29/09/2025: A lovely place just outside the hustle and bustle of the city center. Excellent for an aperitif and perfect for a lunch break. The menu is always changing and very imaginative, and everything is made fresh. A family-run business with extensive experience, always attentive to quality and personal relationships. 💪🏻👍

12/12/2025: After a few years of frequenting the pizzeria, I can say that the service is beyond poor. The waiters are distracted and disorganized. You have to be careful: if you order a dish or drink that isn't available, the waiter doesn't change your order but adds the change to the dish or drink. And in the end, you end up with something that wasn't on the menu on your bill. It's happened twice already. Be careful. The last time I went to the cashier, there was a gentleman complaining that an incorrect addition to his pizza had been added to his bill.

06/12/2025: Let's start with the assumption that I live three minutes from the pizzeria, and yet I had put a cross on this pizzeria. The pizzas are always raw and rubbery. Never press the fries because they are raw and soft. But despite all these reasons, today, after five months, I decided to try again, and they saw fit to bring me the pizza to TORRI DI ARCUGNANO. I called and they said they'd remake it, but when they delivered, they were cold and obviously rubbery, as always. Pizzeria FAILED

29/11/2025: One of the few pizzerias that hasn't inflated its prices unreasonably. Unfortunately, it's happened to me several times that I arrive early and the pizzas are already made. The point of a pizza at a pizzeria is to have it freshly made, not in a freezer that's been sitting there for who knows how long.

06/09/2025: You feel like you're at home, the food is good, they're friendly and fast, the menu is varied, and the prices are reasonable. Highly recommended. Every time I'm in the area, I make sure to stop by—they deserve it.

09/11/2025: We had bruschetta, a welcoming atmosphere, and good service. I was fooled by the excellent reviews of the pizzas, but the bruschetta was terrible, served on a very old piece of wood, supermarket-quality bread, and ingredients of poor quality and quantity... I spent little, but it was a waste of money. I hope the owners read my review, because the place deserves it.

12/09/2025: The food is good, the quality isn't the best, but that's okay. The buffet offers a wide selection. The atmosphere is very spacious, the prices are fair, and the service is excellent. The owner is very friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be back!

06/01/2026: We were passing through and stopped for a pizza, then looking at the menu we opted for a tagliata with side, and it was an excellent choice. The meat was delicious and tender. The side dishes were simple but delicious too. Very friendly staff and fast service. We'll be back!

19/12/2025: August... we tried a little bit of everything! Tasty dishes, often quite generous! The pizza they make for dinner is also very good. The wait staff is friendly and kept busy even with the packed house... with August 15th just around the corner :-)

25/09/2025: A café in the center of Vicenza, just before Corso Palladio. It's a welcoming and clean place. The cappuccino was very good, with perfectly frothed milk and a bubble-free foam. The croissants were also excellent. Friendly staff.

05/01/2026: Very rude main waiter. After waiting 40 minutes to ORDER and another 40 minutes to receive our food, we received a cheeseburger instead of a chickenburger. When we pointed out that the dish was wrong, the waiters, and especially the person we believe to be the owner, responded in a haughty and arrogant manner, saying he hadn't misunderstood and that we had ordered incorrectly, without apologizing and claiming to be right. After claiming that one of us had a "very bad" personality, he added that this girl needed a boyfriend, an inappropriate and completely unnecessary comment. To apologize, he offered us four coffees, although he didn't change the price of the sandwich, which was incorrect. In any case, once we got to the cash register, he doubled down by saying that we had made the mistake, to which we very politely replied that he had probably misheard. At this point, he, annoyed, replied, "Are you suggesting I can't do my job? That I don't know how to take orders?" Let's draw a veil over this statement, but especially over his behavior. Dear young man, keep calm and cool. Perhaps working with people isn't for you. Sometimes it's enough to apologize, or at least question yourself. You could have handled this very differently, but instead you chose to make this mistake...

02/01/2026: December 26th, after lunch, 3:00 a.m. I decide to offer my relatives and my partner a drink. Seeing how urgent it was for one of my adventurers to go to the bathroom, I rushed to ask if they were open. I pointed out that the place was deserted outside, and with the door open, only two people were visible at work. I looked out and asked the inevitable question: "Excuse me, are you open? May I?" The woman, looking almost disgusted, turned around and asked me, literally. “What do you think I'm doing here?” I'm taken aback, and explain that they might be closing time, and try to lighten the mood a bit. At which point the lady loosens up a bit. I ask her, given her tone, if she'd mind if I called people in. We sit down, and while we're choosing drinks, she comes to ask if we're ready. We don't even have time to exchange a look of agreement between the other diners before she turns around, annoyed, and leaves. A young man arrives. Zero training on the products they sell. But it's clearly not his fault. He goes back and forth between our table and the other room two or three times to match the order since they didn't have a selector for me, so I swap for a beer called Green Apple or something similar. We drink and leave. At the cashier, the lady holds the receipt until I pay, and only then do I see that the price of the beer was 7.50 for a 0.4, a grappa poli with about half the price. a little finger thick in the glass, another 7.50, an Aperol Spritz and a Fanta for a total of 22.50 euros. When I asked, the always "courteous lady" looked at me and said: "and yes, that's the price," at which I sneered and let slip how kind and courteous she was. Summary: I strongly advise against it unless you want to get ripped off. There are dozens of bars with a service thousands of times higher quality, with equally good products, if not better, for half the price, and without the biting sarcasm of a lady who was clearly frustrated doing her job on a holiday for the few (4 tables) customers present.

17/01/2026: A mix of modern with traditional decor. The place is cozy and welcoming. There are spacious tables with a tavern style. They have paninis, piadine, sandwiches, burgers and a good selection of sweet pastries. The service is friendly and nice.

07/01/2026: Historic place, recently renovated, excellent sandwiches and a wide selection, super tramezzini!!! The staff is all very kind and friendly!!! I RECOMMEND!
