30/12/2025: It's a classic all you can eat..... Self-service where you get up and serve yourself..... Standard dishes.... there's a really wide choice.... Since it's a new restaurant I recommend booking.....

24/12/2025: I lived in Italy for many years. When I was here in Turin, I ate very often at their restaurant, hotel, and even held New Year's Eve parties. I felt very good. The food was good. They were very kind. Their children were still small. Then I left Italy and moved to Germany and I always came to eat there, but in recent years it has already become a joke. The children have grown up. The girl who served in the dining room has spilled food on the table many times. The last time she spilled food on my arms and legs and didn't even apologize. The food has always been horrible lately, and that's why, after me, if possible, I wouldn't even give them one star. The last time they spilled food on my legs, I swore I would never come to this restaurant again. And even if they give me free food, I won't go back. I'm sorry that a restaurant that was very nice at the beginning has managed to ruin it. And you can look at it many years ago, I gave them 5 stars, but we really deserved them back then.

20/08/2025: I go back because there's nothing else in Cesuna, and every time I find the owner exhausted, she's almost always angry and yells at everyone. Cardboard cannoli and burnt brioches complete the picture.

25/01/2026: We made a reservation for 10 people, and once we got there they told us that all the tables were occupied and that they didn't know when or if they would be freed up, so we had to change venue.

02/01/2026: Terrible service. Every time I come, there's a different person at the counter, and they're all kids, maybe not even adults. They don't pay attention to the customer; they're often messing around with their phones in their hands. I would have loved a coffee after the bruschetta, but no one came to clear our table or ask if we wanted anything else, and yet the place was empty. Not recommended.

18/08/2025: I ordered pizza for delivery. It arrived on time and was delicious, packed with ingredients. I recommend it to everyone. Excellent value for money.

16/11/2025: Deliveroo order and nothing arrives and it hasn't even opened even though the shop is closed, absurd never again

04/11/2025: Excellent location for being inside a hospital. Nice atmosphere, looks recently renovated, and excellent products. For a moment, it feels like you're not in a hospital.

25/01/2026: A truly enchanting place, especially for those visiting with children. For this very reason, it's even more unpleasant to be greeted by such rude management. The lady who welcomed us was unfriendly. Politeness and an understanding of what it means to run a business open to the public seem sadly lacking. Fortunately, nearby, there are plenty of places where you can eat very well and be greeted with a smile.

04/01/2026: Delicious, authentic food, all homemade, and the menu changes daily. We ordered five first courses, three second courses, half a liter of wine, water, and a Coke for €109.00. The owners were friendly. Reservations are highly recommended; the restaurant has four or five tables. We called, and even though it was busy, they served us around 1:40 PM as soon as a table became available. We'll definitely be back.

04/02/2026: It's absurd to come in early for a coffee and not be able to enjoy it in peace, because the staff had started listening to the Koran, Islamic chants, or whatever it was out loud, disrupting the customers' peace. It's shameful; a large company should be far from any religion, politics, or anything else.

03/02/2026: Sunday, February 1st, late afternoon. The worst hot chocolate in Veneto: dirty cocoa water 👎🤬 The girl justifies herself by saying it's their standard. We're doing well!

18/08/2025: This summer, I've come to the gelateria several times in the evening, around 9 or 10 PM, well before closing time. However, every time I've asked for a milkshake, I've been told it wasn't possible: sometimes because the machine had already been cleaned, other times because there was no milk. Honestly, I find this unprofessional. Equipment should be cleaned at closing time, not while there are still customers. Alternatively, it would be appropriate to clearly state that certain products aren't served after a certain time. The problem isn't just the milkshake itself, but the impression of a lack of professionalism and care for those who choose it. Being the only gelateria in Camisano shouldn't justify such behavior; on the contrary, it should encourage them to offer a more reliable and respectful service.

27/01/2026: They no longer offer table service; customers have to serve themselves. First you pay, then you wait for your food, then you find a table if it's free to eat. Where have we come from?

17/01/2026: If you're looking for courtesy and service, go elsewhere. At Bar Il Chiosco, the customer has to do everything: order, pay immediately (before even consuming!), and carry their tray to the table. You basically work for them. Five of us arrived: the pastry shop was desolately empty and no tables suitable for a group. When we tried to push two tables together to sit together, instead of helping us, a dark-haired waitress with light eyes rudely reprimanded us in front of the few people present, embarrassing us, saying that moving tables is prohibited. Moral: I pay first, I serve myself, and I can't even sit next to my friends. Absurd!
