Absolutely amazing ! Def recommend

Marcato is a traditional bakery in Murano where all breads and pastries are handmade and very popular with locals. Meringhe is made primarily of egg whites and granulated sugar, and is slowly baked in an oven at a low temperature for several hours. The outer shell is crisp like thin ice, and it has a meringue flavor, but I (the author) found it a bit too sweet.
