14/11/2025: The food was tasty, however, the service was very poor. The waiter didn't provide a clear breakdown of the service charges, and when asked for an explanation, he responded aggressively, demanding payment at the register. We were charged €96 for four dishes that the menu listed at €16 each, without any explanation of the service charge or the cost of two bottles of water.

13/11/2025: I hadn't been back for two years. I used to be a regular before the COVID-19 pandemic, but the spirit is gone. The staff is very (too?) professional, the dishes are about average for what you can find in Venice, and unfortunately, so are the prices. This restaurant has become a cash cow. I'm the first to be disappointed. It's impossible to find fault with it, and yet the price is out of proportion for what's on offer. If you're a regular, you might get to eat a bit better, with options not listed on the menu and more premium ingredients. That's why I say the spirit is gone.

01/11/2025: The appearance doesn't do justice to how special this restaurant is. Excellent sardines in saor and seafood spaghetti. Homemade tiramisu with an extremely generous portion. I've now come to rely on it whenever I'm in the area for work.

29/10/2025: The fried fish was inedible in terms of flavor and cooking, as was the spaghetti with shrimp and calamari, which were cold and almost frozen. The atmosphere was neglected, and the wait was unjustified, considering the food was so poorly prepared. The prices were high for the extremely poor quality.

01/11/2025: We had a very good meal with a sublime homemade wine. Excellent service. Beautiful, welcoming atmosphere with Murano glassware. I'll be back. Great price.

27/10/2025: We had already dined at this osteria a couple of years ago, which had pleasantly impressed us with its typical Venetian dishes, but unfortunately, our current experience was completely unsatisfactory! Not so much for the quality of the food, which we didn't have the chance to try again, but for the fact that you can't order just one first course because all the first courses on the menu are for a minimum of two people! So, in our case, who wanted a first course and a second course, we weren't able to dine. And the manager, hearing our complaints, firmly stated that he wouldn't change the rules. So if someone comes alone, they won't be able to order a first course unless they order two plates of pasta! Furthermore, if you want lemon to squeeze into your fried or grilled fish, you won't be able to ask for it because, as it clearly states on the menu, they don't serve lemon! It's like not being able to put cheese on your pasta! I don't usually do it, but some people like it, so since it's a completely personal touch, you have to respect the customer's taste. Too bad... I had a good memory of it...

20/09/2025: We stopped for a break and drank an Aperol spritz and a ginger ale. They also brought us some snacks. We appreciated the discreet service and the friendly staff.

12/11/2025: Surprised to find this little trattoria, the wooden interior is well-maintained. Frequented by local workers, the prices are reasonable and the tagliatelle all'ortolana was very good. 02/06/2025: La mejor comida general que tuvimos en Venecia. Se promociona como un restaurante de carne, lo cual es cierto, pero debes saber si la carne es tu medida o no. Fue simplemente la experiencia más puntual, el nivel de servicio y la calidad de la comida que tuvimos a lo largo de 8 noches visitando Venecia. El estilo de servicio es relajado y amable, pero atento, justo lo que quieres. La comida nos quitó los calcetines varias veces; ¡recordará los ravioles de espárragos por algún tiempo! El vino es muy bien valorado. ¿Cuándo has visto una lista en un restaurante más agradable que es un promedio de 22 e por botella. . . Juro que es el promedio aquí. Otra opción, que aprovechamos, es tener el vino de la casa (tinto o blanco) que es en botella, pero ella solo te cobrará por la cantidad que bebas. Bebimos media botella del vino tinto de la casa Merlot (estuvo maravilloso y golpeando muy por encima de su grado de pago! , muy cuidadosamente seleccionado yo diría) y el cargo era de 12 e por esa mitad. Parecía más que justo. En general volveríamos en un santiamén. De hecho escuchamos una mesa cercana tratando de conseguir otra reserva para la noche siguiente, tuvieron que tomar los asientos de las 9 pm para hacerlo, y lo hicieron! Sí, debes irte. Nota reservas por teléfono solamente (¿por qué! ) así que tuve nuestra llamada del hotel para hacer la reserva.

06/09/2025: If you like authenticity, this is the place for you. The food was delicious. The beer by the carafe was super drinkable, the coffees were excellent, and the staff (presumably the owners) were incredibly friendly. We felt truly at home and enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend it.

13/09/2025: We used to go almost regularly. They have good coffee. But before, at least it was a decent place, with quick service and friendly, courteous staff. But now they've hired someone else and changed the service rules. And not in a good way. But the loud music is still there. We'll be changing the bar.

Excellent ravioli with truffle and the turbot preparation. Delicious bread accompaniments are varied throughout the meal, depending on the dishes. Very original and satisfying desserts. Appropriate wine. Elegantly modern and functional decor, well-suited to a building that clearly demonstrates its rural origins. Friendly service and knowledgeable explanations of the dishes.
