27/01/2026: I want to write a truly heartfelt review. My son lost his wallet one night at a nightclub, and when I called today to try, I found the people on the other end extremely kind and helpful, who immediately told me they had found it with all the documents, papers, and everything intact. In a time when we often hear only negative things, it's wonderful to be able to share an example of honesty, professionalism, and great courtesy. Congratulations to the Villa Bonin staff for their professionalism and respect for their customers: that's not something you'll take for granted.

17/10/2025: Unfortunately, I have to leave a negative review. I've repeatedly noticed a smug and rude attitude toward customers who choose to pay by credit or debit card at this bakery, as if it were an inconvenience. In 2025, it seems absurd to me that we still have to discuss a completely normal payment method. It's a shame, because the products aren't bad, but the lack of courtesy and professionalism really puts me off returning.

29/12/2025: Last Saturday, my husband and I passed through Bassano del Grappa and stopped for lunch at this restaurant. There was no room inside; Mr. Giovanni kindly told us there was seating outside, and since it was a beautiful day and the mushrooms were warming us up, we sat down. I had a vegetable sandwich, and my husband had a bruschetta with porchetta and mushrooms...beautiful to look at and delicious to eat. We had a great time! Thank you!

28/12/2025: We had to wait half an hour to order our food (the girl said it would be 2 minutes, spoiler alert: it was 30 minutes). Plus, from ordering to actually receiving our food, 45 minutes passed!!! A total of over an hour of waiting (coming in at 12:40 PM to eat at 2:00 PM). I understand everything, but on a Sunday, with the place seemingly full, it's unthinkable to have so few staff.

09/02/2026: Terrible place. The elderly owner still serves coffee and breakfast with a shaky hand, so it's best to gloss over the quality of the food. The interior is also nicely decorated, but we're not entirely satisfied with many aspects, starting with the way the croissants are made: small and unappealing. The parking lot in front is narrow and quite inconvenient, although there are about ten spots.

12/01/2026: Unfortunately, I witnessed a scene that was better left unseen. We basically order, sit down, and wait. Shortly after, I see the waitress turn the corner of the counter and take a couple of drags on a cigarette (like an Iquos or whatever it's called), and in a split second she reappears from behind with my sandwich in hand. I've worked in the restaurant business all my life, and I'm not used to writing reviews, especially negative ones, because I understand the job and everything, but I think that in 2026, it's unacceptable for a person behind the counter to smoke a cigarette and then go serve customers... all under the eyes of the least fortunate. I'm sorry because the coffee was good, as were the pastries and sandwiches, but this really can't go unnoticed, and I hope that action is taken.

31/12/2025: An experience not to be repeated. I've never seen small pasta up to 6 pieces sold for 1.10, and if more than 6 pieces, they're sold by the kilo, where the price is increased by 25%. It's not because of the small price difference, but because of the lack of information provided to customers. And the cashier rudely said that's how it's done here.

28/12/2025: We stopped at this pastry shop by chance for a little sweet treat. The welcome was perfect, and we had no problem bringing our four-legged friend. The service was prompt and accurate. The products were delicious. If you're in the area, it's definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended.

26/10/2025: I went to this Ostaria with five other people. We weren't happy and won't be back. The location is very beautiful because it overlooks the river and you can see the Bassano Bridge, but we didn't like the service because the waitress was rude. We had five Spritzes, one Coke, and two charcuterie boards for €57, and the Spritzes weren't good either. We sat inside at tiny, uncomfortable tables. I don't recommend it.

22/09/2025: *Displayed hours not respected and rude staff* We arrived at this establishment on Sunday evening around 8:15 PM, attracted by the sign outside indicating closing at 10:00 PM. Unfortunately, the staff very rudely informed us that the establishment was already closed. When we pointed out that the posted hours stated otherwise, the response was abrupt and unprofessional, with the excuse that "we're short on waiters and we've locked the gate." Aside from the fact that we weren't able to use the service, the main problem is the disrespect and dishonesty of the information displayed. Not only did the establishment not respect the posted hours, but the staff didn't even apologize for the error, displaying a rude and annoyed attitude. A truly disappointing experience.

20/01/2026: It's a beautiful bar located in a lovely corner of Piazza dei Signori in front of the Basilica Palladiana. It's a shame the service isn't up to par.

19/01/2026: I took some of my English clients for dinner. The view was incredible, but it was a shame about the terrible service. The waiters were unprofessional with my client, who is an English businessman. My fillet was cold and tough, while my colleague next door's chicken was stringy and tough. A smile from the chef wouldn't hurt. What a shame.

09/12/2025: Cold place with exorbitant prices for mediocre food and small portions. Impossible to find parking.

29/11/2025: I ordered skewers and a bacon sandwich. The skewers were delicious, no problems, but I had a problem with the sandwich. The menu said it had bacon and raclette cheese, but there wasn't any cheese.

19/09/2025: Fast service, the pizza is very good, compliments for the dough ♥️

21/08/2025: Sunday, August 18th, 7:40 PM, I walk in to order takeout pizzas. A young man at the cash register, a woman checking the orders, two pizza chefs, and three delivery drivers. At 7:46 PM, I leave (after a sauna) without anyone paying attention to me. I understand the phone orders, I understand that you would have preferred to be at the beach, I don't tolerate rudeness, and I thank you for the little hearts. Adios.

29/12/2025: Not a great experience. I spent €5 for a crodino with a stain on it and they didn't bring me anything to eat. I had to ask and only got three chips. Never again!

30/11/2025: Little space during peak hours, nice place, very friendly staff

11/05/2025: I went to this restaurant for lunch today. Small and dated. VERY slow service. In 1.5 hours, we ate about 15 dishes, something that doesn't happen at other AYCE restaurants. I won't be returning; there's a lot of room for improvement.

06/05/2025: I've ordered both takeout and dine-in, and I'm very satisfied: Very friendly staff and delicious dishes: sushi, pasta dishes, grilled fish...all delicious! On some busy evenings, takeout meant we had to wait a little longer for our order, but that didn't affect the flavor of the dishes, which also stayed warm all the way home.

07/10/2025: We ordered six pizzas. I understand that problems can arise with the Tuesday promotion (missing an ingredient), but hearing them rudely say that Tuesdays are like Saturdays for them doesn't really matter to me. If you can't handle orders on certain days, either organize yourself with more staff or don't run the promotion. I want to point out that the person who responded to me should consider taking a course in personal balance and, above all, respect for the customer. Good luck and never again.

20/12/2025: We ordered a Neapolitan fritto misto and two pizzas with Neapolitan dough added. The pizzas were inedible, they tasted horrible; even the frozen pizzas are better. The Neapolitan dough costs +1.00 more... The "Neapolitan" fritto misto, for €13, consisted of 1 crab claw, two breaded mozzarella balls, two Ascoli olives, two pettole, and two onion rings, all typical Neapolitan fried food. 🤣 In short, there's nothing Naples about it. On the other hand, it feels like they're being taken for a ride... Never again.
