Very friendly staff, excellent service, and delicious croissants!
31/08/2025: There were three of us, and next to us was another group of people who were clearly bothering other customers besides us with their smoke. A waitress who knew them started joking with them, then served us (it was all quite embarrassing).
When the food arrived, one of the three items we ordered wasn't what we asked for (but something more expensive), and after calmly pointing it out, she angrily replied that it was what we ordered. And at the cash register, the mix-up continued, both the waitress and a colleague.
Unfortunately, a trivial mistake ruined a moment of enjoyment for us. It's a shame, because the place is supposed to be in a nice area...

The staff is friendly and helpful; in fact, we'll be happy to return
the next time we stop
in Vicenza.
We also purchased two cakes: "La Palladiana" and "La Fregolotta"...excellent and well-loved, I highly recommend trying them!!

05/10/2025: I've been coming here for years, and it's now my go-to for this type of food and dishes, and I've tried the entire menu, so I highly recommend it.
Kudos to the entire staff; you're my favorites in the area!
Favorite meal: white rice + chicken with potatoes. It's very filling, super tasty, and very affordable. I sometimes pair it with spring rolls, too.
I recommend trying everything slowly, because their menu is truly amazing and they only offer excellent dishes.

27/01/2025: Perhaps the first time we have had a terrible time with the service: as soon as we arrive they can't find the reservation (made by telephone); the girl gets annoyed by practically everything; at 11.30pm they ask us to leave and close the door heavily. We're sorry, because we've always had a good time. Evidently they didn't select the staff well.

02/12/2025: It's increasingly dirty, indecent, from the floor to the tables. The outside is embarrassingly dirty, as is the inside. Either there's no cleaner, or the cleaners aren't very hygienic. You always have to wait a long time for the bar, and the staff seems annoyed by the customers (some employees, not all).
I've never seen a Mac in this condition.

The skewers were delicious, no problems, but I had a problem with the sandwich. The menu said it had bacon and raclette cheese, but there wasn't any cheese.

29/10/2025: I recommend being careful when you exit when presenting your card, which clearly states "one free drink" without specifying whether it's alcoholic or non-alcoholic. You get to the cashier and they rudely tell you that you've had one alcoholic drink and you have to pay for it because only one non-alcoholic drink is included, even though it's not stated anywhere. So if you're quite drunk, they won't even notice and will just rip you off. They tried this on us, and they ripped off four of our other friends. Be careful!!!

A beautiful place on the outside, quaint yet modern inside as well.
A varied menu: from appetizers to fresh desserts and hot chocolates.
We ordered the strudel with warm cream and were very satisfied. Both the strudel and the cream were generously portioned.
Prices are reasonable, considering it's practically in the center.
