14/07/2024: Stefano's new management is like a breath of fresh air in a sultry summer. We ate an amazing pizza, from the dough (particular and refined) to the ingredients. We did not have the pleasure of trying the dishes (first and second courses), but from the proposals, they seemed no different. The table service guys were friendly and professional. What else to add, just try it!!!;)

10/08/2024: Unfortunately the food is extremely bad. The noodles are so firm they are hardly edible. The bread seems old. Unfortunately the pasta sauces don't taste like anything. Simple ingredients like salt and pepper are missing. The service is bad. Only the view of the wooden bridge is very beautiful.

24/07/2024: Not very pleasant service, the gentleman didn't even try to speak English, probably German. When we wanted to order only a drink and dessert, he moved us to a table without a tablecloth, although there was only one table occupied in the establishment. Mille foglie, which was famous in the past, was worth nothing this time.

03/08/2024: Ex Pizzeria Gem, cambia il nome ma non la sostanza. Alle ore 18 circa prenoto due pizze da asporto, una diavola e una napoletana e mi dicono che sono pronte per le ore 20.10. Arrivo qualche minuto prima per pagare in anticipo ed attendo. Alle ore 20.20 vedo che il pizzaiolo inforna 8/9 pizze tra cui la mia napoletana ma la diavola resta sul bancone. Poco dopo tira fuori le pizze dal forno e mette nel cartone la napoletana, mentre la diavola resta sul bancone. Il pizzaiolo prova a prenderla per informarla ma si era attaccata al marmo e si è rotta sul fondo. Quindi prende altro impasto, pomodoro nuovo e recupera formaggio e salame piccante e lo mette sul nuovo impasto aggiungendo due fette che nel frattempo erano cadute. Poi inforna la pizza. E dopo una decina di minuti mi consegna le due pizze. Faccio notare che ho ordinato due pizze e che avrei gradito fossero state cotte insieme anziché in due tempi diversi, anche perché nella infornata precedente era stata inserita una singola pizza Margherita (probabilmente di una conoscente) che poteva essere cotta successivamente. L'atteggiamento della ragazza presente non è certo stato professionale, mentre il pizzaiolo era notevolmente in imbarazzo sapendo che avevo ragione. Per finire, guardando lo scontrino vedo che viene aggiunto il costo della scatola al prezzo della pizza, che, a onor del vero, è riportato sul volantino pubblicitario ma che trovo assurdo... a questo punto fate pagare anche lo smaltimento. Credo che invece di voler avere ragione a tutti i costi, un semplice mi scusi c'è stato un disguido o un'emergenza sarebbe stato più professionale e serio. Per quanto riguarda la pizza, appena sufficiente, lavora perché è l'unica pizzeria da asporto nei dintorni. Mai più... Avete perso un cliente ... ma forse non vi interessa.

24/08/2024: We had lunch with excellent pasta dishes with ragù, a typical dish from the mountain hut, a platter with cheeses and cured meats, dessert and coffee... all really good! The welcome was top notch 10 and praise to everyone, owners and staff.

02/07/2024: Abbiamo cenato con una grigliata mista. Questo locale è immerso nel verde con un ampio plateatico all' aperto. Servizio eccellente e si mangia benissimo. Da provare.

16/06/2024: Alla domenica è frequentato e questo li autorizza ad alzare i prezzi in misura non proporzionale alla qualità del cibo. 120€ x 4:1 antipasto di affettati, 3 grigliate miste, 1 filetto di cervo, contorni. C La carne grigliata decisamente secca, immangiabile, lo stesso x il cervo, tutto cotto troppo in fretta. Dolci, bella varietà, ma era quasi tutto esaurito. Vino prosecco e Pinot, di scarsa qualità, troppo dolci. Sconsigliato!

17/01/2024: Sono stato qui il primo dell'anno con degli amici. Per me è stato tutto ottimo, avevo chiesto il tavolo vicino alle finestre per poter osservare il panorama e mi hanno accontentato. Per me gli gnocchi erano della giusta consistenza, buoni abbondanti e con degli ottimi sughi. Ho letto nelle altre recensioni che qualcuno dice che il costo di 12,50 a porzione sono troppi. Per me è un'assurdità vista la quantità e la scelta dei sughi. Il costo del cibo è aumentato ovunque, ci sono dei sughi di buona qualità al supermercato che costano 7 euro al vasetto, per cui servire 5/6 sughi in centro alla tavola ha sicuramente un costo. Ottimi anche i secondi con i vari contorni. Il purè era finito e ho apprezzato molto che si fossero fatti in quattro per proporcelo fresco e non era sicuramente fatto con le buste, si sentiva il gusto delle patate fresche. Se dovessi trovare una pecca forse la direi sul vino sfuso, qui possono sicuramente migliorare. Comunque, per me e amici abbiamo pagato il giusto ed è stata una bella esperienza in una location rinnovata e accogliente.

15/01/2024: Onestamente non capisco le recensioni negative precedentemente lette. Noi abbiamo mangiato davvero bene era tutto molto buono,il locale rinnovato è molto bello,il servizio rapido nonostante la molta gente presente a pranzo. Prezzi nella media. Forse l' unica pecca la zona bagni non riscaldata. Esperienza positiva.

27/08/2024: Sunday 18 August, 7.40pm, I come in to order some takeaway pizzas. A boy at the cash register, a lady checking the orders, two pizza chefs and three riders. At 7.46pm I leave (after a sauna) without anyone having listened to me. I understand the telephone orders that follow one another, I understand that you would have preferred to be at the seaside, I do not tolerate rudeness. Goodbye.
