26/10/2025: I went to this Ostaria with five other people. We weren't happy and won't be back. The location is very beautiful because it overlooks the river and you can see the Bassano Bridge, but we didn't like the service because the waitress was rude. We had five Spritzes, one Coke, and two charcuterie boards for €57, and the Spritzes weren't good either. We sat inside at tiny, uncomfortable tables. I don't recommend it.

22/09/2025: *Displayed hours not respected and rude staff* We arrived at this establishment on Sunday evening around 8:15 PM, attracted by the sign outside indicating closing at 10:00 PM. Unfortunately, the staff very rudely informed us that the establishment was already closed. When we pointed out that the posted hours stated otherwise, the response was abrupt and unprofessional, with the excuse that "we're short on waiters and we've locked the gate." Aside from the fact that we weren't able to use the service, the main problem is the disrespect and dishonesty of the information displayed. Not only did the establishment not respect the posted hours, but the staff didn't even apologize for the error, displaying a rude and annoyed attitude. A truly disappointing experience.

17/12/2025: I was here this morning to pick up a package that the GLS courier had dropped off at this location. As soon as I entered, I greeted politely, but the male owner didn't return the greeting and looked at me contritely and askance, as if I were bothering him. To pick up the package, I then approached the woman directly, I presumed his wife, and without greeting her, she said "courier"... So I said "yes," and she, annoyed and rude, repeated "courier"!!! Only then did I understand she was asking me which courier I had requested the package be delivered with... perhaps, to avoid any misunderstandings, it would have been enough to simply say in correct Italian, "with which courier?" or "which courier?" Then she asked me for the QR code, which I immediately provided, and almost aggressively asked me to sign for receipt on my tablet. I picked up the package and left without saying goodbye, treating these people rudely too! If you work with the public and don't have a modicum of savoir faire and politeness with customers, in my opinion, you should change careers. You're the one who needs customers, not the customers who need you, just so we're clear! We all have our problems, to a greater or lesser extent, but these should be kept out of the workplace, and our own repressions and frustrations, as in this case, should be left out! I don't know what kept me from responding rudely and rudely to the lady, but if it happens again in the future, I certainly won't hesitate... if anyone is used to being treated like dirt by these people, well, sorry, but I'm not one of them!

19/01/2026: Kebab shop and pizzeria located on the outskirts of Vicenza. One of the worst kebab shops I've tried so far. Inside, there's a nauseating smell, a mix of rotten and burnt oil. The pizza doesn't taste bad, but it's small and the fries are dry. The kebab sandwich is decent. The problem is the prices. Pizza with fries is €8, pure madness!!! Charging like a gourmet pizzeria, when it's okay, it's decent but nothing special. The prices, in general, are very high for the quality offered. The icing on the cake is that there's no parking, so you have to go quite a ways away since there's no parking nearby. Terrible value for money!

27/08/2025: The kebab shop owner is being a bit sly. The prices are outrageous (a large pizza costs €17). It was a terrible experience and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. When I asked for a cigarette as a friend, he wanted to charge me 50 cents: ABSURD!!! I offered him 40 cents, but he wouldn't budge and kept me there for 20 minutes, smearing onto my sweatshirt and making me waste my precious time.

11/05/2025: I went to this restaurant for lunch today. Small and dated. VERY slow service. In 1.5 hours, we ate about 15 dishes, something that doesn't happen at other AYCE restaurants. I won't be returning; there's a lot of room for improvement.

06/05/2025: I've ordered both takeout and dine-in, and I'm very satisfied: Very friendly staff and delicious dishes: sushi, pasta dishes, grilled fish...all delicious! On some busy evenings, takeout meant we had to wait a little longer for our order, but that didn't affect the flavor of the dishes, which also stayed warm all the way home.
