29/03/2025: Cena di famiglia, abbiamo scelto questo ristorante perché due di noi sono vegani e devo dire che abbiamo fatto centro. Bellissima e buonissima cena, il mio piatto di crudo era ottimo, buoni i piatti vegani ottima la presentazione. Servizio puntuale e tutti molto gentili.

L'ambientazione è davvero molto bella ma i tempi d'attesa sono un po' lunghi.
Buonissime le pizze e i prezzi sono in linea.
12/09/2024: We went there for dinner at the beginning of September 2024. 2x pizza + 2 drinks €20 It's unbelievable that something like this is still possible on the promenade. It was delicious and the pizzas were great and large. ****** any time. Great ambience under the grape plants, the used tables and chairs, everything second hand but that's exactly what makes the pleasant ambience

12/04/2025: We tried to get some takeaway pizzas and I have to say it was a great choice. We booked through their app which is simple and intuitive, in addition to the choice of dishes it gives the possibility to add or remove ingredients as desired, the pick-up time and also the payment method. Wide choice also of the type of pizza dough. The products are of excellent quality. Some pizzas are original in their ingredients, but I must say they are very good. The doughs are light and digestible.
Absolutely recommended.

08/04/2025: Myself and my wife stayed at the hotel for a weekend and had the pleasure to dine at what I believe to be the best restaurant on the island.
We started our evening with 2 cocktails which were twist on the classics, orchid daquiri and ginger sour. And second set of cocktails were recommended by the staff to try their aperol spritz and negeoni spritz with another twist which was just brilliant. Again, from the entire island the best cocktails handsdown. However expect to pay €25 per cocktail.
The dinner started off with red prawn tartar with sweet flavours from the prawn and apples. Another starter was slow cooked port belly with sweet leek sauce and artichoke mash.
We skipped the pasta dish as we tried this plenty of times on the island. Instead opted for pumpkin risotto, pumpkin chunks with demi glaze sauce and grilled quail. And turbot stuffed with its fatty belly meat and served with roasted sweet potatoes.
The desserts just didn't stop. First we were sent a red dessert wine on the house, which again we didn't expect but highly appreciated. First round of desserts started with a soft cookie topped with fresh cream, custard and berries, no bigger than half the size of your index finger. Second came another small plate of chocolate, peach jelly and one another I cannot remember. And finally they brought out our desserts that we ordered, which was a bread and butter pudding accompanied by vanilla gelato and rum cream. And plate that resembles mushrooms in a field, the base of the mushroom was meringue with a soft cookie like cake filled with white chocolate and the red on top was a tangy berry flavour. The green on the plate was matcha cake crumbles with a few berries and raspberry jam.
This is an experience well above other restaurants such as impronta which felt like a complete waste of money. I believe this restaurant doesn't get quite the attention as it's attached to the hotel, from 25-30 tables that were present only 3 were filled that night but this will change I'm sure. The bill will be close to €500 and unlike many other reviews here, the service and the food here do match that.

Excellent aperitifs and cicchetti. The cold cuts platters are also inviting. Online prices. Absolutely worth trying. In summer, a very pleasant outdoor garden for outdoor aperitifs.

27/02/2025: The restaurant room is quite nice with works of street art displayed for sale.
Regarding the welcome, nothing to say, on the other hand the meal was good but nothing more.
Guacetto with no flavor canned tomato sauce, overcooked shrimp and the same seafood as in the overcooked seafood risotto.
Sardines in saor, a very cold sardine placed on the plate and just a little seasoning on it, not great.
On the other hand, excellent grilled sea bream, but again the accompaniments are not at all up to par, the oily and dry rosemary potatoes and the peas visibly canned.
In short, all beautiful presentation but tasteless. Damage

We tried a couple of cicchetti and then the fritura de pesce , then topped it off with a knock out tiramisu and a knock over Grappa!!! Couldn’t have been made more welcome for fumbling English couple with minuscule command of Italian …Superb !!!

22/09/2024: The staff is really prepared and friendly, shame about the cuisine. The red corba carpaccio looked like fish waste: full of brown muscle, so everything was dark and truly inedible. The linguine alla busera tasted like vegetable soup with linguine. The slice of red corba is the only one that can be saved, but frankly nothing exceptional. It's a shame because the place is really nice, the wine list is good, among other things served at the right temperature and the guys in the room pamper you. Let's hope we were unlucky
14/09/2024: Da tempo avevamo deciso che un giorno avremmo cenato in questo ristorante affacciato sul mare.
Finalmente ci siamo riusciti, nonostante la presenza di due matrimoni nella stessa sera ci hanno riservato un tavolo ed accolti benissimo. Un volta accomodati servito un buonissimo vino sardo in poco tempo ci hanno servito i piatti scelti alla carta tutti piatti di pesce. Il primo, un risotto buonissimo con pomodorini gialli e stracciatella dal gusto piacevolissimo e un secondo che consisteva in branzino con patate e olive, buonissimo.
In questo locale siamo stati piacevolmente colpiti dalla bontà e qualità dei piatti ma un tassello fondamentale è stato il servizio. Tutti i camerieri molto professionali, sempre attenti al tavolo ma anche con un tocco di gentilezza e ironia che ci è piaciuto molto. Il nostro grazie va al cameriere che ci servito ovvero Antonio ed al direttore di Sala.
