each glass with contagious passion. The wine, needless to say, is simply incredible — each tasting is a journey through authentic aromas and flavors.
This time we wanted to complete the experience by sleeping a night in the B&B inside the estate. The rooms are large, elegantly furnished and perfectly in tune with the beauty of the place. The view of the greenery is picture-postcard, everything is kept with a care that can be felt everywhere.
In the morning we were greeted by a dream breakfast, prepared by Erica, who with sweetness and attention makes you start the day with a smile and many delights.
In summary? A place of the soul, where you can always return. Highly recommended.

15/07/2025: A renowned restaurant, I expected the cuisine to be much more refined in taste and flavor. Overall, a good lunch. The highlight is definitely the wines, undoubtedly top-quality.
The location is lovely, quite well-maintained, and the view is stunning.

The food was very good, and overall it was a wonderful experience, with a very refined atmosphere.
The quality/price ratio was very fair!

30/06/2025: Viajamos alrededor de la Toscana durante dos semanas e hicimos una parada en Villa Bordoni, que alberga un buen restaurante.
Tuvimos la oportunidad de probar las delicias del chef, como pulpo, guiso de jabalí, mejillas de ternera y la cereza del pastel fue una espléndida Bistecca a la Fiorentina.
Probamos la Bistecca en 4 lugares diferentes alrededor de la Toscana, todos estaban sabrosos, pero este fue el mejor de todos.
El servicio también es muy bueno, mientras que el lugar es maravilloso!
13/05/2025: Disfrutamos de nuestros desayunos y cenas en El Giardingo. El personal era excelente también. Lapa (espero haber escrito bien su nombre) y el hombre durante el desayuno y el almuerzo (ojalá pudiera recordar su nombre) fueron especialmente sobresalientes. La bistecca Allá florentino que compartimos fue increíble. Gracias por hacer nuestra estancia tan agradable!

19/09/2025: We had an excellent meal at this restaurant. Even though I don’t typically eat much seafood, I was pleased to find that the restaurant offers excellent vegetarian menu options alongside its seafood specialities. The atmosphere was fantastic and really added to the overall experience.
The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. We tried their special house cocktail, which was absolutely delicious! We opted for the “Coast to Coast” 4-course menu; every dish was flavorful and well-prepared.
The only thing to note is that the restaurant is located a bit outside the city centre - we paid around €30 for an Uber back to Olbia centre - but the quality of food and service made it completely worth the trip.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food, excellent service, and a memorable dining atmosphere!
