14/10/2025: Stationery and tobacco shop serviced and always available.

01/10/2025: Due to their error/negligence, a €150 return from Shein was lost. The error occurred when I dropped off the return at their tobacconist. After applying a barcode to the package, they failed to match it to my PIN (provided by Shein). As a result, the return is not associated with any sender. As a result, Shein treats it as if it had never been shipped, while Inpost cannot trace it without a tracking number. Both Shein and Inpost blame Perli and confirm that they made a mistake in accepting the return. Furthermore, they say they have all the tools to trace the infamous tracking number barcode, which can be used to open an investigation with Inpost. But Mr. and Mrs. Perli continue to refuse to verify. Over a month has passed and I'm left with €150 in damages, and Perli continues to shrug. I'm considering legal action.

21/09/2025: When a restaurant doesn't accept pets, that's a huge minus for me. The atmosphere is old-fashioned, and the pizza is good but unfortunately hard to digest.

16/11/2025: One of the worst dinners in my life. I ordered veal with potatoes - the potatoes were covered in parsley and thus were quite tasteless, but so strong in (an awful) taste at the same time. None of the staff even asked if everything was ok, or if something was wrong with the meal because I had left half of my plate intact. We paid two small main dishes with two glasses of wine 64 euros. So expensive for such bad food experience. I definitely don't recommend.

09/11/2025: The food was of high quality, the location overlooks the historic square, and you can come and relax and taste different dishes.

21/10/2025: I've never eaten so badly, the atmosphere was gloomy and sad. I tried various things at the buffet... everything was tasteless or bad. I won't be back.

12/09/2025: The food is good, the quality isn't the best, but that's okay. The buffet offers a wide selection. The atmosphere is very spacious, the prices are fair, and the service is excellent. The owner is very friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be back!

26/11/2025: Excellent pizza, with seasonal ingredients of undeniable quality. The pizza chef was super friendly and quick. The prices were very fair. A great dinner on a cold evening away from home.

28/08/2025: I ordered a children's birthday cake with NO ALCOHOL. Unfortunately, none of the children ate it; we adults noticed immediately and cleared the plates. I'm leaving this review because no one expected the party to end like this; in fact, we couldn't wait to eat the cake. The price is high, but if the cake is good, that's fine. Soaked in alcohol, however, it's not. You have to listen and carefully write down the customer's needs so these inconveniences don't happen.

12/07/2025: Non fatevi fare una crostata. Non sono capaci! Pasta frolla biscottata fuori e cruda dentro, risultato suola di scarpa. Immangiabile. Tornato il giorno dopo con un pezzo negano l'evidenza.

11/06/2025: Very fast service, excellent fish and rice cooked to perfection, the uramaki are delicious and melt in your mouth. The rice dumplings are also good, the only flaw is a little too much sauce. Highly recommended 👍

30/07/2025: Absolutely not recommended. The waitress was immediately annoyed and rude. The wait for the dishes was short, but the quality was truly mediocre. We had two meat main courses with two side dishes. The meat was obviously grilled on a griddle that had previously served fish, given the strong aftertaste it left in the mouth. The wine we consumed was also mediocre, nothing special. As for the price, it was completely average at €24 per person. The waiter who served us afterwards, however, was polite and attentive. When we paid the bill, the lady at the cash register, very annoyed and superficial, was truly indisposed and rude, so much so that she even made the other guests impatient. In short, everything was truly MEDIOCRE; I definitely wouldn't return in the future.

08/11/2025: I go for two coffees and two buttered baskets, and I leave soaked in coffee. An employee spills a cup of boiling hot coffee on me, staining my wool shirt, pants, and leather jacket. The redness from the burn will go away in a couple of days. I go to pay, and after eating the basket in the middle of the coffee-stained floor, chairs, and everything else (Rosy, I think her name is), she doesn't know anything about what happened. She apologizes and says, "Oh well, he won't pay for the coffee!" If I were like them, I'd have to give them the dry cleaning bill, maybe force myself on the dermatologist, fearing burns, and take legal action... some people find things easier to get into their heads than into their heads.

01/11/2025: A Corner of Sweetness and Quality Entering this pastry shop is a pleasure for all the senses. The environment is clean and well-maintained, with both indoor and outdoor tables available, perfect for a relaxing break. The cappuccino was excellent. The real triumph, however, were the cream puffs. I would definitely call them exceptional. The choux pastry was light and thin, but the creamy and abundant filling was the real treat. You can immediately taste the superior quality of the ingredients used. The prices are high, but absolutely justified by the high quality you receive. A must-see for those seeking not just a dessert, but a true taste experience.

30/10/2025: Excellent coffee with cream. The lady at the counter was very kind. The atmosphere isn't brand new, but it's still comfortable.

05/10/2025: A slightly dated but warm and welcoming café, one of the few places in Gallio that accepts dogs.

29/07/2025: Dirty place and poor food (sandwiches that had been stale for days, only smelled nauseating). I waited 30 minutes for a straight Spritz, made with still Lugana wine, unsolicited but made voluntarily by the owner Elisa. Despite my complaint about the tasteless Spritz, they remade it for me and even charged me 4 euros!!!!! When I asked for clarification, I was told it wasn't their fault but that a straight Spritz should be made with still wine. Wrong. I will never go back and definitely don't recommend it. The staff is friendly, especially the owner!! Shameful

01/11/2025: We went in for a shot, and they charged us the same price as the cocktails. When we asked the bartender about it, she didn't offer any explanations, but instead responded in a haughty, condescending manner. We paid, left, and won't be returning. Not recommended.

20/08/2025: I go back because there's nothing else in Cesuna, and every time I find the owner exhausted, she's almost always angry and yells at everyone. Cardboard cannoli and burnt brioches complete the picture.
