We sat outside with a fan that cooled us down despite the almost summery heat. It was a business lunch. Since there were few people, we were served by extremely attentive staff, committed to ensuring we had the best possible experience. We had the cod trio (the house specialty), a mixed fry, an octopus and cuttlefish salad, and a pasta and beans dish—all excellent! The service was attentive and with a certain pride. We'll be back.

The star is the cod, but the dishes prepared with other ingredients are no less delicious. Everything is very carefully prepared and of excellent quality. Everyone ate something different, but we were all very satisfied. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was refined.

I've been coming here for several years to taste their dishes, always with great preparation and attention to detail, typical of their haute cuisine. Their dishes and their research into cod recipes are also a testament to their expertise. A piece of advice for those who are sometimes intrigued by the cod dishes is to trust the guidance and imagination of the owners. They explain that nothing of the North Sea cod should be wasted, and they are always a surprise when they offer new recipes and pairings. Excellent wine cellar, both white and red, excellent desserts, and a fair price. Congratulations to Franco, a great chef, for carrying on this tradition of historic cod dishes and flavors, a part of the Venetian cuisine. I came today with friends, and instead of the classic cod, I met the young chef of the family. He proposed a raw prawn crostini with a delicious sauce, exceptionally tasty and flavorful, and I absolutely loved this recipe. Then I ordered spaghetti with squid ink, which was excellent. I must compliment this young man of the family who loves to cook with fish. Congratulations to all of you and to your son, who will continue the legacy of your cod cuisine, now with the addition of fish recipes. My deepest congratulations, true number one chefs, for dishes worthy of true tasters and culinary connoisseurs.

We set out from Bologna to taste authentic Venetian stockfish, and it exceeded our expectations. We were pampered by the owner, who took us on an incredible gastronomic journey. A combination of wonderful flavors and in-depth explanations with historical background on the dishes. We'll definitely return, highly recommended!
