20/02/2026: Terrible experience. We ordered four spritzes, and when we got the bill, he made up the price based on the four young men, even commenting, "They charge even more for spritzes in Padua anyway," as we were leaving the bar.

09/02/2026: In an osteria, you expect traditional, quality food with a fair price/quality ratio. Instead, the dishes were very poor quality and the bill was very high. The dumplings were just garlic, the stew with polenta was four small pieces of meat with a spoonful of polenta. Dessert was a mini slice of tart for €5.

17/01/2026: We had dinner and stayed overnight for a birthday party. What can I say? It's an oasis of peace, but not only that. The choice of quality ingredients and the professionalism of the chef allow for truly delicious dishes. The wine they produce is EXCELLENT!

22/11/2025: I attended a 50th birthday party: the food was excellent, plentiful and delicious, the service was always friendly and very helpful, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. It was an experience worth repeating.

26/02/2026: We had lunch here as a couple on Sunday, February 22nd. We were greeted by a truly kind and friendly gentleman. We waited a quarter of an hour for a table because the place was packed. The food was tasty and well presented. The staff were friendly. We'll gladly return.

29/12/2025: Last Saturday, my husband and I passed through Bassano del Grappa and stopped for lunch at this restaurant. There was no room inside; Mr. Giovanni kindly told us there was seating outside, and since it was a beautiful day and the mushrooms were warming us up, we sat down. I had a vegetable sandwich, and my husband had a bruschetta with porchetta and mushrooms...beautiful to look at and delicious to eat. We had a great time! Thank you!

04/03/2026: I went to Bar Ellen yesterday with other mothers, as we often do, but after this experience we've decided not to return. After having consumed our drinks at the table, the owner left the place and aggressively confronted us simply because our children had brought drinks from the supermarket next door. Instead of speaking politely, she asked us in an accusatory tone if we thought this was acceptable behavior and ordered the girls to go to the park with their things. The problem wasn't the request itself, but the total lack of respect, the rude and inappropriate way she treated us, as if we were there to disturb rather than regular customers who consume and bring in business. Such rude behavior completely ruins the atmosphere and puts us off returning. It's a shame, because a little kindness and common sense would have been enough.

02/11/2025: On Saturday, after a walk with family and friends, we stopped for lunch, and I must say we were pleasantly surprised. The lady who welcomed us was friendly and attentive, bringing everything to our table in good time. The view from the table was fabulous. The simple but well-kept and warm dining room, with a blazing fire, was just the thing for an autumn lunch. The food? Definitely worth trying. We had: - pasta with radicchio and sausage, really well-seasoned, well-cooked, and in quantities between the right and generous. - simple white pasta for the kids, who don't eat anything else, and they polished it off. - tagliata with vegetables and a bed of arugula, really well-cooked. - pork ribs, tender and flavorful. - venison stew with polenta, on a nice, full plate, well-seasoned, and truly delicious. - hot baked potatoes, crispy but soft on the inside. - coffee. We didn't have dessert because we were full, but we'll try next time. Parking and tranquility are both available in this place. We recommend it

11/09/2025: Good evening, I'm Michele. With a sports group of 13-year-old boys, we stayed at the facility for a soccer retreat. We were warmly welcomed by everyone, especially Fabio, the owner. The staff were professional, and the rooms were clean. The food was excellent and plentiful upon request, suitable for a sports-related diet. This facility is worth considering for a future trip.

16/02/2026: I took 2 takeaway menus and when I got home I noticed that the sandwiches were made with half hamburgers and frozen, speechless

15/02/2026: Fast food sandwiches and wraps with beef, chicken, and some veggie options. Wraps are less filling than they used to be. They often forget to give out more wipes. Drinks are scarce. The bathrooms have been quite clean lately. There are some deals available with the app.

04/01/2026: As I've read many other reviews, unfortunately, this is a place to avoid. The piadinas are stuffed with nothing! They're practically empty, meaning that for €7, €8, or €10 you're paying for an empty piadina. I've been to other locations of this chain, and it's absolutely not like this at the other restaurants. Whoever runs it obviously wants to close down soon.

01/01/2026: I went today with my daughter to try it, but I didn't like the service. The food wasn't bad, but very little for the price. Well, anyway, it's in the historic center and everything costs more there, but a little more vegetables and good service would be greatly appreciated.

04/12/2025: Good focaccia, but you can't request additional ingredients that would change the standard menu. A great idea is to give change via two machines connected to two cash registers, which saves the counter staff, who are constantly in contact with the food, from having to handle the money (see photo). A definitely welcome idea for improved hygiene. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The cream basket is spectacular, a prelude to a long list of other delights! Ready to return as soon as possible!

22/12/2025: Nice atmosphere with delicious cakes and good products. The gentleman at the counter was rude and surly... the older lady at the register was worse than the worst... no way! I won't be back.

07/01/2026: The place is decorated with unique objects, like bicycles hanging from the ceiling, pedal stools... Very special cicchetti with delicious and unique combinations of ingredients.
