02/12/2025: One of the best pastry shops in the area. A bright, charming place with large windows and meticulous attention to detail. Very kind and friendly staff. Good coffee, delicious herbal teas, and the pastries are a delight. The only shame is the terrible service: after waiting a long time at the pastry counter for someone to serve you, waiting at the cash register to pay, waiting for your tray to be prepared, you end up having to carry it to your table yourself... unprofessional. The value for money is slightly above average.

07/10/2025: We ordered six pizzas. I understand that problems can arise with the Tuesday promotion (missing an ingredient), but hearing them rudely say that Tuesdays are like Saturdays for them doesn't really matter to me. If you can't handle orders on certain days, either organize yourself with more staff or don't run the promotion. I want to point out that the person who responded to me should consider taking a course in personal balance and, above all, respect for the customer. Good luck and never again.

28/08/2025: Terrible! Totally terrible! As soon as I ordered, it was ready in 2 minutes. The dragon clouds, even though I paid for them, were given to me soggy and stale. I had them taste them and they changed them. The sauces, also paid for, were given to me in smaller quantities. And the soy noodles I ordered were cold and with no meat. Purely terrible.

16/06/2025: Really really unpleasant staff with no care for customers. Burnt and unseasoned spring rolls. Shrimp in rice inedible and not even cleaned. As a second course we took shrimp with potatoes, we found a hair and immediately reported it to the waiter who replied "and what do we want to do", we asked to remake the dish and again we found hairs. No apology from the staff and no attention at all. Highly discouraged place, I hope it closes soon

Nulla da dire per la qualità degli ingredienti di ottimo livello ma il servizio lento, già dalla prenotazione quando invece delle ore 20 mi chiedono di arrivare alle 19.45 mah mai capitato ma la cosa folle è che per 2 spritz, 2 pizze , 2 birre e 2 dolci abbiamo speso 75 euro!!!! Follia pura!!!!

12/04/2025: Never again!!! Nothing to say about the excellent quality of the ingredients but the slow service, already when I booked when instead of 8 pm they asked me to arrive at 7:45 pm. Never happened before but the crazy thing is that for 2 spritzes, 2 pizzas, 2 beers and 2 desserts we spent 75 euros!!!! Pure madness!!!!

16/09/2025: I come to Bassano at least once a year, and this place is a regular. Unfortunately, this time the experience was extremely disappointing. I should start by saying that there was only one other table with two people besides us, who had already been served. The dissatisfaction stemmed from the waitress, who immediately proved to be rude and uninterested. After seating us without even bringing a menu (which I would have gladly consulted, since I only come here for their cocktails), she immediately asked us what we wanted to order. Having had no time to think about it or consult the menu, we opted for a (supposedly) simple and quick order: a Prosecco and an Aperol Spritz. After a long wait (truly inexplicable for a Prosecco and a Spritz, considering that in the past I've ordered more elaborate cocktails and they've always arrived much quicker), two Spritzes arrived, practically thrown on the table. I chose not to bother the waitress and instead opted for the Spritz instead of the Prosecco. Unfortunately, the quality was disappointing: the drink labeled "Aperol Spritz" was a sweetish concoction, completely devoid of any fizz, and far removed from what a classic Spritz should be, which I've been drinking in large quantities for years, even in the humblest bars, most ignorant of the rules of mixology. With a menu, I could at least have known in advance what to expect (perhaps your Aperol Spritz is an Aperol syrup in a chilled glass without Prosecco or soda? We'll never know). Much to my disappointment, we had to leave the drinks behind, as they were undrinkable. Finally, when it came to the bill (again, there was only one other table besides us and the rest of the place was completely empty), I had to wait a long time: the waitress, despite seeing me, preferred to continue chatting and laughing with the bartender, charging me without interrupting the conversation and barely saying hello. I've been a bartender for several years and know the industry well, which is why I always try to be understanding of my colleagues' work. I understand that there can be bad days, but here the concept of professionalism and hospitality was completely lacking. However, I also see from other reviews that the aforementioned waitress didn't just behave this way towards us. I'm disappointed because it affects the reputation of the establishment and, consequently, the rest of the staff as well.

06/12/2025: The order arrived almost an hour after placing the order, and it was even wrong. Don't go there. ZERO organization, like it was a huge McDonald's... Absurd wait times, not worthy of being called fast food. Zero stars, terrible.

06/12/2025: Ordered food at 2 PM and ate at 3 PM. The waitress was extremely rude and the noise from the extremely dirty kitchen was annoying. The waiters changed the garbage and then touched the food.

12/09/2025: I came here for ice cream, and as I was handing over my €3 change, it slipped through the crack between the window and the ice cream cooler, something I think has happened to other people before. I wasn't expecting my money back, but at least another scoop of ice cream. Instead, the person who served me immediately turned away, saying there was nothing he could do and the money was irrecoverable, leaving me with a €5 expense for a scoop of ice cream that wasn't even that great. Sometimes courtesy and kindness make the difference, which apparently doesn't exist here. One thing is for sure: I won't be returning to this bar again.

07/12/2025: First time getting pizza here. 27 euros for two pizzas (one salami with chips and one vegetable pizza with gluten-free ham). Undercooked and tasteless pizzas... absolutely not worth the expense.

01/11/2025: I ordered for the first time on Thursday evening over the phone and it was a real potato…maybe I'm wrong but I didn't think it would cost €8.50 but around €7 but apart from that the pizza had too much salt…I had some of his other people try it and they told me the same thing…

07/07/2025: Nice, well-kept place; with kind and trained female staff in the industrial area of ​​Schio, excellent for lunch break. The atmosphere is relaxing, the menus are varied, from 11 to 15 euros; and the service is fast, it is not necessary to book. I recommend the single dishes.

17/10/2025: Unfortunately, I have to leave a negative review. I've repeatedly noticed a smug and rude attitude toward customers who choose to pay by credit or debit card at this bakery, as if it were an inconvenience. In 2025, it seems absurd to me that we still have to discuss a completely normal payment method. It's a shame, because the products aren't bad, but the lack of courtesy and professionalism really puts me off returning.

25/09/2025: You plan a wedding and find a second family!!! A review isn't enough to express how grateful and thankful we are to Tecla and Fabio for guiding us with kindness and empathy in organizing our wedding and for making the most important day of our lives simply perfect! We initially chose Riva Ratta for its elegance and beautiful outdoor and indoor spaces, which allowed us to hold the ceremony and reception in any weather. The availability of the beautiful rooms was a plus, as I got ready right there in a fairytale setting that was extremely comfortable for a bride! At the rehearsal dinner, we were thrilled with the menu and the deliciousness of the dishes! Throughout the months of preparation, Tecla was always available for any clarifications or requests. We got married on September 13th, and that week the weather kept changing hour by hour, and I was in a complete panic. The day before, Tecla and I spent two hours together at the farmhouse, drawing up a super-detailed itinerary, anticipating any sudden weather changes. That day, we did, but it didn't impact the beauty of the day in the slightest because the entire staff was extremely well-prepared and on top of things! At Riva Ratta, we were always presented with solutions, not problems, so much so that both the photographer and some of our friends told us that the organization and timing were so perfect it was as if a wedding planner were behind it! The food during the reception and reception was excellent and plentiful, so much so that we started receiving compliments right from the aperitif, and almost two weeks later, we're still receiving enthusiastic messages about the location and the excellent food! Riva Ratta will always have a special place in our hearts, and we are infinitely grateful to have met Fabio and Tecla, because finding such helpful, compassionate, and empathetic people is a rarity!

02/07/2025: I don't understand all these complaints... 10 minutes late... oh god... they are honest the pizza is excellent... if you want it well cooked you say so... then sometimes it happened to me too that it wasn't cooked as I wanted... it can happen... I've been to all the pizzerias in Lonigo... at the moment I find it ok... let's trust them.
