02/05/2026: We went last night for the first time for karaoke night. The place is spacious, well-kept, and above all, clean and tidy. The terrace is also beautiful, well-kept, and well-arranged. We ordered a fillet with green peppercorns and gorgonzola with grilled vegetables, and a vegetable pizza. The fillet was truly, truly delicious. The meat was tender and cooked to perfection. Excellent dish. As for the pizza, it might still need some work, but it was absolutely more than edible, and most importantly, it didn't make me drink last night. The service, as they explained, was still a little shaky since it was the first night and the team still needs to get it together. However, the welcome was excellent; everyone was very kind and attentive. Well done. We'll definitely be back.

03/05/2026: If my colleague Linda from Croce Verde in Marcon always organized dinners, I'd sign up right away! A top-notch pizza party: Venanzio and Gustavo make magic, much more than just pizza. Signora Simona Perissinotto manages everything with a grace and determination that make all the difference. Honorable mention for the waitresses: Emily Vanessa...beautiful, and the entire team were incredibly kind and on point all evening, with a smile that makes everyone happy. Top-notch staff, we'll definitely be back!

10/04/2026: Good pizza, service, I can't put a zero-price tag on it, delivery was truly disappointing. The delivery guy arrived very late without any explanation, and when he finally arrived, he was rude, ill-mannered, and arrogant: no courtesy or attention to the customer.

02/05/2026: Perfect cafe for breakfast, with a wide selection of pastries and delicacies, and very knowledgeable and friendly staff. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming. The outdoor terrace is ideal for breakfast or summer aperitifs. Excellent location with ample parking. Recommended.

14/04/2026: Ombra del Leone is a lovely restaurant located right on the Grand Canal, so yes, it's on the pricier side, but absolutely worth every euro. The setting is what truly sets it apart: far from the tourist crowds, you can enjoy a peaceful meal with breathtaking canal views. We actually visited on a rainy night, so dining outside wasn't an option, but even without sitting al fresco, everything was absolutely perfect. Inside, the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the service never missed a beat. Everything we ordered tasted amazing. The menu offers plenty of seafood dishes to choose from. We tried the spaghetti with sea urchins, the lemon swordfish bites with potatoe cream and the veal milanese, everything cooked to perfection. The staff was attentive without being intrusive, making sure we had everything we needed. If you're looking for a memorable dining experience in Venice away from the chaos, Ombra del Leone is a must visit rain or shine. Highly recommended!

14/05/2026: I stopped for lunch here after shopping and was served by a curmudgeonly and unpleasant blonde waitress. She looked annoyed and escorted us to our table, answering our questions in a coy manner, her voice low enough that we couldn't understand what she was saying. We were served by her all evening, and it's a shame about her behavior, but I won't be returning, even though the food is truly delicious. Choose your employees carefully; they'll ruin your place.

21/04/2026: Huge playground/beach/bathing area. Expensive sun loungers/parasols! Clean and tidy. Nice restaurant, reasonable prices.

09/05/2026: Nice atmosphere but very crowded. Reservations are recommended to avoid having to wait in line for good food. Close to the road, so a bit noisy, but bearable.

14/04/2026: I have never been to the shop in person, always ordered home, but for years now it has been first in Marghera and then moved to Chirignago that we order pizza here and I must say fantastic everything, excellent service, never had in 10 years and more any kind of problem, never a delay or a pizza maybe burnt or wrong (which also often happens elsewhere) tasty pizzas, excellent ingredients, good choice of pizzas, courteous and helpful staff, delivery always had on time, truly fantastic, a certainty in the area!!!!!

24/09/2025: The seating right by the pool provides a great atmosphere, especially in the evenings. Child-friendliness is a given here. The food is all fresh and incredibly delicious. All dishes can also be ordered to go. Prices are standard and within normal range.

21/09/2025: Table of 10 ordered dishes. Spaghetti alla Busera €19.90, basically spaghetti with tomato sauce, shrimp and scampi not served. Cod Vicenza-style with polenta €25, good. Spaghetti with clams (not real ones), decent. Fried squid €20, good but poor, 70% chips. 8 bottles of water. No alcohol. 5 ice creams, total €30 per person. Personally, I won't be returning. The only positive thing is the service.

27/07/2025: Delivery was on time and I must say the pizzas were good. There were 10 of us and we were all very satisfied.

02/07/2025: I returned to this pizzeria after a few years and I have to say that they have really improved a lot. Good pizza, light and just the right thickness. Short waiting times and very friendly staff. I recommend it

12/05/2026: My husband and I went for lunch and decided to treat ourselves to the lobster spaghetti, tempted by the description of the dish and the hefty price tag: €40 per portion. Unfortunately, our expectations were completely dashed. The sauce was very simple and poorly prepared; it tasted like a simple tomato sauce, lacking flavor or seasoning appropriate for such a dish. The spaghetti was overcooked, definitely not al dente, and the lobster tasted excessively salty, far from the delicate, sweetish flavor one expects from a fresh, well-prepared product. A real shame, especially considering the asking price. We hope they can improve the quality and attention to detail in the preparation of the dishes.

01/05/2026: Honestly, I don't think I'll go back. The quality/price ratio isn't balanced. As for the staff, they're very friendly and nice, but I'll draw a veil over the owner.

05/04/2026: Easter lunch: everything was delicious, well-made, beautifully presented, and made with love. (This is not something to be taken for granted on these occasions!) The service was courteous, impeccable, attentive but not intrusive, and attentive to the guests' needs with warmth and care. The location was beautiful, surrounded by nature. We were all truly happy!
