30/06/2026: It seemed like a nice place, we sit down, we want to order, we say what we want, and he asks what we want to drink, I say nothing for now, I get the answer that if we don't drink anything he can't serve us..... Well thank you very much, I don't want that!!!

28/06/2026: The food was very bad and the service unfortunately wasn't good either. We were the only ones in the restaurant and waited 45 minutes for our food. We had high expectations but received very little. It's definitely not worth a visit. One of us probably even threw up afterwards. It might have been the kebab 🤟🏻.

01/07/2026: There was a storm and a blackout, my girlfriend and I were outside the restaurant all wet because of the rain, we wanted to eat at McDonald's, but the employees rudely kicked us out, they didn't even leave us a place to shelter and they even made fun of us

01/02/2026: Asked to stand at counter with espresso and small pastry and was told to sit down. And cash only with no warning upfront. Really just didn’t like the service and treatment. Espresso was ok. Expensive though.

06/05/2026: A restaurant with the worst staff. There were no knives or forks on the table, and despite asking several waiters multiple times, they absolutely refused to bring them. The staff showed no concern whatsoever. Finally, our tour guide brought them from another table. It felt like in this restaurant, customers and staff were treated as equals, and it was considered normal for staff not to listen to customer requests. After the meal, when paying for the drinks, I was charged an extra euro because the waiter pointed his index finger at me, even though the change was only 1 euro. Since I don't understand English, I reluctantly went along with it, but the waiter who overcharged me was a terrible man who wouldn't listen to anything I tried to get his attention. I felt completely disrespected and left with a very unpleasant experience. Doesn't this waiter symbolize Italians? I felt like in Italy, there's a mindset that whoever deceives others wins. Also, I felt that Italy is a country where there are more bad restaurants than good ones. When traveling to Europe, you need to carry plenty of small change. I'll be more careful in the future.

29/04/2026: Charming restaurant, on a quiet little street, complimentary aperitif, but to date it's the worst pizza I've ever eaten… I asked for it well-cooked, they brought me a second one… same result.

09/05/2026: We just stopped in for a lemoncello spritz, and paid 17 euros for two Bacalas. The food we ordered next door was large in portions.

09/05/2026: The location is generally quite nice, right by the canal. The pizza was okay, however, I found the staff very unfriendly at times. Because of this, I wouldn't go there again.

06/05/2026: We sat in the sun by the canal, and it was the perfect plan. We had breakfast and lunch there too. The food is good and the prices are reasonable, but the real difference is the location and the view.

09/04/2026: The food was terribly bad. We ordered risotto and gnocchi. The gnocchi was clearly one of those supermarket ones, and some of it was raw. Not soft at all, and a very small portion with almost no sauce. The risotto was supposed to be seafood, but we could barely find any pieces. The broth was thin, watery, and tasteless. It seemed like a risotto made of broth and rice, without cheese. Besides being bad, the food took a long time to arrive. Disappointing!

05/07/2026: Soy spaghetti with 4 shrimp and few vegetables, all pasta and they make you pay for it, even... Next time I'll think twice.

18/06/2026: First, the positives: Everything is freshly cooked. They even accommodated my carrot allergy and prepared accordingly. Very positive! Regarding the food: We had a set menu. The vegetables, sauce, and rice were good. The meat was plentiful but unfortunately of poor quality. The waitresses were very friendly. However, the ambiance was lacking. It's just a shopping mall hall. There were plenty of seats, though. We won't be eating here again.

01/07/2026: Very poor and unprofessional service. We asked the waitress several times for some bread and balsamic vinegar. After a long wait, she finally replied, "Your meal doesn't come with bread." I told her that was fine and that I was happy to pay for it—I wasn't asking for it for free. Even then, she never brought it. The service was extremely slow, and the staff showed little interest in helping customers. This experience was very disappointing, and because of the poor service, my friends and I decided that we will not dine at this restaurant again.

10/06/2026: The restaurant is well presented and cosy. The food is exceptional! Everything I had was tasty and well cooked. The staff are very friendly and professional. The atmosphere is good. Highly recommend.

26/08/2025: Massive takeout sandwich ordered tonight... Stale sandwich... Thickly chopped unchewable bacon... Large salad... Unclassifiable burger since there was nothing inside... You don't cheat people like that and unfortunately it's not the first time it's happened... You took the money though... I'm sorry but you've lost customers...

24/08/2025: Everything was perfect. Excellent meat, minimal wait, and the staff were kind and friendly. I'll definitely be back.

28/06/2026: The usual McDonald's: the menu is what you'd expect, and I'm happy to return here every now and then. Unfortunately, there was one downside this time: the fries were clearly freshly made, cold and hard, giving the impression they'd been out for a while. It's a shame, because hot, crispy fries really make a difference. Otherwise, nothing special to report.

17/06/2026: Disgraceful drive thru... you can't wait more than 30 minutes to order. The place isn't crowded... the staff is slow. Are we talking about cleanliness and HACCP standards? Non-existent. Most of the staff are without hats... detergent bottles next to the sauce bottles! I think many things need to be revisited. Thinking we'd waited long enough after paying and waiting for our order, we had to wait again because part of our order was missing, which, thankfully, we were given a complimentary drink... I hope they make some improvements.
