18/11/2025: I booked a table for Sunday dinner through the app the restaurant is registered with, but the restaurant was closed without any notice or sign. Any problem can happen, I thought, but reading other reviews, it's quite normal and frequent. So if you want to go to this restaurant, once you've booked through the app, be sure to call to find out if it's actually open. It's a shame because I was curious to try it, but I hope I get to.

06/08/2025: We visited the place at 06-th August 2025, Wednesday, at 20:00. The place is closed without any announcement.

11/03/2026: I happened to be passing by and decided to grab a coffee with a friend. One of the counter staff, clearly lacking patience, was very rude to me and other customers in line.

13/02/2026: Excellent pastry shop. Normal prices. Friendly staff. Very good butter cookies. The bitter almond paste is very good.

22/01/2026: In 2018, the following situation occurred: Our group of five booked directly with this hotel, but were unexpectedly transferred to another hotel without prior notice. This hotel then secretly booked rooms through Booking.com. The new hotel was very far from the station, about a 15-minute drive away, and cost half the price of the original hotel, yet they charged us the original price. It was an incredibly shady hotel. Our plans to go to Venice were now completely ruined. When we inquired about the reason for the transfer, they couldn't provide a clear answer. Since we had already paid, we were forced to accept this arrangement – ​​a truly terrible experience. Definitely won't come again It happened in 2018. We are total 5 people coming here for business trip. We book the hotel through this hotel. This hotel transfer us to another hotel without our agreement. They charge us the price with original room rate which the transfer hotel is only half of the rate. The hotel which we have been transfer is very far from the station, it takes 15 min drive. We have to pay this extra by our own. come back to this city again because of it.

12/05/2026: It's a neighborhood pizzeria, with simple food, fair prices, and quick service. Contrary to some reviews, I find it very digestible and the place is clean. I don't eat meat, but I've tried their pizzas, and they're a classic Roman takeout pizza, in my opinion better than many others in the area.

10/10/2025: We cannot fully recommend the Hotel Ettoral. The hotel is also unsuitable as a base for day trips to Venice. Considering the price, the rooms and the breakfast buffet are generally fine, but we initially had a room where the air conditioning didn't work. We therefore politely asked the elderly lady at the reception desk for a room with a functioning air conditioning. The reaction was astonishing: Instead of a quick and uncomplicated room change, the employee began a general reckoning with us as guests, which culminated in a ten-minute monologue full of prejudices and unfounded insinuations, resembling an inquisition. She repeatedly lost her composure, shouted at us, and left us with an overall impression of being overwhelmed, possibly frustrated, but above all, highly unprofessional. This disconcerting experience, the reasons for which remain unclear to this day, left a lasting negative impression. Since I myself work in the hospitality industry, I felt compelled to inform the travel agent Booking/Agoda about this seemingly unstable incident.

27/07/2026: I ordered a pizza and another one arrived. When I asked to change it, they said next time.

20/07/2026: I've had pizza here several times. Tonight, I ordered, among other things, a Capricciosa without ham and was charged for an artichoke (€9.50) + extra olives (+€1.50) + extra mushrooms (+€1.50) for a total of €12.50. I advise you to be more careful (if you want to think well) or not to skimp on the price for a few euros (if you want to think badly).

23/08/2025: Unfortunately, I found a cockroach in my ice cream. I say unfortunately because it's a nice little place... It's a shame about this aside, which I'm convinced was just a one-off...

20/07/2026: Disappointing experience. The place is nice and the staff was friendly and cheerful, but the prices are truly excessive: €7 for a Spritz Select and €2.50 for each shot. Unfortunately, on top of that, when I got the bill, I was charged for five shots instead of the four we'd ordered. A young man with Asian appearance served me, and unfortunately, I only noticed the mistake when we were getting on the bus back, so I didn't have a chance to mention it. It may have been a simple oversight, but the fact remains that I paid more than I should have. My advice is to always check your receipt before leaving. For my part, considering the prices and the mistake on the bill, I won't be returning.
