11/07/2025: Unterirdisch schlecht. „Service“ maximal arrogant, kein Bitte, kein Danke. Laut Schild keine versteckten Kosten, dann werden aber mal eben 7,10 € für den sogenannten Service aufgeschlagen. Das Essen ist nach wenigen Momenten auf dem Tisch und schmeckt auch demnach unterirdisch schlecht. Jede Mikrowellen-Mahlzeit ist ein Genuss dagegen. Mein dringender Tipp: Diesen Laden auf jeden Fall meiden.

08/07/2025: Terminamos comiendo aquí ya que en varios lugares había largas colas para sentarse. El servicio estuvo bien, la comida también estuvo bien, pero no fue la mejor que habíamos probado en nuestro viaje. Parecían centrarse en atraer turistas para que comieran allí. Las porciones eran buenas y el pan estaba bien. La mesa en la que nos sentamos todavía tenía migas de los clientes anteriores. Si bien la comida no estaba mal, hay otros lugares mejores para comer en San Marco.

17/08/2025: Don't go to this place. They charged us a cover charge for breakfast (a simple croissant and coffee). In other words, besides being incredibly expensive for the quality they offer, they advertise a price that doesn't actually correspond to what they charge. Bad experience!!!

07/08/2025: Drinks are great here know how to make a good cocktail! Service is also great, cool location just watching the gondolas go by. Unfortunately food is a bit of a let down, gelato is good but can tell it’s store bought pasta and pizza bases and sauce.. in Italy.. :(

29/04/2025: A FUIR. PIEGE A TOURISTES. J'ai pu constater par moi même le manque de compétences de cet établissement. Une fois le pied dans cet établissement, la spirale de mauvaises surprises démarre. Service très expéditif, avec le pain posé d'office sur la table et fait le sourd d'oreille si on veut le signaler. Le plat une petite pizza de qualité très médiocre, mais mangeable. Une assiette, plutôt une poignée de spaghettis à la tomate avec 2 feuilles de basilic, sans aucun goût. Une fois terminé nos plats, hop on nous débarrasse, la facture arrive et hop on nous dégage. On refuse de nous laisser garder la facture, j'ai été plus rapide pour prendre la photo ( a la surprise du serveur) Et oui. Car ça va vite, très vite. Table très serrées, à peine de la place pour se déplacer. Avec une canne pas facile. J'aurais dû lire vos commentaires avant. Une machine à faire de l'argent. Un piège à touristes.

08/06/2025: Este restaurante disfruta de una vista cercana del emblemático Puente de Rialto, que probablemente es la razón por la que está tan ocupado como lo está. Nos dieron una mesa en la zona de estar exterior (que está cubierta por un dosel). Las mesas están muy juntas y estábamos en la segunda fila desde la calle. El servicio inicial de tomar nuestra orden de comidas y bebidas fue lo suficientemente rápido y luego se retiró. Mis espaguetis con pimienta estaban bien, sin embargo, mi esposa describió sus raviolis como sosos. Sentadas al otro lado del pasillo de nosotros había dos mujeres que parecían estar participando en una competición de fumadores, cada una de ellas encendiéndose tres veces en rápida sucesión. Fueron bastante abiertos sobre esto y no fue cuestionado por el personal. Unos metros detrás de nosotros otro cliente estaba fumando y en una esquina pero todavía muy cerca de otras mesas y clientes un hombre estaba disfrutando de un puro... . . Dudo que aquellos lo suficientemente desafortunados como para estar en la “zona de deriva” disfrutaran del humo del cigarro más de lo que apreciamos el humo del cigarrillo. Cuando un miembro del personal finalmente se acercó a preguntar si queríamos postre y nos trajo la cuenta cuando dijimos «no, gracias», sacamos el tema de que se permite fumar a las personas en las mesas en un espacio confinado (bien puede haber sido sentarse al aire libre pero había una copa baja y las mesas estaban todas muy juntas) , nos dijeron que esto está permitido en Italia ya que está «al aire libre». Un par en otra mesa junto a nosotros no estaba de acuerdo con lo que los tres o cuatro miembros estaban diciendo sobre el permiso de fumar en el restaurante. Mientras esto ocurría hice una investigación rápida que indicó que el personal no conocía la ley o estaba siendo un poco engañoso en lo que decían. Allí las discusiones se detuvieron inmediatamente cuando hablé en mi mejor italiano (no es genial, pero lo intento) y dije que la ley italiana dice 'no'. ¡Quizás malinterpreté lo que había leído, pero algo eventualmente tocó un acorde! Solo puedo darle a este restaurante dos estrellas y una de ellas es por la vista de ese maravilloso puente. Si no te importa aguantar ser un fumador pasivo en un espacio confinado, mientras tratas de comer una comida bastante ordinaria, entonces este puede ser el lugar para ti. Sin embargo, si te gusta que tu comida tenga un buen sabor y un aroma que no esté contaminado por el humo de cigarrillos o cigarros, entonces es mejor que busques en otro lugar. Quizás alguien con una comprensión mucho mayor de la ley italiana con respecto a fumar en lugares públicos (como restaurantes) podría iluminarme para que me haga saber si estoy en lo correcto o equivocado en mi interpretación de la ley. 31/08/2025: Poor service, rude staff, i went there to sit and have a coffee because on the map they are shown as a cafe and they refused to give me a table because it was after 6pm, they gave me a take away bad tasting coffee that the led isnt even the size of the mug and on my way hot coffee split on my hand and you can see that my hand is red cause of the burns. Im really mad at their service and the prices, and the staff who were really rude to me. Dont ruin your precious time by choosing them.

19/08/2025: People! Don't go there. The worst restaurant I've ever been to in Venice. Two scoops of ice cream for 4.50 euros. And I ordered gnocchi with tomatoes. It cost 11 euros. I got a children's portion. Unfortunately, it was takeout and I didn't see the portion until I left. Don't go there. What's in the picture costs 11 euros (each piece is 1 euro). I feel ripped off.

23/07/2025: One of the worst restaurants in Venice! Came here because I lived nearby, got pizza and soup. The pizza was disgusting, it felt like a warmed-up pizza from Lidl, the soup was only written on the menu that it was soup, it only had mussel shells in it, and the meat from the mussels had disappeared somewhere and most of this seafood soup was mussels and one shrimp. Alcohol is expensive, the pasta nero was more or less tasty. I didn't like everything else. This restaurant justifies its rating on Google 2.4, so I categorically do not recommend going here!

21/07/2025: Avoid this restaurant if you want to eat well during your visit to Venice. We had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. As soon as we looked at the menu outside, the staff, although polite, almost forced us inside, insisting heavily. Once inside, we immediately felt stiflingly hot and hesitated to stay. The server was kind enough to increase the speed of the ceiling fans, which finally convinced us to sit down anyway. Shortly after, we were immediately offered a bottle of water... charged €6, an amount that hadn't been previously announced. Regarding the setting, the decor is rather neat and pleasant. However, in terms of hygiene, some details leave something to be desired: the tablecloths, for example, seemed stained, giving the impression that they aren't changed very regularly. As for the meal, we had ordered something simple and quick so we could continue our visit: four Margherita pizzas and one four-cheese pizza. When they arrived, we were hugely disappointed: the tomato sauce tasted like concentrate, the dough seemed industrially made... In short, pizzas that looked like they were frozen, with no flavor. The restrooms were dirty, with no toilet paper, which is always a very bad sign. And finally, when it came to the bill: surprise! A 12.5% service charge was discreetly added, even though it wasn't mentioned on the menu and they indicated there was no cover charge. In conclusion, oppressive service, poor quality, excessive prices, and a lack of transparency. You'd better move on! If you're looking for good value for money, I wouldn't recommend them.

18/07/2025: Absolutely avoid!! Very poor quality, the cheapest, disgustingly sweet syrup, granita: the offer, the photo shows a large glass, but you get a 0.2 liter plastic cup for 5.50 euros. I didn't check the reviews for this place beforehand, my mistake...

19/08/2025: A rating of 1.9 is a bit harsh. Our experience wasn't bad. It's a cafe where you can find everything at a reasonable price, but it's certainly not top-quality. They charge 2 euros per person for a cover charge.

26/07/2025: This is a tourist trap. If you don't want to have a bad experience in terms of food quality, service, and price, DO NOT ENTER this place. The food is terrible, and the prices are high for what you get. Also, the waitress came to our table four times before we had even sat down and hadn't even looked at the menu yet. The bathroom was very dirty and smelled awful. In short, don't come here if you don't want to be disappointed.

03/08/2025: If you pay with your debit card you get a dirty look from the lady and often also from the little girl behind the counter who gives you a dirty look and tells you that if you pay in cash it's better even if you've already said you don't have any, because 3 rosettes are 7 euros.

12/08/2025: How can I put it? Disgusting in every sense of the word. Defrosted pizzas (in French supermarkets, frozen ones are better). My daughter had spaghetti Bolognese: almost no meat => normal, it's a low-end supermarket sauce. Pure theft. And the best part: at the end of the dog food meal, my wife goes to the bathroom. I then go to pay (the owner gives me a huge face). She comes back, then we leave her hovel, and my daughter wants to use her bathroom. They go there, and then the owner arrives and threatens them, yelling at them that the bathrooms are off-limits to those who don't eat in her "restaurant." WE LEAVE! UNACCEPTABLE PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE.
