27/01/2026: We went to eat at the Old George on Saturday night. Let me start by saying that the staff was incredibly kind, smiling, fast, and so much more! Unfortunately, the fried food—or rather, the fried foods—were a little subpar. The burger wasn't bad, worthy of a 4-star rating. The tiramisu, if I may say so, was a little dry, and could have used a little more cream. The atmosphere was pleasant and clean!

From the moment we arrived, we felt like we weren't just customers, but guests of honor. We were literally pampered by attentive, never intrusive service. We ate divinely. The cuisine is a tribute to the region: you can immediately taste the freshness and selection of the ingredients. Nothing is left to chance. The fresh pasta (the thyme-infused ravioli) is masterful. The pastry has the perfect consistency, and the filling releases all the flavors of Ligurian tradition, with impeccable clarity. Each dish is a sensory journey that balances the flavors of the land with a careful and professional presentation. Why choose it: It's not just a dinner, it's a moment of well-being. 25/03/2026: We stayed at a nearby Airbnb and ended up coming here twice for dinner and drinks. Each time, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, especially considering we were the only foreigners there (this is not the typical touristy spot). The food was absolutely delicious, and the wine selection was excellent as well. We had such a lovely experience overall, highly recommend! ❤️

Excellent food quality. The flavors of traditional island recipes, along with ancient recipes, are unmatched. Rare gems! Friendliness, helpfulness, and attention to intolerances. The taste and presentation of the dishes... number one! Thank you so much for the experience! I'm thrilled because I wonder how long these traditional gems will last! Let's support them.
