15/11/2025: First and last time, avoid because there's only outdoor seating; inside, only high tables. The croissants aren't bad, but the service is poor and inconvenient. We met the possible owner and a younger woman (who was professional and kind).

26/09/2025: Friendly staff and good products. But the rudeness of the lady at the cash register is irritating to anyone.

01/05/2025: Menu’ vario, ma peccato che arrivando alle 1320 avevano terminato gran parte dei piatti in carta . Locale molto rumoroso e personale sbadato. Non bastano i sorrisi…

06/04/2025: Siamo stati al rifugio a inizio marzo 2025 con le nostre famiglie. L’ambiente è carino e caratteristico, le pietanze buone anche se il conto è medio-alto. Ciò che ci ha lasciati con l’amaro in bocca è stato l’atteggiamento del personale: mio marito ha chiesto di sedersi prima del pranzo con nostro figlio di 6 mesi per dargli la merenda perché fuori era molto freddo (ovviamente aveva ordinato qualcosa da mangiare) e gli è stato detto di no perché occupava un tavolo che sarebbe servito per il ristorante (erano le 11), successivamente durante il pranzo abbiamo chiesto la cortesia di scaldare la pappa del bimbo (1 minuto al microonde) e abbiamo atteso 20 minuti per questo servizio. Purtroppo è l’unico ristorante dell’area quindi è quasi inevitabile non andare, ad ogni modo ci aspettavamo maggior riguardo nei confronti dei bambini, trattandosi di una struttura all’interno di un’area frequentata prevalentemente da famiglie.

18/11/2025: We had lunch as a family, but since the restaurant was closed, we were offered to eat toast and tagliatelle at the bar. We paid €75, drinks included, for two toasts, one tagliatelle, two beers, and a spritz. It was outrageous and blatant robbery. I strongly advise you not to go there… an establishment to avoid. A disgrace to the people of Altopiano…

07/09/2025: Today we stopped for two coffees, sitting outside and occupying the table for a maximum of five minutes. €5.40 for two coffees. Disappointing, I definitely won't be returning, as if we were at Pedrocchi in Padua.

23/08/2025: We came here for brunch on a Saturday morning with around 20 people (with reservation!). The staff was friendly and brought us another chair when one was missing and the food was delicious too! We ordered pancakes, yogurt bowls and also normal dishes.

11/05/2025: There is no staff, very hard avocado. For two eggs and a toast from Aldi I paid 12 euros and waited 40 minutes...

20/05/2025: We drove 35 minutes to get there after seeing online that the shop was open, and when we arrived we found it closed.

13/05/2025: Please update the hours on Google Maps too, otherwise people will walk in and find it closed!!!

17/05/2025: 11-05-2025 Sunday morning passing by, we stop for breakfast. A place I had already tried. We take a latte macchiato and some brioches. Everything is good, very kind staff. The only thing that could be improved is the decor. We choose this place for Sunday breakfast. A place inside the shopping center, simple, very clean and with very kind staff. We order a latte macchiato (€1.70) and some brioches (€1.20). Everything is good for a pleasant moment. A place I recommend visiting.

25/09/2025: Poor quality and overly sweet desserts. Rude and impolite sales assistant. They'll never see me again!

30/08/2025: The food is average, the atmosphere is rather bland, but what struck me was the service when purchasing baskets: the sales assistant, while selling with us, started arguing with her colleague about who should do what and when, in a rather annoyed manner. The service definitely needs to be reviewed and improved.

03/12/2025: This afternoon I ordered a cappuccino and the kind barista poured a coffee already prepared in the machine into a cappuccino cup (these gestures are not done in front of the customer) added the milk and a broth came out. I tasted it and also left it, since I paid 2 euros I advise the barista with gloves to be more professional!!!

20/11/2025: Today at 6:10 PM we received two soy lattes and two pastries for €8.20, but the two soy lattes only came with half a cup of coffee. This is the only time we've received such small amounts today, and it's never happened before. So I'd like to report it. I hope it doesn't happen again.

10/10/2025: I asked for an extra dry Prosecco. 4 euros seems excessive to me. I'll buy a bottle soon.

26/09/2025: Today I had a coffee at this bar. Terrible service. The coffee tasted burnt, and the croissant tasted stale. When I asked to pay with Satispay, the barista made inappropriate and inappropriate comments. If you offer a service, you should do so without making rude comments.

05/04/2025: I'm putting one star because the system doesn't allow you not to put even one, otherwise the most correct review would be a 0. There are three of us and we order two coffees. The lady is obviously resentful that I didn't take anything, and when she brings us coffees she doesn't even respond to our "thank you". I ask to use the bathroom and the lady rudely informs me that I would have to pay 50 cents because I didn't use anything. I point out that in any case there was a consumption of the group, and I inform you that I also work in catering and have never heard of anything like this. Nothing to do, I couldn't use the toilet. The two coffees were paid €3.60 and were advanced because they were terrible. A failure on every front.

07/03/2025: Friday March 7, 25 at lunchtime. Espresso / extra class - almond biscuits or something similar / can be seen in the photo - just good - service lady nice and friendly - came here on the recommendation of local citizens - thank you to the 2 Alpini gentlemen - many thanks to the restaurant - everything is fine - 💁🇦🇹🙋 greet you - oops - using the toilet was no problem either - super clean ☀️🤝 . With the best will in the world, we can't understand the negative reviews - but: an 🇦🇹 Austrian proverb says: ** as you shout (call) into the forest - that's how the echo comes back - rules of etiquette have probably been forgotten.

27/11/2025: Terrible service and terrible, if not nonexistent, customer service. They literally steal your money. When you ask for a refund, you lose patience before you can even speak to anyone. Finally, you're supposed to be given a gas voucher (to spend at Tamoil, help!) that never arrives. A disgrace!

03/11/2025: They're shameful... Worst service here in Italy. They always waste money, don't give refunds, and I've even had their dirty or diluted gasoline ruin the tank.
