19/09/2025: There are not enough words to describe how much we enjoyed this stay! The staff was incredible, the room was beautiful, and the experience was five star in every way.

18/09/2025: A truly beautiful hotel in the heart of Venice! The location is excellent: just steps from all the city's wonders. The property is elegant, with meticulous attention to detail. The staff was simply exceptional: welcoming, professional, and always ready to offer helpful advice on restaurants, itineraries, and transportation. Excellent breakfast, served in a charming room, with fresh products and a relaxed atmosphere. An unforgettable stay in one of the most beautiful cities in the world. Highly recommended!

16/09/2025: Couldn't stay at the hotel as it was full, so decided to go for dinner. I might suggest that if you go, don't bother with a drink in the bar - disappointing. Don't be put off the rather circuitous route that you have to take to get to the restaurant, its worth it. Food excellent, service attentive but not crushing and excellent dinning room. Would highly recommend if you want to experience what could be called "fine dining"

11/06/2025: Best dinner in Venice hands down! Lovely atmosphere, best food, and extensive wine list. Also big shout out to our polyglot waiter Samuel for conducting the dinner in Spanish. Truly remarkable!

07/09/2025: A lovely, spacious, and discreet place. The sushi is delicious, as are the hot dishes. It's an all-you-can-eat restaurant with moderate prices. There's something for everyone: cooked, raw, small, large, meat, fish, vegetarian, and children's.

10/09/2025: Please note! Negative reviews are outdated, as Moby Dick has been under new management since this year! The restaurant has been operating since then. We've been coming to Jesolo every year for 14 years and have witnessed the restaurant's development. Since a friendly family took over the shop, you'll experience first-class cuisine! You'll receive a very warm welcome and excellent service... highly recommended!

03/09/2025: At first we looked from out side then while we read the menu. We notice we only could see 4 tables in use.we decided to give it a try. My wife was showed a table straight away and we where given time to make our choose. After my wife spoke to the waitress we ordered a Pizza,Salad & a bottle of water, we did this to test the restaurant service. We where totally satisfied & we even ordered a second Salad because it was the best we have ever had for a long time,the Presentation of the Salad Looked appetising,Fresh and was Crunchy & the main importance tasted fantastic, from my wife and myself we give 5⭐️+ for food,service & atmosphere well done please do not change keep the way you are.5⭐️+,🥇👏👍, We will return to this restaurant, this I’m looking forward to another pleasant experience.😋👌.

02/10/2025: We got there at 6:30 pm, and they said no food till 7 pm, so we got drinks. But, a group of 9 came in after us and were served chips and salsa before 7 pm. They were playing loud rave type repetitive music. The servers didn't speak English, seemed bothered by us and very rude. We had to go up and get the server to ask if we could order after 7 pm, since they didn't come back and ask since 6:30 pm. We got Burgers and the buns were hard as a rock from being stale. We left crumbs and half the top bun on our plate but didn't complain. We should have complained but we would have to wait longer for a new burger, and were afraid of retaliation like spitting in our food, since they were so rude already. We had to go up and get the server again to ask if we can pay. We were charged 2 euros for 2 coperto which she angrily showed us by lifting the place mats. See the Pic. We have never been charged for that in any country and were not told of the charge beforehand, or we would have declined the place mats. Welcome to the mandatory fee only in Italy. Rude service and bad food. I'm sure they will lie and deny. Don't bother. Not worth it.

07/10/2025: We really enjoyed our dinner at Bacanera. The service was lovely - friendly & helpful and not too much or too little. Our meals we delicious - particularly our mains course see pics) … cooked to perfection (the pork was melt in your mouth, the chick & rabbit ragu oozed flavour and the red turnip/orange was surprisingly delicate). We let the waiter select our wines to match our food and they were bang on. A lovely quiet part of Venice and reasonably priced.

06/10/2025: Wonderful meal and very reasonably priced. Waiting staff very helpful. We came for lovely Italian pasta and weren’t disappointed. Had the sardines to start which were v tasty. For mains, I had the Bigoli in Soar which was lovely but didn’t taste as much of anchovies I might have hoped! My husband had a lasagne and it was delicious. Waiting staff were superb and more than happy to let me sample a couple of wines before I chose my glass offering helpful advice. We treated ourselves to puddings of creme caramel and tarte tatin which were also delicious. You are also served a lovely little amuse-bouche mini bruschetta which were delicious.

15/11/2025: What can I say? I had a great time, and the dishes were perfect and delicious. I'll post some photos, but not all of them. I recommend it as an intimate dinner, not just for that. Everything was truly delicious.

The staff is friendly, attentive, and always available, making the experience even more enjoyable. The pizza is excellent: light dough, quality ingredients, and perfectly cooked. The restaurant's dishes are also worth a visit—generous portions and authentic flavors, and you can taste the passion in the kitchen. The desserts are also excellent, all homemade. The value for money is very good, and the relaxed atmosphere makes you want to return. Highly recommended for those looking for good food, friendliness, and a genuine atmosphere.

19/10/2025: The place is clean, the service is fast, and the staff is friendly and professional. In the summer, they also host outdoor music, inviting bands to play.
