09/01/2025: I went to Ristorante Napoli for the first time today with my girlfriend after I had already heard a lot of positive things about it. The food was great and the ambience was so unique and perfectly imperfect, something very special - you just have to be able to get involved in it. A big thank you to Gerardo, who made us feel like we were very special guests from start to finish. Gladly again at any time!

22/11/2024: Disappointed with the quality of the products... apart from the sea bass cut and served in carpaccio in front of us (2 stars only for that), the rest of the food, shrimp, squid, etc., were frozen products. The service remains correct. Beware of tourist traps in Venice, unfortunately there are a lot of them...

02/05/2024: Racconto delle mie impressioni. Ambiente poco curato, l’ingresso e le sale sono un mix di anni ‘80 e finto moderno, mattonelle attaccate storte sui muri, targhette stampate su fogli bianchi, vecchie tovaglie rosa sui carrelli e nessuna tovaglia sui tavoli, luci bianche, cavi scoperti e antichi cimeli dipinti di grigio su un caminetto chiuso colorato a metà. Piatti semplici, niente di memorabile, anzi. Mi ricordo i dieci grani interi di pepe che ho mangiato sui paccheri lisci e che ovviamente hanno sovrastato ogni altro gusto. Ingredienti normali, tutto replicabile a casa con i prodotti del supermercato. Niente mi ha dato la sensazione di essere davvero ricercato o di qualità (o di ritrovare la tanto amata Puglia, come mi aspettavo dalle presentazioni). Magari lo era, ma i sapori erano scarsi. Il polpo era amaro, il pak-choi è ancora fuori stagione, fa troppo freddo e si sente. Di certo i piatti non valgono i 18-20€ proposti. Vini presenti in carta (senza annate), ma non disponibili realmente in cantina. Scarsissima la selezione locale. Servizio distaccato, zero empatia o attenzioni, piuttosto molta fretta. Non ci tornerei.

28/12/2024: We placed our order at 3:17 pm, but we were kept waiting for a long time. People who followed us ordered faster than us. I don't understand why they didn't order in order, but were given what they had.

28/12/2024: Not well organized the services, some staff in cashier are very slow in getting the order of the client.... The staff must be trained well and be flexible at all times... The tables & chairs are very dirty
