29/10/2025: A classic bar for athletes/climbers and locals. Very affordable and good food (bruschetta, etc.). When the sun is shining, you can sit in the small outdoor seating area facing the street. Order at the bar and the waiter will bring your order to your table. The somewhat older owner is very attentive, though sometimes it takes a little longer. The bar is legendary; a visit is an absolute must. The table wine is very good and inexpensive.

29/10/2025: Lunch with a group on a trip to Chiampo....welcomed and pampered in the best possible way!...prepared and abundant dishes...excellent combinations...and (not for everyone!)...an endless variety of side dishes...clean and welcoming place...the passion and dedication to the work shines through...Well done guys...keep it up!!!

27/04/2025: Lunch on the occasion of a confirmation. Excellent service with well-measured courses and abundant can bis. The time between one course and the other was adequate from my point of view. If you are hungry you will see that they will not make you wait long, in fact you will be amazed. Excellent tasty cousin with that simplicity that fills body and soul.

13/09/2025: As a volunteer at the Thiene Women's Help Desk, I wanted to congratulate the company on its successful initiative for women, "Self-Defense in Pink," which took place on Saturday, September 13th. The initiative successfully combined theory and practice, thanks to the careful guidance of the athletes and the psychologist. Kudos also to Beox and the award-winning Rigoldi.

01/12/2025: Terrible! I'm giving one star because it's impossible to give zero stars, otherwise I would. We used a Smartbox package at this property... any advice? Just skip it! The staff was not at all friendly and seemed annoyed, it felt like we were there to bother them. There wasn't even a hint of the romantic atmosphere they so much boast about! In fact, it was very disturbing. We felt constantly monitored, and they even came out to check on us (while we were in the outdoor hot tub), and they also spied on us from the windows. Initially, as soon as we entered the "spa" area (so to speak, because it has nothing to do with spa, given that what little there is is paid for), they made us change in a room with an armchair and a bookcase (completely out of place), and then made us move all our clothes to another room. Not to mention the "relaxation area," which was nothing more than a very ordinary hotel room adorned with three (we counted) rotten apples, complete with buzzing insects and a few poufs left on the floor. But it didn't end there. A staff-accessible door was installed inside, where cleaning staff constantly passed by with garbage bags and vacuum cleaners, talking loudly and slamming the door...you name it. We paid a fortune for this shameful experience; you can't even see the 4-star standard through binoculars. When we left, they didn't even say goodbye to us; total disregard for customers.

24/11/2025: My stay at this 4-star hotel unfortunately fell far short of expectations. The only real positive was Lara at the front desk, who was extremely kind and helpful from the moment we arrived. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was disappointing. During breakfast, Sandro was less than courteous, responding rudely when I simply didn't know which bread warmer to use. Furthermore, despite having communicated our intolerances and allergies several times during the booking process, we had to constantly repeat them. The staff's efforts in providing us with lactose-free options deserve recognition. The room, described as a "Tyrolean suite," didn't live up to expectations. Furthermore, it was cold, as were most of the common areas; only the spa was at an adequate temperature. The worst part, however, was the facial: • the person performing it didn't explain anything to us about what she was doing or what products she was using; • The same sponges were used on both my face and my friend's, a totally unacceptable practice from a hygienic perspective; • The treatment room was also cold and uncomfortable. As for the restaurant, the portions were extremely small, truly insufficient for a hotel that presents itself as a 4-star hotel. In the hotel's favor, I can say that the massage menu and wine list were fair. Overall, the hotel could use much more attention to detail, staff professionalism, and consistency with its advertised category.

03/12/2025: Nice and comfortable atmosphere. Friendly, efficient, and welcoming manager. Excellent food. A must-see.

25/11/2025: The ambiance is lovely. The small restaurant is very cozy. We had the small mixed platter with salami, ham, mortadella, and cheese as a starter. Very tasty. The wines were also of good quality. However, the lasagna Bolognese was a complete disappointment. It was lukewarm and very blandly seasoned, which was a shame. Therefore, I can only give it 3 stars. Nevertheless, it's a nice place.

08/11/2025: Excellent pizzas with a good choice of flavors and doughs, even the desserts are good and of their own production, kind and helpful staff, good prices, free parking nearby, easy entry with wheelchairs. Recommended

18/10/2025: Simple pizzeria, but thin and low pizza. Different doughs available.

29/08/2025: A Western-style pub, the service is fast and friendly. The food selection focuses primarily on sandwiches and the like. The crostoni are particularly special, and I recommend trying them, as is the potatoes with tartare sauce. A selection of beers to suit all tastes. Fairly priced.

07/06/2025: Beer house, bruschetteria and kitchen suitable for snacks, sandwiches, hamburgers and cold dishes. Excellent quality ingredients, and excellent service.
