23/12/2025: Terrible experience and service. After a 25-minute wait and having booked through a kiosk, I went to ask for an explanation. They told me I still had to wait and that I should have realized there was a line... there was no one at the kiosk when I booked. No refund or voucher available!!! I lost my money, because I can't be late for work due to incompetence or lack of organization. Kudos to you for your professionalism!!!

15/12/2025: The burger was really good. A cut above the usual fast food joints. Highly recommended.

21/12/2025: They told us that a dish was out, so we ordered another, but they told us that they had found one, but they had already put it on us without asking. Plus, it was from the supermarket. Unworkable.

14/12/2025: I went there on Monday evening and ordered two chicken salads, taking advantage of the discount. They were truly meager portions: not enough salad and even less chicken! Maybe they ran out of produce? Or did they deliberately reduce the portions because of the discount? I don't think I'll be back.

19/02/2026: They make delicious bread, have a little bit of everything, and even a bar, and rightly so, in my opinion, they don't allow dogs because there's food, and many people don't like that. To dog owners, I say: Learn to respect those who have normal hygiene standards. If you can't even separate yourself for an hour, stay home with your dog and share a bowl with him.

11/12/2025: I've been a customer for 20 years now, I think. The ultra-thin pizza is a hallmark that has endured over time. Always good. The desserts are also excellent, I must say. The atmosphere is pleasant for an easy, informal dinner.

30/10/2025: ⭐☆☆☆☆ – Terrible experience from every perspective T-O-R-E-S-T-O-R-E We've been frequenting this bar for a while, mostly for convenience, since we work nearby and every morning we easily leave 30, 40, sometimes even 50 euros in drinks. Yet, every time we're shocked by the owner's extreme rudeness: the way he addresses customers is truly despicable and devoid of any courtesy. When he has to communicate something, he always does so in an arrogant and disrespectful tone. An example? When it's time to pay, his response is always: "Separate bills? They don't exist, pay everything together." An absurd attitude for a bar, especially when it comes to groups of people who come every day. Cleanliness also leaves much to be desired: tables are always dirty, cups left lying around, and even when they do remove them, they don't clean the tables. It didn't just happen once—it happens all the time. The management is terrible, so much so that we were told that "tables must be reserved"... in a bar! I've never heard anything like it. And the spritzes: if you expect to drink them from a proper glass, forget it—here they serve them in water glasses, ugly and careless. The food is equally disappointing: the sandwiches get worse and worse; the tuna one literally tasted like rotten fish. The brioches are bland, tasteless, and taste just like the packaged ones from the supermarket. When we tried to point this out, instead of a modicum of politeness, the owner responded in an even more contemptuous and sarcastic tone, as if mocking us. I also told him that I worked in a restaurant downtown and that with that attitude, in a real place, he wouldn't last a day, because rudeness and arrogance scare customers away. After all these experiences, we've decided not to return. 💡 TIP: Go to the "Bar Albachiara - Str. della Caimpenta, 1, 36100 Vicenza VI" next door — the quality and courtesy are 3000 times better, especially the professional management and staff. 😇

12/12/2025: After a few years of frequenting the pizzeria, I can say that the service is beyond poor. The waiters are distracted and disorganized. You have to be careful: if you order a dish or drink that isn't available, the waiter doesn't change your order but adds the change to the dish or drink. And in the end, you end up with something that wasn't on the menu on your bill. It's happened twice already. Be careful. The last time I went to the cashier, there was a gentleman complaining that an incorrect addition to his pizza had been added to his bill.

02/10/2025: If I could eat at Origin every single day, I would! The food is outstanding and feels so carefully prepared. There is such attention to detail, and the flavors are unbelievable. The filet, mushrooms and potatoes were absolutely to die for-rich, perfectly seasoned, and cooked to perfection. It’s rare to find a spot where every plate feels this special, but Origin nails it. Truly one of the best dining experiences in Bassano!
