11/06/2026: Terrible experience. One of the worst in history. Owner disrespectful of Ministry of Health tools. Whatever the reason. Insanely slow service. Quality... never mind... and yes, I've defended him several times, both in his presence and in private. Never again. Experiences not to be repeated. Either his education level and life experience are so limited that he doesn't understand the person's intentions, as is likely... or he doesn't care at all, which is even more likely. Absolutely not recommended! By the way, I remind you that this is public land and municipal property, therefore public land, granted under concession. The customer or citizen with no criminal record has the right to go there and be served as requested.

18/04/2026: A restaurant with a fixed-price lunch menu, a practical and affordable option. The food is good and the portions are above average, which is certainly appreciated. At first, the staff seemed a little annoyed, probably because we hadn't booked and the restaurant was almost full; however, as time went by, their attitude changed and they proved to be courteous and helpful. The restaurant is located on the seafront, although unfortunately it doesn't offer a true sea view. Overall, a positive experience, with a few minor initial hiccups in the service.

12/04/2026: One star because I can't give it any less. I ordered a dish and was brought another after about an hour of waiting. I told the waiter it wasn't what I ordered, and he insisted it was the same one. Then they changed it and brought it back with a small change after a minute, thus making fun of me twice. I tried that dish and it was inedible. I can't understand how a place like this is still open. I strongly advise against it; instead, stay fasting.

19/12/2025: Riccardo was such a nice person! And the pizza was also so good.

19/12/2025: We were walking the street and see the 50% discount sign on the window. We went to inside and Ricardo helped us about our choices. My friends got margaritas and I got the pizza with tuna and it was amazing. He got warmed the pizzas for us. Thank you so much Ricardo you’re a really helpful, friendly and polite person. He gave us cookies also. Pizzas are great, hospitality and service are awesome thanks again.

09/09/2025: The food was good and arrived quickly. However, the waiter was anything but friendly. The cover charge was also very high.

30/05/2026: A pastry shop located in Mestre's main square. Friendly staff, fairly quick service, and decent quality coffee and breakfast items (croissants and more). Recommended!

13/05/2026: The products are of very good quality and have a great variety. I'm not giving them five stars because if the tall, red-haired waitress isn't there, the rest of the service is incredibly slow and inattentive, while she is exceptional at her job. Otherwise, it's one of the best places for something sweet in Mestre.

04/04/2026: When you enter it feels like you are in a typical seafood restaurant in Sardinia..., the quality of the fish is very good and above all cooked, indeed enhanced in a sublime way... congratulations

17/02/2026: I showed up at 9:35 PM without a reservation, trusting the closing time listed on Google, which says 11:00 PM. Unfortunately, the answer was a categorical "no": the place was already considered closed. What's disappointing isn't the early closing (which can happen), but the total lack of courtesy and flexibility. Not the slightest offer was made, not even for something quick, nor was there even the slightest welcome from the lady at the entrance. Let's remember that a restaurant is about hospitality even more than about the food: here, it seems like the desire to welcome customers ended long before the official closing time. It's a shame, it was my first time here, and there won't be a second.

17/12/2025: Antonella at Ca Pesaro is the best! We come to this cafè many times every year and we bring friends-and we all LOVE the cafeteria at ca Pesaro. Antonella is an excellent ambassador for your museum. She is always welcoming, attentive, professional, warm, and wonderful. I bring all of my friends here. I know we will have a true Venetian experience: great food, great service, great view, and a warm welcome.

11/05/2026: Gone are the days when the Gritti served impeccable Martinis. Under intense pressure from the influx of tourists (identifiable by their sweaty polo shirts, sneakers, and sometimes louder voices), the (evidently unbalanced) staff is incredibly pressured between room and table orders. The result: a Martini at the bar with no water on the side (!), with a poor, frantic bartender in front of him who can't—or no longer wants to—have a chat, and—a venial sin for a grand hotel cocktail bar—made with Gordon's gin (!). Bacaro crisps and hazelnuts were served, but no one offered any side dishes. I'm not arguing with the price—personally, I don't even pay that much attention to the bars of grand hotels (of which I'm a huge fan)—but the service and mixology (at least the classics) aren't quite up to par, I'm sorry.

20/07/2025: Visitó este hermoso lugar todos los días mientras visitaba Venecia. Los días que estaba cerrado, solo suspiré. Estoy feliz con los deliciosos pasteles más allá de la imaginación, y también un poco triste de no vivir más cerca. Cueste lo que cueste, esto es imprescindible para el comienzo de cualquier visita a Venecia. Si esperas hasta el último momento, lo siento, pero llorarás.
